何より連絡の取りやすさ。プッシュ型の連絡といっていいでしょう。返信がくるのは当然として、心配事を先回りしてお知らせいただけるのは非常にありがたい。 あれ？ここどうすんだっけということは基本的に全て先に知らされました。 宿の周辺環境は海岸にほど近い小規模な集落？の一角。 古い平屋をリノベーションした感じで中は家族と小規模なグループが宿泊するのにちょうどいい広さ。室内もちゃんと手入れがされてるので綺麗でした。 お風呂にジャグジーがあるのが凄い。 個人的に千葉へのアクセスがいいのでまた行こうかなと思える場所でした。

Lovely home. Close to Disney. Communication was wonderful throughout the whole process. Was kind enough to provide an additional baby’s crib for the twins. Parks close. Upscale neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Amazing place and great for parties of 2 or more! The space was huge for Tokyo and felt comfortable to live in. Amenities were new and modern. Would stay again!

Yoshi san is very responsive and help us alot in arranging our private rental car for our trip to Mt Fuji and Shirakawago. His place is very cozy and only in front of the door already Sensoji Temple, we can go everyday. Its very recommended location.

This time in Japan, I chose to go to Airbnb. Because I wanted a room that was wide and had space to place things, and found this house that was big and very precious. The price is similar to staying in a hotel in the center of Tokyo. The most impressive thing The host of this house is very cute. Since the first day we talked, we still haven't made a reservation. cooperate Answering questions and helping with everything as both a home owner and a local tour guide. Until the last day, they carried eight bags onto the car and waited for us and also give us souvenirs and cute cards. If I have a chance to go to Tokyo again, I will definitely stay here.

Hiroaki’s place is perfect for big group, it has 3 separate rooms and a living room that can be turned to 4th bedroom. The only con is that it only has 1 shower which takes time when everyone is getting ready. The washer/dryer is a plus for us.

部屋はとても清潔感があり、過ごしやすかったです。アメニティ類も充実しており、特にタオルがたくさん用意されていたのが嬉しかったです。今回は4人での宿泊だったので、キャリーケースや荷物を広げると、部屋が少し狭く感じてしまう場面もありましたが、総合的に見てとても良い場所だと思います。困った時のホストの方からの返信が早くて凄く助かりました。

Close to station was able to walk and get around very easily. Host response very quick and very helpful. Host answered any questions I had during the stay and went above and beyond. The place is perfect very clean and it’s a quiet area. We stay here again

Le logement était fantastique et conforme à la description et aux photos diffusées. Il est très bien situé au ♡ description Skytree et de son centre commercial. Situé à 300 mètres du métro, facile de se déplacer dans toute la capitale. De nombreux commerces pour dépanner au cas ou. Nous tenons à remercier Hiromi pour toute l’attention que vous nous avez accordé. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr, car c’est une très bonne adresse pour visiter sereinement Tokyo avec des enfants ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect place quiet and close to trains to get to activities. Bakery next door is a must visit any time of day. Enjoy

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Dash Living- close to pharmacy, seven eleven, Excelsior coffee shop, and other quaint restaurants. Easy to get to and to get around. Close to Tokyo station. Only ick was an unpleasant odour when we checked in, but we went to the Daiso close by and bought some spray and opened the balcony door. Overall we were very pleased with the location and would recommend Dash living.

We stayed here with a family of 5 for the Tokyo Marathon. The apartment is spacious and well located near the imperial palace and shopping and we could walk everywhere. The place is located on the 4th floor of a walk up. The shower was always hot and had good pressure and the washer dryer was very helpful for our post marathon laundry needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great apartment. Fantastic location. Direct train from Narita to Asakusa. Lots of restaurants in the area. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Great airbnb with all we needed for our trip. It was very close to the station and skytree. Meika was super responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here again due to is great location. Thank you for having us.

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

A great location, near a lot of useful train lines. Great for exploring Tokyo. Lots of good restaurants around, many place open late. A 7-11 a block away. It was a solid location The space was ok for our family, 2 adults and one toddler. One bedroom has a real bed (our toddler used it). The other two beds are convertible chairs, though they are large enough (I am 6’3”), they were not very comfy. Sleep-able but not comfy. The main room has a dining table. It was fine The kitchen was nice and had all the dishes needed for a short stay. Washing machine worked well as long as you don’t fill it too much. The bathroom was nice and large with a shower and large tub. Over all we were very happy. It was a large space (for Tokyo) and the location was awesome

Cozy, comfortable and clean. Even bigger than i expected. Close to plenty of good options including a grocery store or 7-11 or Lawson for eating at the accommodations. Close to train station and a 40 minute walk to sky view. Great way to be out of the hustle of main part of tokyo but close enough to get public transport to wherever you need to go.

깨끗하고 넓습니다. 지하철역과의 접근성도 좋고. 아사쿠사역,센소지, 스카이트리ㆍ도쿄크루즈, 돈키호테도 도보로 이용가능합니다. 조금 일찍 도착해서 이른 체크인을 문의했는데 기꺼히 허락해주셨습니다. 다음 도쿄여행때도 꼭 잊지않고 이용하겠습니다.

民宿位置不错，相当安静。地铁交通非常方便。三田站附近有一条美食街，很有特色。步行就能去到芝公园。 民宿设施齐全，配备了二个卫生间，适宜多人居住。客厅兼餐厅虽然略显小，但在银座附近寸土寸金之地，还是可以接受。 是性价比超高的民宿。
