My partner, small dog and I stayed here for a second time. We enjoyed the place as it gives a very homey vibe. I’d like add the male owner is very friendly and accommodating. Plus Maggie is very attentive to any need you may have. Overall affordable and quiet place to stay with many businesses at a walkable distance like the Dollar Tree, public library, and food restaurants. Thank you for having us.

We absolutely loved this place I think one of the great things was the vanity area and all the floor length mirrors, as 3 sisters we were able to get ready and it was very helpful, it’s so cute and looks just like the pictures. Everyone was so cute from the bathroom to the apartment layout, The only thing that threw us off a little was how to use the elevator but we got the hang of it pretty quick. I definitely recommend staying here we stayed as a group of 3 and had lots of space. 😊 Andy was also a great host and answered all our questions we would definitely book again!

I booked Mia's home for a coworker who was working in LA for four weeks. It was a great location, and Mia was really great to work with and very responsive. We would use her home again. Highly recommend!

Very easy and great stay , the host made check in smooth hassle free . The place was perfect for my girlfriend and I, very clean and cozy . Hollywood Blvd is just a 10 min or less walk away! Definitely recommend and will book with this host again.

Easy to find, comfy beds, good energy in the apartment. A bit of a labyrinth the whole building but felt right at home after couple of days. The area is safe and the location great. Coffee near. Really enjoyed it.

We had a great stay. The location was central and well-connected. The area seemed safe. The house was spacious for our family of 5. Would stay again!

It is good overall. Rosemead Library, UHaul, and Grocery Outlet, as well as some Asian market and restaurants , within walking distance. There are at least four rental bedrooms and only one restroom in the main house. Seems some guests use the kitchen to cook a lot but that did not concern me because I don't cook. I guess the availability of a washer and a dryer is a plus though I did not use them. There are ants in the restroom but that's not a big problem; just don't food in the trash can in the restroom.

Do yourself a favor and book this place. Its gorgeous, clean, well appointed, and in a terrific residential neighborhood. Quiet but within walking distance of the Grove and Melrose. The neighborhood is safe and we felt comfortable letting the teenagers explore on their own.
