I would recommend this house for a peaceful outdoors stay for couple or family

House was just as described. plenty of space for our girls weekend. Easy access to all shops and restaurants. outdoor space was nice with a covered dinning area and fire pit.

Perfect accommodations for my associate and I for our work trip. An easy 2 mile ride to the JW Marriott. Clean, spacious house in a nice safe neighborhood. We didn’t spend much time in the house, but the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and the tv and furnishings were all in good working order. Host communicated well before, during, and upon departure. Restaurants and shopping within a few miles of the house. Airport was about 20 plus minutes away, and the Riverwalk maybe a 25-30 minute ride. If life leads me back to the area, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Christina’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay! The pictures truly do not do it justice—it’s even more beautiful and welcoming in person. From the moment we walked in, our family felt completely at home. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even feel the need to go out for entertainment. The space was perfect for spending quality time together as a family, which made our stay even more special. The community is quiet and safe, and check-in was a breeze. Any time we have a large gathering in San Antonio, we will absolutely be staying at Christina’s home again. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

Had everything we wanted and more. The whole experience was better than we expected. We would definitely stay again.

Fenced yard was great, split bedrooms were great, location was great. Smoke alarms started chirping while we were there, Josh was there within 30 minutes to fix and was very friendly.

Marjorie was so nice and friendly. We loved her property, and the deer were so cute to see in the morning. She was very helpful and communicated effectively. Thank you for letting us stay in this home. We had a great time as we celebrated our friends.

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

Such a beautiful place to stay, everything was beautifully put together, clean, with a cozy, homey feel that made it easy to relax and unwind. The apartment is new and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're visiting Gruene! My only tiny wish is that the apartment complex considers adding an elevator in the future for added convenience. All in all, a great experience—I'll definitely be back!

Terry made us feel right at home. The unit has wonderful views and nighttime is great for viewing stars! Had a great time, only downside was we were only there for a weekend

The name Tranquility Treehouse is quite fitting. Beautiful upstairs apartment with a nice deck surrounded by a live oak forest, quiet and peaceful. We had beautiful sunrises with the birds singing in the trees. In the country but close to the city. We really enjoyed our stay here. Karen was very helpful with advice on places to visit and restaurants to dine in. This was the best AB&B we’ve ever stayed at.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Very clean! The beds were so comfy and this is an amazing home for family quality time. My family and i would love to stay again. Very spacious and beautiful home! The best part was the hot tub! The host communicated fast as well. Give it a try it’s worth the price!

This house is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We felt comfortable immediately and Kimberley was a fantastic host. If we decide to go back to the area we will definitely try to stay there again.

Great hosts. Great place. Great location. There’s so much do to here and it’s so close to other popular surrounding areas. Didn’t wanna go home. Our family’s 3rd go around at this location with Leavetown as our host and they haven’t disappointed.

Very nice property in a lovely area. Owners were timely to respond to messages about recommendations and pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room in the well appointed home for our family of 5. Cleaners had just finished as we were arriving (we arrived slightly early) and did a fantastic job-everything was spotless- kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room-even the expansive pool/spa area. I usually don’t take it for granted that when an owner says that you won’t need to bring anything that it really applies (it drives me nuts when the first thing we need to do after checking in is run to store to get TP, Coffee, garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc) but we were in need of nothing for our stay. I do appreciate that…🤠 Beds were very comfortable and very clean! Heated pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained-looks beautiful at night and got lots of use by our family. Loved playing board games in front of fireplace afterwards! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back😎

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

The place was just what we needed for our Anniversary get away. Within walking distance to the river and Gruene. Peaceful setting.

First, Grant was a very attentive host. He was very accommodating when we asked if we could bring all 4 of our pups. As our host, he was always quick to respond to our questions. The property was exactly as described. The vastness of it was perfect for the dogs to roam and shake out with their zoomies. The home was so comfortable and spacious. We all agreed that it was a peaceful space where we could hang out with each other and not be on top of one another. The living room had enough furniture for all six of us to sit and watch movies in comfort. We brought our own dog beds, but one dog liked the dog bed that the host provided. We did take advantage of all the outdoor amenities the property offered. The pool and hot tub were a hit! S’mores at the fire pit and hanging out together in the cool night air was also relaxing, after exploring the trails on the property. We will certainly beck some time in the future. We are all in agreement, best family vacation, yet!
