Wonderful stay! Cozy, clean, and in a great location near UT. Everything we needed was provided, and Tomas was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time using Rice’s rental as our home base to see some stand up comedy around Austin. Incredibly well thought out space with lots of details to make your stay a little more convenient than you expect. I may have to install a bathroom heater for my wife now though! 10/10 would stay at again if we were in Austin.

There is private parking and several nearby restaurants. Given its close proximity to several attractions and freeway, Fernanda's place is surprisingly quiet. The bedrooms are spacious and the whole rental was spotlessly clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here for a bachelor party and it was perfect for our group of 14. Was a perfect home base for quick Ubers to the city, food truck park across the street, and felt very safe.

It was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Austin! Great amenities, felt right at home. The code didn’t work for the door when we first got there, Sue was super quick to respond and we were in within five minutes. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with family. We were there for Thanksgiving gathering and it turned out nice. Thomas's property made us feel like we were at home. We were able to bring our pet with us and even he was comfortable! The home has nice views of Lake Travis and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

We LOVED this cozy, quiet place with its private pool. It was well located - about 10 min drive to downtown - and a long-ish walk 15-20 min? - or short drive/Uber from fantastic restaurants and bars on 6th or Manor streets. The details in the travel theme design were clever and fun! The kitchen has everything you need to make a hot breakfast or easy snacks and drinks for the pool. We loved coming back after a long day to listen to the fountain in the pool, enjoy a glass of wine, and say goodnight to Pixel their adorable kitty who made sure we felt welcome.

We loved our stay here! Great for groups as there’s plenty of beds- we had nine people and were able to comfortably fit everyone. The listing is accurate - it’s a quick drive to Baylor and downtown Waco, but feels very private as it’s gated on a large plot of land. Kristi and team were very responsive. We loved the outdoor spaces- well equipped with lots of seating option. Def in the country with the occasional bug, but the home felt very clean. Would stay here again.

great place to stay with popcorn machine, candy, washer and dryer and all fenced in with a great view off the balcony. movie theater was very easy to use

An amazing Airbnb! We had a bachelorette party. The weather was perfect, so we got to use the pool and sunbathe on the gorgeous patio. But there are also plenty of things to enjoy for rainy or cold weather too. Great hosts and were flexible with our group. All of the beds were super comfortable and there were a ton of amenities there to make it feel like home. They had all pots, pans, spices, and supplies we needed! Couldn't recommend enough. It worked well for our all adult event, but is definitely a very kid friendly space. Oh! And there is an amazing view of the hill country from the backyard, with goats roaming throughout the day behind the fence! Truly lovely.

My family and I only had 3 days to get in a quick getaway. We wanted scenery - we got it . Right on top of a huge lake. Unfortunately -it was so cold we never got to sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee . Perhaps next time. The condo was very clean and the rental agency was extremely great about returning messages and questions . I can appreciate that. The only very minor issue was the garage parking . It was just a bit dated and dark . Could possibly use some repairs and HAPPINESS lol. It did give me some concern because this is the first visual you have BEFORE you get to your condo lol. However the condo was very nice and we overcame the parking garage esthetics . Would we come back again -yes very possible . Thank you for the trip !

I could not be more satisfied with this Airbnb, I was attending a convention at the convention center, and I was having a hard time finding a hotel room nearby, I decided to look into Airbnb‘s. I have to say the rate was very reasonable for the most part, less expensive than a hotel room with the benefit of having a kitchen in the living room. Although the map showed it was close to the convention center, I did not realize until I got there that it was so close. In fact, it was closer than many of the hotels listed by the convention as host hotels. I look forward to coming back another day with the family and spending some time in San Antonio, it would be a good location for leisure or business. The only caveat I would provide is that the only way to this condo is via long set of stairs. This was not a problem for me, but I could see an older person struggling carrying luggage up the stairs. Otherwise, I felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I wish I could’ve stayed longer

Overall our stay was fantastic! But to start, it was a little hard to find the parking spot. The directions were descriptive but a lot to process and decipher. Once we found it, it was a bit challenging to park in it. But we learned that many parking spots in Austin are narrow and tight. The condo is beautiful, has a cool character and was super clean. Unfortunately, the weather kept us off the rooftop terrace unfortunately but what a view! Wow. We felt super comfortable in the space and the neighbor was extremely welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again and encourage others to choose this space for their stay. It's cool! And the Whole Foods down the street is next level amazing!!!

We enjoyed this property! A cute at home feel quick get away that was very convenient for our plans. Definitely will book again!
