We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spacious and perfect for our family's New Year's Eve celebration. We spent hours playing pickleball - day and night, which was a huge hit! The kids had a blast fishing in the pond, and there was even enough room to set up a bounce house in the back. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Josh and his family were extremely helpful! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great family-friendly retreat!

Beautiful property and very convenient location to both downtown Fredericksburg and area wineries. The house was very clean and well suited for two families with four King bedrooms, two on each side of the house. We drew straws for the primary room! :) We wish the pool were heated so we could have enjoyed it more, but the backyard is great and fenced in (do take note that the pool is not fenced, which may be a concern for those traveling with young children). We had a great stay and would recommend it. One more note is its close proximity to their wedding venue. No events were going on, but there are always people on the property and others staying at adjacent yurts. It was no problem for us and very quiet, but wanted to mention that. The grounds are well kept and our friends enjoyed walking their dog and exploring the property along with the neighborhood deer!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

Very clean! The beds were so comfy and this is an amazing home for family quality time. My family and i would love to stay again. Very spacious and beautiful home! The best part was the hot tub! The host communicated fast as well. Give it a try it’s worth the price!

This house was truly one of the best AirBNB’s we have stayed in.. ever! It was so well thought out in every way possible - Heather absolutely killed it with this one! She had a snack basket and card for us when we arrived and was extremely responsive with any needs we had, including an early check in. She made sure we were taken care of in all ways! We had a group of girls and there were so many areas to get ready in (iykyk), large bathrooms and hang out areas in the house. The beds were sooo comfy and had amazing sheets and blankets. Every detail has been thought of here. THANK YOU HEATHER!

The place has beautiful artwork. It’s very close to south congress and we loved the ability to walk one block to a great shaded park.

Our family-of grandparents, children and grandchildren-including an infant, have enjoyed a wonderful stay at Jonathan's and Valarie's beautiful home. The home is just as pictured- with every amenity you could possibly need . The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities. The pool and spa and the lovely grounds are a special treat. A vacation is complete if you never leave the house! And the host was a wonderful communicator-offering information and assistance. Our weekend getaway was an exceptional experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was well-maintained, plenty of beds and startup amenities. The location was ideal for us, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, with a view of the lake from several rooms. The dock on the lake was a plus for fishing. Whether you’re into outdoor adventures or looking for a relaxing retreat, this spot caters to both. The backyard was a highlight, with a pool/hot tub, seating area and BBQ grill. Game room and pool table were a hit as well. Communication with the host was seamless; they were prompt in responding to messages and provided thorough instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, this vacation rental met our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay in Lago Vista and would definitely return!

Our men’s weekend retreat at this Airbnb was incredible! It was the perfect place for ministry, community, and good old-fashioned “dudes being dudes.” The home was clean, well-stocked, and welcoming—ideal for deep conversations, prayer, and fellowship. It gave us the space to step away from life’s busyness, take a break from family responsibilities, and reset to be better husbands, fathers, and leaders. We enjoyed great food, outdoor fun, and plenty of laughs. We left recharged and encouraged. Huge thanks to Kimberly for an amazing stay—highly recommend for any group looking to connect and refresh!

The house was so nice. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. We totally enjoyed the relaxing space, from coffee on the back porch, to family in the pool during the day, cooking dinner and hanging out on the back porch again in the evening. Very beautiful house beautiful property lots of privacy. The beds were comfortable, the showers were amazing! I could go on and on. We will definitely be renting this again. Family favorite. Wonderful house. Looks exactly like the pictures. Modern, sleek and enough space. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. We had a wonderful reunion of friends there. Only thing to be mindful of is how steep the driveway heading in is.

This is a beautiful home with an outstanding view! It had lots of space for our family of 12 to spread out and come together! The home was very much like the pictures and the hosts were so kind and very responsive to the one question i had! I had no reason to contact them further because everything was perfect and the instructions for the home were very clear! The only thing i will say, is the water pressure in every single shower was abysmal. The water barely came out, and not one female in our group was able to really clean their hair. But the wonderful house and awesome view and the memories we made more than outweighed the water pressure!
