Kathy’s place is gorgeous! We booked this for a girly night away and we had the best time! Everything was really clean, it was lovely and warm throughout, the whole charm of the house is beautiful and the views from every window are amazing! Kathy had left us milk, fruit and really yummy flapjacks - such a nice touch! We had everything we needed for our stay,l and Kathy communicated with us so well, giving us detailed instructions for arriving and checking in and she even messaged to make sure we were settled in and to let us know how to alter the heating as it was due to be chilly that night! Kathy is a great host with a great place! I would love to stay here again in the future!

Brilliant peaceful location exactly as described. The accommodation had everything needed for my stay. Holly was a brilliant host. Always available and very kind and friendly.

Great place, Zoe very comminciative. Only tiny thing that would make it easier, which is about habitat escapes, not the property, is better signage / maps would make the intital check in and finding of house a bit easier, but I am tooigraphically challenegd, so it might just be me. Otherwise ten out of ten for what Zoe offers. Thank you.

Linden is an absolute treasure. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave us lots of knowledge of the surrounding area and took great care of us. He is very highly recommended as a fantastic host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Jill and I would like to thank Linden and will definately see him again.

Lovely clean place on a lovely site. There was a thoughtful little hamper of some food and milk and a treat box for our dog when we arrived which was a nice touch! Wish we had stayed longer, the pool and cafe were great! The terrace was massive with lots of chairs on and we’d love to come in the warmer months!

super friendly host and welcoming. Lots of lovely hamper foods. Modern, neat & tidy flat with comfy bed and good facilities. Michelle made sure we had everything we needed for a cozy few nights away from home.

The photos of this property don't do it justice. It's a beautiful house, we instantly felt calm when we entered. Little extras were left in the kitchen and bathrooms which were nice touches. The kitchen has everything you need Communication was great from start to finish There is a huge Tesco and coffee shop 2 minutes drive away. We came for Cheltenham races, it wasn't too far away in a cab. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for having us.

Essitone House is absolutely beautiful. The photographs accurately show the property, which is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It was also spotless - kitchen and bathrooms pristine. It was a great place to spend Christmas and the festive decorations were a really lovely touch. The cinema and games room were great hit with us all, aged from 16 to late 70’s! Finally - we had a couple of questions which were dealt with immediately by the owners despite it being Christmas Eve/Christmas Day - exceptional service. We would definitely return - it’s amazing!

The house is spotless, beautifully decorated and has everything a large group with children need. Having the view of the lake adds to its charm and our little ones loved watching the ducks and swans swimming by. There is lots to do in the village from swimming to water sports, tennis and little soft play with exclusive use for the little ones. We would love to revisit and definitely recommend.

Warm, comfy and clean. Ideal location near the restaurant and spa. Great location and facilities for a gathering with my friends. Communication with host was excellent and always helpful. Would definitely return.

Great hosts, very easy to deal with and a fantastic and spacious house. A well stocked kitchen, and homely touches...comfy sofas, big TVs, speakers, phone chargers, good WiFi and a nice snug room with log burner. The Loch Inn a particular highlight, lovely cosy space to enjoy a few drinks and play pool and darts. A busy main road out front, but you don't notice it once you're inside or out in the large back garden. We had a great time, hope to return for more fun times in the future.

Lovely place, clean and decorated very nicely. Lots of games etc which was a bonus for the children!

Duck End is a charming, stylish home in a beautiful Cotswolds village. The living spaces are very generous and well-appointed - our family party including kids and grandma had lots of space to stretch out and relax. It was a delight to prepare and serve Christmas dinner in such a fabulous kitchen. We really appreciated Anna's beautiful seasonal decorations and the delicious offerings in the welcome basket. Our dog loved the various walks that Anna suggested and he was well-served by the outside hose and the bootroom to clean off the inevitable Cotswolds winter mud. With two pubs and a village shop Kingham is very well served. It provided an excellent base for various trips and outings. Anna is an attentive and responsive host - thanks Anna!

Lovely property, met our needs well for a large family get together with young children. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous views. The site itself had all we needed for a great weekend and we added shooting and archery at Cotswold Range next door which was within walking distance and fab afternoon. The spa on site was lovely and the outdoor pool fresh! The kids loved the indoor pool. The on site restaurant was great for our first night there. All in all fabulous.
