Perfect location for exploring Channel Islands Nat’l Park! Appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer. Walkable to many great restaurants! Great stay with a great host!

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

We loved our stay at Aloha Hueneme and had a great time. Donovan and Gretchen 's place was a great find and looked way better than the pictures. The location was ideal and was like a little piece of heaven. The house had so much natural light which elevates the mood greatly and being very close to the beach was an added advantage. We will definitely come again when visiting this area.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed or stay very much! We loved the peaceful neighborhood and walkable distance to the beach. We also loved using the fire pit in the evening and hearing the waves crash at night. Though we only stayed a couple of nights, Kristi and Karen were very responsive throughout our stay!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for my daughter’s spring break. My husband had meetings at Pepperdine University. So, the location was very convenient for us. I also love that Nobu is only 0.5 miles away! The AirBnb was nice with a super comfortable bed and very nice kitchen. We also loved the couch - it was very comfortable. My husband fell asleep on it and we appreciated all the pillows and fresh linens. Lastly, the host was very responsive at all time. I definitely recommend it!

This little bungalow was perfect for our family of 4!! We lucked out with the best location and we were able to walk to the beach in about 2 min and walked everywhere during our trip. Sean was very fast with his responses and super helpful! We visited one of the suggested restaurants twice during our stay! We absolutely loved it and hope to be back again soon!

Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 4 semaines (visite des grands parcs américains de l’ouest) par deux journées idylliques dans une des locations d’Arabella (Myrtle). En lisant les commentaires je craignais que ce soit bruyant. Mais moi qui suis une maniaque du bruit, j’ai très très bien dormi. Ces cabanes en bois sont chic, ont du caractère et un confort et charme incroyables. J’aurais adoré rester plus longtemps, j’ai cru être au paradis. Mon mari et 3 grands ado sont aussi tombés sous le charme de ce logement et de Laguna Beach super bien situé. Je le recommande vivement.

Best deal in balboa Newport area. The location is absolutely perfect. Not a better place to stay

We had a fantastic experience staying at Paul’s home. From start to finish, Paul was an exceptional host; responsive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. He offered great local recommendations for our family around Huntington Beach, and when we had a last-minute schedule change, he handled it with empathy and flexibility. Paul was gracious in every way, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing a welcoming and respectful experience for his guests. I would gladly stay at any of Paul’s properties again and recommend them without hesitation. He’s a host of true integrity.

Really cute bungalow, can walk to the Riviera Village or the beach or ride their bikes which we thought we would do, but weather wasn't great during our stay so opted to do other things. Comfortable bed and kitchen has everything you need. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Recommend this stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this bungalow. It was such a cute place, very clean with comfortable beds and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the strand. We will stay there again next time

What an incredible place!!! Wonderful walkable location. Absolutely adorable decor, and fantastic, friendly hosts. This the a perfect Santa Monica stay close tot he water and Montana Avenue. We knew the area well and am so glad to have discovered Wendy’s place. We came in late at night and had no problem following directions and getting in. A beautiful welcome amenity was waiting for us. Great local recommendations and beautiful and clean over garage apartment. Very comfy beds too! We would not hesitate to book again.

The Speakeasy Cottage was fantastic. Part of our trip this year was Disneyland, and this Cottage is themed as good as any imagineer! It looks and feels great, and has a perfect location. It’s just 50 yards from the water’s edge, and it is down at the quiet end of the island. If you want to take the ferry over to Newport Beach, the Catalina Flyer, or the ocean, it’s just two blocks away. Well stocked; it had everything we needed and more. Fair warning - it is a 1.5 bath house with a shower outside. We were here in March and it was a little cold for the outside shower. Our family of three fit perfectly and enjoyed every minute. If you’re going to Balboa Island - stay here!

Me, the Wife, my daughter and puppy came for a short stay onbthe weekend to celebrate our 4th year wedding anniversary. One word that stood out for us was "Inspirational". We're going to be looking to buy in the near future and this home gave us an outlook on what it would look like to own a home. And it felt a lot like home should feel. Allison was responsive during our stay, and very helpful with information we needed during the stay. Quiet neighborhood, lots pf people walking their dogs and babies. I worked in the area before too for a time, so I know there are some good restaurants and things to do nearby just didn't have the chance to enjoy them this time as we stayed inside and enjoyed our time with each other. Got to read my book on the front lawn, made some delicious meals for the family, bed slept great. It was very comfortable, chic, and accomodating. If you want a peaceful serene stay, this is it!

Justin's place was very clean, well organized and thoughtfully appointed. Everything worked as it should, and Justin was very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay. We appreciated the pet friendly environment and the fast internet which allowed for remote work during our stay. We would highly recommend Justin's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and practical place to stay.

Z's rental was well located we had a great stay, no issues with the place. I felt it was a bit pricey but other than that quiet location and easy to work with. Thanks David B
