I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Katsushika, Tokyo. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighborhood was quiet but close to transportation. The host was friendly and very helpful, making my stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

Provided with easy instructions to locate the property, clean, and close to the train station. Though some noise could be heard during the night (Saturday) which may be disruptive to some. Overall, super satisfied!

Alice’s place was the perfect spot to stay for our time at Disney. The Kasai Station is a convenient hub only about a 15 min walk away. There is a direct bus to Disney which was great. We took the Keisei bus from Narita direct to Kasai station. The space was very clean and perfect for 3 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom is great for multiple people because the sink, shower and toilet all had doors to separate them making it efficient for multiple people to get ready for the day. Absolutely great location, so close to multiple train stations and Akihabara centre. Very spacious unit for a big family and has all the amenities you would ever need. Washing machine is huge bonus. Great restaurants close by and the unit is located in a beautiful quiet alley. Fully recommend this place for you stay in Tokyo, we wished we could have stayed longer! Fantastic host, with good communication.

The address of the place was difficult to find in Google Maps but the host was responsive to assist with the exact entry needed by Google. There are two stations close by but only a minute apart. The bigger station is the JR Kinshicho which has a lot more connections. The place was very welcoming, modern, and all the amenities you need. washer and dryer came in handy but you need to set your expectations that these are not huge load capacity so don't hold that against the host. Everything was functional and plenty of toilet paper and other amenities to complete our 15-day stay. The host is very accommodating - we needed extra bedding, Amazon delivery, etc. Clear instructions for all appliances and electronics with includes manuals in English. Cute slippers were ready for us as we enter the room. We wanted this to be worry free since we were traveling with my senior Mom. This stay made everything worthwhile and memorable.

We had a great experience. The apartment was very clean and organized. The hosts were always very quick to respond with all the information requested. The place is close to restaurants, convenience stores and the subway station.

這次的住宿讓我覺得很滿意，整棟房子很乾淨有家的感覺，廚房設備使用也方便，有問題寫簡訊給房東，房東都會及時回覆，服務很好，房子附近有一間大超市及7-11，買東西很方便，房子離新柴又車站也近，走路約五分鐘，唯一美中不足的地方就是離東京市區太遠了，一趟出門到東京市區要轉三次車子，雖然如此，但我還是會強力推薦這個好房源的，謝謝房東的招待！

This is probably the newest and cleanest Airbnb I had stayed in! Everything is in fresh condition! Satoshi gave good recommendations for food, and we actually bumped into Toji (Satoshi’s dad), and he was very friendly and even offered to give tips when we are in Tokyo… Overall, my family and I are felt blessed with the stay. I hope the fellow Airbnbies will treat this new home with care for a long time.

Kiki was an amazing host! Every time my group had a question, it was always answered quickly. The house is amazing and cozy! The house is located near great grocery stores and local restaurants and bakeries. We loved our stay!!!!

今回は職場の同期で泊まりに行きました。とても綺麗で整頓されていて居心地良かったです。みんなで『ここに住みたいね〜』と話していました笑 アメニティや備品も充実していて快適に過ごすことができました。今回は雪雨の中だったため、部屋にあるプロジェクターを使用し好きな音楽をかけながらみんなで料理をして、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 次回は、綺麗な海の景色を背景にBBQや焚き火を楽しみに！リベンジしたいと思います☺︎ 素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！

Der Aufenthalt in Erics Airbnb war sehr schön. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen vor Ort und der Platz hat uns vollkommen gereicht. Die Wegbeschreibungen waren sehr genau und wir konnten die Wohnung leicht von der U-Bahn Station erreichen. Eric ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat. In der Wohnung ist alles sauber, ordentlich und vorhanden, was man für den Alltag braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

A great house for 4x adults occupying 3x bedrooms, near train stations and easy access around tokyo and walking distance into Asakusa, would recommend.

The host is nice and responsive, she is also willing to accommodate to your requests if any. There are nearby food chains and its within walking distance to Koiwa station. If you plan to depart from Narita Airport, then this is a good place to stay at. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

we had the power go out for 24hours (Japan powers fault, not the units) and Zhu had us in a spare unit next door overnight until it was sorted, which we were very appreciative of... we will book the same unit on our next trip to Japan we liked it so much

The room was very cosy and clean. Provided all the amenities that I required to feel at ease. The location is nice and away from the busy night life but may get a little noisy during the day, as it’s next to a fuel station. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would consider coming back in the future.

This was my second Airbnb stay in Japan, and it didn’t disappoint. The property is brand new, stylish and offers everything you might need—from cooking utilities to hygiene products—free for use. I needed a quiet space to finish a work presentation, and this place was perfect. The building faces the Pacific Ocean, offering a stunning and unobstructed view. The clean, deserted beach was ideal for reading, strolling and morning yoga. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. The interior was unique, with a stunning red theme, a super comfortable bed and a strong shower. It even had a work desk and chair, perfect for remote work. There’s a small pool outside (likely summer-only) and outdoor showers for surfers. The owner recommended a French bistro nearby—it was AMAZING, with delicious food and a friendly French staff. A seafood restaurant is also within walking distance. Getting there is easy by JR Wakashio line to Wadaura Station (~2 hours). Free parking lot next to the building.

家族４人で約1週間泊まりました。全てが綺麗でしたし、近くにスーパー、コンビニ、公園等もあり快適な滞在でした。また利用したいと思いました。

I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Amazing host and excellent amenities….. great value for money.
