What a lovely place to stay! The flat has lots of period details and is beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could need. On arrival we found scones, jam and clotted cream in the kitchen for us - a really nice touch. The bed was comfy with luxurious feeling bed linen. Both bathrooms were well sized with big baths and ample hot water. Everything on the inside of the flat was perfect, but it’s also worth noting how lovely everything on the outside is - the views from each window are spectacular! From the front of the property you look out to the hills surrounding Stroud and at the back is a pretty garden. It’s a great location if you’re going out in Stroud - it’s less than a 10 minute walk into the town. Kathy was so helpful with her messages before our arrival. She sent photos with instructions for finding the parking space and getting into the flat - these were really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Spot on location, added bonus with parking spot that Jessica so kindly let us have before check in. Gorgeous little Annex with everything you need, Including a little refrigerated treat. Most comfortable bed I've slept in in years and the jacuzzi bath was top notch. Ideal Base for a city break, will deffo book again.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe von Bath und Bristol. Alles entsprach den Bildern und von der Ausstattung fehlte es uns an nichts! Zu Fuß kann man gut einen netten Pub und einen kleinen Supermarkt erreichen.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rickyard. The communication ahead of arrival was great, the check in process was easy and the property was absolutely spotless. It was comfortable throughout and in the most beautiful, peaceful location. Our son loved the games room and we thoroughly enjoyed playing table tennis, pool and darts for an hour before heading out for dinner at the local pub. Minutes after leaving our son was asking when we could come back again. Thank you Justine, we had a brilliant time staying with you.

What a wonderful lovely little gem. My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Harry’s place. We loved the nature reserve, onsite playground and spa facilities. My children loved the swimming pool and we will definitely be back. The apartment was clean, tidy and lots of amenities. The property was a little tricky to find in the dark but once we had been out and back in again we had no problems. The signage could do with being brighter or reflective so it is easier to see in the dark. Despite this we loved this place. Great location to other near by villages and towns. Thank you Harry and lower mill estate. ⭐️

Wonderful apartment with everything you need. As a group of friends looking for a place to stay nearby our friend's anniversary party, this was absolutely ideal for our purposes. Very clean and comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, the washer/dryer came in handy and the pool was a godsend after a late night. Highly recommended!

Julie’s annexe was really comfortable and perfect for staying near the University. I was there for work and it was a short walk to the conference but easy to hop in an Uber as well. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone doing the same - it’s much more comfortable and nicer than a hotel room!

We had wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our family visit. The flat was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. Its location is fantastic, close to various amenities one being a gym across the road which we used, restaurant's, and shops, as well as a large park for dog walking. The check-in and check out process was straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the stay at Katie's flat. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything. Katie was so kind and helpful, also when she was not around, her son and her neighbor took care of the guest. Really a nice teamwork ! It was situated a little bit far from town centre, but in the quiet atmosphere in front of the river. Guest can enjoy the splendid view over the river, along which many people enjoy walking and jogging. Definitely I will come back If I need to stay in Bristol in the future.

Very clean modern apartment in a great location for Newbury town centre. Roger was very responsive throughout, would definitely look to return.

Joe was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The place is good for big families and is a perfect getaway from city life. Everything was available as mentioned. The toilets were squeaky clean and fresh linen around the house. The surroundings were also very beautiful and scenic. Overall, We had a good time at Joe’s.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is in an idyllic location. The peaceful atmosphere made for a very relaxing few days. Agnes always responded to any requests and I would love to return sometime in the future.

We came away to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday and this was the perfect place to do that. The games room and cinema room were an excellent, well used part of our stay! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed considering we cooked everyday. Overall this was one of the nicest, cleaner places we have stayed in and really made the weekend feel special.

We stayed here for my sisters Hen Party. It was incredible, the photos don’t do it justice on here. When we arrived we were gobsmacked with how gorgeous the place was and how much space we had. It was a very relaxing place which was someone my sister wanted for her hen. They let us hire a chef for the Saturday night and he came in and cooked for us. It was comfy, lots of space and rooms. Clean and really close to the main town centre of Chipping Norton. About a 5 minute walk. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever find myself planning something for a bigger group of people I will be re-booking! Thanks again

Beautiful house. Perfect layout for a group get together, lots of communal space, and the bar area is a great addition. Comfortable bedrooms and living space and the garden was beautiful and spacious too. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend. Only needed to contact the host once during our stay about the hot water, and a response was received straight away.

Very friendly and helpful. A lovely cozy little place perfect for our little family and dog. We had a comfortable night sleep and hosts were extremely accommodating. We would definitely return
