Perfect, charming guesthouse. It’s close enough to downtown but far enough away to feel relaxed. Amazing restaurants and grocery store at the end of the street too!

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

Kris’s guesthouse is tucked away behind the main house on a quiet street of quaint little Austin residences. The guesthouse is in a secure yard with grass and a shady place to sit outside. Indoors, it has a spacious and well appointed kitchen with two comfy bedrooms and a shared bathroom. There were games and books to enjoy in the living room and plenty of space for our family of three to spend a few days exploring Austin. Lots of helpful recommendations for places to eat and visit. We even met Gertie, her adorable dog. Highly recommend!

We loved this gorgeous space to call home for a few days while visiting family in Seguin. We enjoyed peaceful early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood where we admired the trees and various birds that nest along the river. It was quiet and clean. Vicki was a great host and very responsive. A unique home up on stilts so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it's a great spot

Luis and Elida’s place is lovely and super spacious! It has everything you would need and is a great base if you’re staying in Austin. They were very helpful and friendly hosts who gave clear instructions / advice and made sure to check in that everything was okay.

I've stayed in Austin many times, but I've never stayed in such a quiet and peaceful apartment. It's on a very quiet street, surrounded by historic buildings. Easy walk to many restaurants, and I walked down to 6th street multiple times. Highly recommended.

We booked this for friends as we had several couples coming for a reunion. Mamau’s house was larger than we expected and in our neighborhood. The location is peaceful and beautiful. The house was clean and spacious. A great find!

A perfect spot with amazing hosts. Very clear instructions and how is extremely responsive. I highly recommend this spot if you are going to be in the DFW area.

ALWAYS love staying at Serenity's and Justin's place! We stay here once a month because we enjoy Blanco and we LOVE this peaceful and perfect space that Serenity and Justin offer. It is always spotless and every detail has been thought of. Anything you could possibly need, or may have forgotten, is here for you. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can easily walk to the town square. In town, there are restaurants, a brewery, a bowling alley, fun shops, and even Herb's Hat Shop where you can get your Stetson on. Serenity and Justin couldn't be better hosts. They are super nice people and very communicative. We will continue our monthly stays here. We highly recommend!!

We’re older and getting from where the parking is up and down to the property was a little difficult. Anybody younger without a heart condition would have no problem at all. It would be helpful if the host described the access a bit more thoroughly. The property was sparkling clean and as described. Very serene location with beautiful views.

Vickie’s casita was a great experience for us. I really appreciated the quiet and lovely country setting. We spent the morning watching the view out of the ample windows from pre-dawn blue to early morning crispness. The light was brilliant and the deer roaming around delightful. The casita is very well appointed and has a great view of and through the shower!

The Cabana is a gem. Plenty of options for relaxing and a nice kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed a couple hours reading while enjoying the pool / patio. Natalie provided Coffe and tea options as well as some treats. The fresh flowers were an unexpected bonus.

I have to start by mentioning that Julie and Peter are both wonderful and warm. I got to meet them on my second day there and they were a pleasure to talk to. the place is beautiful, quiet,in a great neighborhood and very well stocked. I especially appreciated the snacks and stocked kitchen as I had a very busy and early morning schedule, so did make use of the coffee and the oatmeal. I would definitely recommend their place and would stay again when in the area .

An amazing set up! Spacious, homey, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities, I regret only staying for one night. Highly recommend and would without a doubt stay again. Issac and Claudia are very communicative. In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but close to everything Fredericksburg and the Hill Country have to offer.

Brett’s place was immaculate providing all the comforts of home. He was extremely responsive in the days ahead of my visit making my experience one of ease. I appreciated the quick access to town and the ability to park my vehicle directly in view of the hideaway. The string lights and porch motion sensor lighting really added to my level of safety as a solo traveler with the fall darkness coming earlier in the day. The cute decor and games were a nice touch too. I feel blessed to have found Brett’s place for my Abilene stay. I could not have asked for better.

Very clean and neat. Nice kitchen with everything available for coffee, cooking, etc. Bathroom Was clean and very nice. Soft towels. Bed was comfortable and a recliner was nice for viewing television. There is a nice outdoor area. Perfect for pets and children. Nice proximity to San Antonio without the busy traffic. Host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Cute little Historic town. Felt very safe.

Loved everything about staying here — a tranquil oasis just outside of where you need to be in Austin. The proximity to Stiles Switch BBQ was a major bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Mark's place with a private fence very much! We loved having the the private parking space, the balcony, and the delicious pastries and croissants that appeared on the porch one afternoon! Thank you, thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed Ellen’s carriage house. It was peaceful and their property is beautiful. It was a wonderful get-away during a hard working weekend. Ellen and Greg were wonderful hosts, friendly and very responsive. We look forward to staying there again when a multiple day trip to Waco is needed.

In a small community away from the craziness of Fredericksburg. The casita is well-appointed with everything you want in a home away from home. Unusually, this property was actually better than we had expected from the description.
