Good value for the proximity to Canyon Lake and very clean! Host Kelly was very communicative and offered some flexibility for my stay. And all the utilities, appliances, & fixtures were in great working order. The listing photos were very accurate in my experience.

This was a great place to stay. Little touches like a kitchen with all the necessities, and a great array of spices, as well as some kitchen basics like olive oil and salt, well provisioned coffee station. These people really went out of their way to make the place warm and inviting. I am very grateful.

Great place at a great price, clean house and spacious. We were not on a vacation stay had some work to be done close by, but it was nice outside definitely a place i would like to stay again.

Our families loved staying at this condo. It is literally steps from the Comal River. We loved not having to fight holiday traffic in town to go float the river. We had fun just hanging out in front of the condo. The condo is perfectly situated in town that you can get anywhere pretty quickly. We did not have a single problem and never had a need to reach out to the host, although I feel that it would have been easy to reach her had we needed anything. The condo is spacious and each room has a bathroom. We will be back next summer!

Awesome place

The place was great for our guys golf outing. Only set back was the front door lock wasn't working but it worked out. Great water pressure and hot water. We had a great time.

The stay was perfect, location could not be better either. Nice view of the river and a host that went far above any beyond what I’ve ever experienced through Airbnb. Left a great birthday surprise for my wife, I wish I could have taken credit for it. Would recommend for any river stays.

Jan was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy walk to the river and all of the shops and restaurants in Gruene. Beautiful and very clean facilities.

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

My children 3 and 5 loved it! It was great to sit in living room and have kids play right outside near the big tree and picnic table. The place was quiet and relaxing and we really enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Great place to stay while we were visiting family between Seguin and Boerne.

enjoyed and loved my stay at the condo. very clean, loved that it had two tv’s one in the living room and one in the bedroom. very clean and spacious restroom. super cute and modern condo. it has everything you need! i love that it is pet friendly!!! i definitely recommend this place and for sure will book again when i go back to NB for my next trip!

Place was awesome. Super clear! Everything looked brand new. Host was easy to talk to. Had a few questions and they were answered right away. Parking is really close. Front door is steps from the parking spot.

The condo was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. We had a girls weekend and the condo was in a perfect location for Gruene are fun! It was also a beautiful place overlooking the river!

Our stay at Trisha’s house was very good! The place fit all 9 of us and was in the perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants, bars, and even Wurstfest. Trisha was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to be close to downtown.

We had a wonderful time at your place. It had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay plus so many extra items to make our stay special. The kitchen was all set-up with all the appliances, dishes, utensils, pots&pans, even had a complimentary candy from a local candy company with a thankful note. It had pool toys, board games, an ice chest, first aid kit, toiletry items, and a great coffee set-up station. It was beautifully decorated, and loved that the river was walking distance and right next to the swimming pool. The pool was a clean, heated ( most important), a nice design, had great outdoor furniture, and very well kept. We felt very safe since the security guard was doing his hourly rounds. We will definitely want to return to this location if we visit New Braunfels again. Thank you Super Hosts for everything!

Excelente lugar! Nos la pasamos muy bien y agusto, las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio! El lugar mucho más bonito en persona, solo a minutos de bastantes lugares. La anfitriona fue muy amable y contestaba rápidamente, en verdad recomiendo este lugar!

Kody was an excellent host. We all felt right at home during our stay. The condo is in a beautiful spot with lots of activities to do surrounding the area. It is a short drive to many great restaurants and overall just convenient area. I would definitely recommend coming here if you enjoy floating the river or even just getting away for a while. We will definitely be back soon!

First off what a wonderful place to stay, extremely clean perfect place on the river. We are already wanting to book with Trish again next year! She was so kind, she helped us in any way to make this weekend the perfect birthday mom’s trip. We felt so safe and listen the mattresses on all the beds holy smokes AMAZING!! Would recommend 100%!

The Airbnb was exactly as described, had a full kitchen and was extremely clean. There’s a tv in the queen room and living room but nowhere else. Not a huge issue but the wifi never connected and we had to use our phones as hotspots. Kelly was very communicative so other than that, it was a great time! Overall wonderful experience!!

We had a great stay here. It was nice having a heated pool with hot tubs. Easy access to the river. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive when we had some questions. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the air bnb it was a perfect lil getaway. The host even sent us a coupon code for boat rentals that she received which helped us save money.
