We came for a wedding and this place was fantastic! After a very long day it was so peaceful to come back to the place with comfy bed and hot shower! This place was so fun to look at all the decoration and I love the historic look as well! I was very impressed and will stay again when coming back to college station!!!

This place is great! We always stay here when possible. Would recommend.

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

Zenaida saved the day when I needed a last minute accommodation due to a cleanliness issue I encountered at a local hotel. She responded within minutes and graciously extended an offer to book. She gave clear communication about everything needed to access and operate the amenities in the apartment. The fashion it was decorated in was so cute, it was very clean, and it smelled heavenly. She was extremely responsive and available to help and was very professional at all times. Furthermore, the neighborhood was very peaceful and felt safe. I slept like a baby. The pricing was amazing given the privacy and size of apartment, and value of what was included. I would stay again in a heartbeat if I was ever in the area again and highly recommend any of her units :)

Rice, Pam, and their beautiful 3 dogs were wonderful hosts and made me feel welcome and right at home. Rice made check in easy and was a great communicator throughout my stay. The space itself was beautiful, extremely clean, and thoughtfully designed. I appreciate all of the special touches, including smart bulbs throughout the apartment for ambient lighting, lots of linens for all weather, and a wonderful book collection! The apartment had everything I needed for a one week stay. This is a prime location for getting around Austin - very central and especially easy to get to UT. The neighborhood itself is extremely walkable - you can walk easily to restaurants and coffee shops. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Austin!

My second time staying here … I enjoy this spot. It’s very private and central to all things in del Rio. Highly recommend.

This place was a fantastic getaway from the city. The area was peaceful, and the residents are very friendly. Loved that the place was walkable to the lake, and there was plenty of nearby trails as well. We forgot to bring a lot but the airbnb came with everything you could need. I was very impressed with how well stocked the place was. The hot tub of course was the cherry on top of it all. Rodney was so kind to allow my sister to visit as well. I mean really couldn’t have had a better experience, would highly recommend!

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

Sara's place meets all the needs for my wife and I to enjoy our time in Austin. Sara is very responsive to all my queries about places to go in the area. The location has allowed my wife and I easy access to all parts of western, southern and center city Austin. The neighbor is very quiet but relatively close to a major retail strip. I would recommend Sara's place to all friends/family. John and Pam Althouse

Maria's place was very clean & homey. She had a great kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy & we felt safe staying there. Her house was close to the downtown area & attractions. I would highly recommend staying at Maria's place.

Jeff and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with The historical apartment above the garage was complete with everything you will need for your stay a fully stocked kitchen and little deck to watch the sunset and lots of light. All this within walking distance to historic downtown

really nice place to stay in. close enough to a lot of things, but far enough from downtown and traffic. would definitely book again if I'm back in Austin.

Ruth was a great host! She was responsive, attentive, and friendly. I was astonished at how spotless everything was. I felt comfortable and safe, and would definitely rent again!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a quick getaway. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Main Street, making it easy to explore all the shops, restaurants, and wineries. The off-street parking was a great bonus. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

Wow! Eric , Georgia & Dakota are so welcoming & a true pleasure to meet. The peaceful location was perfect especially during spring break when the surrounding areas were so busy. There isn’t a single detail that has been overlooked. It is a cozy couples retreat and so comfortable. Dakota is the sweetest, most well behaved shepherd I’ve ever met! I’m not sure who does the cleaning but they deserve a bonus. We loved talking to both Georgia & Eric and look forward to returning. Great recommendations as well. Thanks y’all 🐿️

Beautiful place with all the amenities! Seriously one of the best listings we’ve stayed at. They thought of everything. The fridge was stocked with water and sodas and there were snacks available as well. The moment we walked in we felt right at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and full of greenery. We even took advantage of the hot tub, which was great. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!
