The home was comfortable in a minute I walked in it. I did not want to leave? Well definitely rent again.

Perfect location for exploring Channel Islands Nat’l Park! Appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer. Walkable to many great restaurants! Great stay with a great host!

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Great accommodations. Place was clean and comfortable, roof deck is a huge perk. Beds were comfortable. Clifton met me at the unit to show me everything, that was easy and really helpful.

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

We had a great time here! Booked very last minute and ended up being almost perfect! Main pros were location, beach access, provided beach toys, very comfy bed. The view is exactly as depicted in photos. So not completely oceanfront but can see and hear the ocean just fine. Construction noise as mentioned in other reviews was not an issue for us. Very cozy small place, worth the price for location. And was very clean. We had issues with the grill which was a bummer but they came and fixed as soon as I mentioned. One thing to note is the sofa bed was very basic. Great for our kids but would not recommend putting an adult on it. Also I was very confused by reviews stating the kitchen was very well stocked. That threw us off as we were planning on cooking every meal. No mixing bowls, and exactly 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 bowls…next time I’ll bring paper plates for serving etc. Would definitely come back! Look forward to booking again.

The place was amazing—definitely worth it. The view was incredible, and I enjoyed every moment. The golf cart was a big help. Be careful on the wet stairs—I slipped on them! Lol 100%recommend this place. Other think!one taxi cost go there $20 other taxi cost only $2 per person. Enjoy!!!! Thank you so much to help me with the flowers arrangements.

A Slice of Positano in Catalina – Stunning Ocean Views! Staying at Troy’s place in Catalina Island was an absolute dream! The beautiful Positano-inspired architecture and breathtaking ocean views, made for a perfect getaway. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling water and enjoying coffee on the patio was truly magical. The location was fantastic—just a short drive to Avalon’s best restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Whether relaxing at the house or exploring the island, the stunning views made every moment special. Troy was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. If you’re looking for a Catalina escape with amazing ocean views and European charm, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! Heather was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. She did many thoughtful things that she didn’t have to do, showing her incredible kindness and dedication to her guests. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Heather truly has a great heart, and her hospitality made all the difference in my experience. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I can't say enough about just how beautiful the view is from Trevor's place! You truly feel like you're in a European coastal city. The accommodations themselves were comfortable, cozy, and clean! The place looks even better than the photos. Having a golf cart to get around from Hamilton Cove to downtown Avalon was convenient and added a fun interactive element to the experience. Would certainly stay here again!

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

DeLayne is an outstanding host. The home is beautiful with creative high end architectural details. Architect and owner thought out of the box with many features. Spotless and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to find and is in a safe gated community that is quiet. Home is furnished with all you need in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen as you were family. The location is ocean front with amazing views of Channel Islands. Surfing is excellent just steps from the house. Have stayed at many beach homes. By far we think this is our favorite. The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

This house was the perfect venue for our group. Beautiful beach location and lots to see and do in the area: bike path along the beach, Catalina Island excursion, lots of good restaurants close by.

Fantastic location and perfect if you are interested in a bit of surfing. The town of seal beach was a big suprise to me and so great. Nice food, cool shops and a laid back vibe. The decor is really great as well. The hosts were great and communicative. This air bnb really has the feeling of air bnb from the early airbnb days. The hosts provide a welcome atmosphere and guidance around town as opposed to most modern air bnbs where you just have to go off the binder in the house and texts. The hosts really make you feel like welcome.

This is easily the favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Only reason I contemplated leaving a review, is because I don’t want others to fill the slots 😂😂 Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to the hosts!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb—definitely one of the best I've ever stayed in! The location is stunning, with dolphins visible right from the property and direct access to the beach. The soothing sound of the waves was incredibly calming. The shower was truly exceptional, providing a spa-like experience. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft, luxurious sheets that made for a perfect night's sleep. Overall, it was absolute perfection! I will come back ASAP!
