Had a great stay at Flop Houze, already looking forward to my return. Took a dip in the pool, an afternoon nap in the hammock and listened to tunes on vinyl while relaxing by the campfire. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Matt was super easy to work with, as I had to change my reservation and quick to respond. We even made friends with the barn kitty 😻. Truly delightful stay!

My boys (12 and 15) and I made reservations for the small container home over spring break, but Matthew reached out a few days before our stay to let us know that some high winds had caused a bit of damage to the container home, and it wouldn’t be fixed by the time we arrived. He kindly and very generously offered to let us stay at the main house for no additional charge so that we could still enjoy our planned vacation. Amazing! We absolutely loved the property, which is lit up beautifully at night and is kitschy and country and comfortable in all the best ways. The decor of the home was unique and fun, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without hesitation. And we fell in love with the goats. So friendly and funny. Matthew was the same when we met him. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this colorful and restful respite from the city.

This was the perfect stay for two! While there were other cottages by us, it still felt very private. We loved the location and would definitely come back!

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

My sister and I enjoyed the stay during spring break. The bed was comfortable and we loved that we could cook breakfast in the kitchen! Thanks Amy for the nice bottle of wine and cookies. What a nice touch!

Marco is very friendly and let me know he was available if I needed anything while I was there. I highly recommend his Airbnb(s). I can't wait to rent another one of his units.

El lugar es bellísimo, lleno de naturaleza, mucha area verde, tranquilo y sin ruido, no hay personas ni carros por las calles, el alojamiento es demasiado cómodo y cuenta con climas en cada habitación, el patio limpio y bonito, sin duda volvería a hospedarme

It was literally the cutest place to stay, also very close to a lot of the activities I had plan. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed sunbathing the weekend away. Debbie was very attentive, accommodating and so friendly.

The privacy and scenery were exactly what I was looking for. My family and friends enjoyed the many amenities provided to help our stay be as seamless as possible. The space was very clean and spacious and allowed us to enjoy time together while still being close enough to go out for dinner/activities.

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The area was nice and peaceful and the house was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this location to others and I will likely come back again.

Steven’s place was fantastic! The listing matched the photos perfectly, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The night sky was incredible for stargazing, and the location was absolutely beautiful. Steven was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this peaceful, tranquil and relaxing environment. The unique barn was absolutely beautiful, it was just like the pictures. The location was easy to find and close enough to the wineries if you wanted to adventure out. I would highly recommend this place if you just need/want to get away and reset.

Had a great stay! The place stayed nice and cool inside, which was a big plus. The tankless water heater was a great touch—never ran out of hot water for showers. Also, there are dogs on the property, but they’re adorable little ones who love attention. Would definitely stay again!

What a cute tiny house in the middle of East Austin, where nice restaurants and cool bars are at walking distance and you glare at downtown city from afar. We felt right at home, the kitchen is well equipped and bathroom too. They had even foreseen snacks for us!

We spent a week here with our pups, they loved the yard and we loved the cottage! Very comfortable and close to Main Street. Would stay again for sure. Thanks for the surprise goodies too

This place is a gem, particularly when the weather is nice and it’s a good time to open up the huge windows. It’s a nice space with plenty of room. We stayed in the whole trip and good so many great food options that delivered. Ultra convenient.

Wonderful place to stay especially with a child. There were baby bunnies to observe, silly goats, and a pig. The rock painting station was great and it was my daughter’s first time on a hammock. I was happy to see all the stars at night except I wish the host’s garage light wasn’t shining into my face for most of it. The place was very artsy and cute. We had all we needed. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our short stay at Chris’s spot. The location was great, walking distance to a lot of things. The house is very well equipped and has its charm. Chris was very accommodating as well. We highly recommend booking his airbnb.
