We celebrated a birthday weekend with friends at this residence. The house was cute and welcoming, equipped with everything necessary for the weekend. The hot tub and fire pit were particularly enjoyable. Our dog appreciated the fenced yard for recreation. Alejandro responded quickly and was super helpful with anything we might have needed.

Great space! Private, cozy, comfortable. Good proximity to Pacific Beach. And the jacuzzi and sauna were perfect to come home to after a day around tie.

Great place , close to sea world , shopping, mission bay. Clean place , easy instructions and friendly host. We would return here for our next trip.

Great house for our big family spring break! Location was ideal for us to explore all of La Jolla and San Diego. The house was clean, well equipped, and stocked with amenities when we arrived. Graciela and Alex had excellent communication and were quick to respond about the few minor maintenance issues we encountered during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

What more to say than wow. Incredible spot, amazing views, plenty of amenities like towels, pots and pans. The Hot ton couldn’t have been more perfect for the view that’s in front of it. Super responsive host, and excellent neighborhood. Not to mention it was pretty close to everything we needed.

Great location in a lovely neighborhood with coffee and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was bright and spotless and there was more than enough space and bathrooms for our group of 8. Jango was super responsive and friendly. Would recommend!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a multi-family visit, and it exceeded all expectations. The children thoroughly enjoyed the various entertainment options, including the pool table and outdoor golf. This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

This place was good for a large group we liked the 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, the pool was excellent and the kids loved it!

We loved our stay. The host was so responsive and helpful. The pool was beautiful.

Great house. It looks like the pictures. On our last morning there, we noticed a second thermostat in the upstairs hallway. Likely a dual zone AC that I wish we had realized lol. We paid for the heated pool and the water was very warm. The fridge stopped getting cold, but there are 2 more fridges in the house. The hosts also had an appliance guy come out the following day to fix the fridge. We are happy with our choice.

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.
