This place was very clean, organized, and updated. We used this space for one night for a birthday and it was great having so much space for out of town guests. The amenities were great from the basketball hoop, corn hole, and much more. Check in and out was a breeze and if we had any issues the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for everyone to have ample amounts of room to move about freely. The location is in a nice plane in the Bishop Arts district which has a lot of restaurants and places to walk to just down the road. Overall a great place to stay and well worth the value for a lot of people.

Michael was a great communicator, check in was seamless. House was clean and lots of sleeping accommodations. Michael also had great suggestions on restaurants to go to if you don’t mind driving a bit. Our party rented a car so transportation was not an issue, expensive Ubers to Dallas if you don’t have your own car. Would definitely stay here again

Big house with great accommodations. The pool is a nice addition and the place has plenty of rooms for a large group. Robert was friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

Just completed three plus weeks at this property. It was a perfect choice for my wife and me. Very conveniently located with everything we needed. Equipped kitchen, good wifi, comfortable bed, excellent heating and cooling system, car port, close to White Rock Lake, walking distance to grocery stores and multiple restaurants, easy access. Just down the road from Dallas public transportation. It is bright and cheerful - looks just like the photos. Highly recommended - we hope to return.

This property was a 10 out of 10. I would stay here or any others properties they may have. It was clean and amenities were great. Very minimalistic in a positive way.

This place felt right at home and the host was a great help. Great place to stay and neighborhood. Great neighbors around and area. Plenty of things to do with kids and if you don't.

Everything is great except the parking is a little tight. The best part was having coffee available to make as I can't survive without. We come to Dallas at least 3 times every year and would stay at Mary's place again if possible

Great stay would recommend

I have booked with Katie before for her one bedroom apartment. For this trip, Katie recently moved to a two bedroom townhouse and is now renting out a private bedroom with a private bathroom. The space is an excellent value, very clean and quiet. The shared spaces of the Kitchen and living room are also easily accessible and very clean. Katie and Mario are awesome hosts - very accommodating, welcoming, and super friendly. They are responsive to any and all questions and have great recommendations for things to do/see in the area. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

I wish I could give her 10 stars! Every aspect of the stay was outstanding. From the communication to the room. She goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend her place enough.

We had a wonderful 6 day stay here. The unit was adequately stocked with everything we needed. Very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. We felt right at home. Mesiah was very responsive and was a pleasure to communicate with. The Tiffs treats cookies were a wonderful surprise! Thank you! We will definitely book again for our next Dallas trip.

Great stay for first timers in Dallas! Felt safe the whole time and loved being about to sit on the balcony and relax. Extremely clean interior. Great distance to Deep Ellum.
