Comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood and back yard. Peaceful and quiet. Host was great.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was absolutely amazing! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. I had a good time staying here. It was an excellent value for the price. The private door and gate entrance worked really well ensuring a lot of privacy in the room. Hosts were helpful to provide things I needed such as dishes or laundry services.

The Cozy Coop was perfect for our little get away for just the two of us. We were able to just hang out there and watch lots of movies and sports with the cable and channels provided. It was really nice and quiet and close to lots of good local restaurants.

Such a charming older home! Monica has put a lot of thought & time into her Airbnb. So many personal, thoughtful touches all through the house! It's comfortable & nicely decorated. She was very communicative & conconcerned about our comfort & welll being. She made sure we had everything we needed, & when we had a small hiccup, she was very quick to respond & resolved our issue immediately! We felt very safe in the house itself. There are cameras outside, & very good locks. The neighborhood itself is older, which is fine. But we did hear gun shots in the distance a couple of times at night.Even with that,we did not feel unsafe or in danger.I'm only mentioning it because I know some might freak out about that,so if that's the case with you, stay somewhere else instead of staying here then getting upset with the host about it.Dallas is a big city & that does happen.Again,we did not feel like we were in danger & we would stay there again!We very much enjoyed our stay & our wonderful hosts!

Very clear instruction for an easy check-in. The place is clean and cozy with everything I needed. It was very easy to communicate with the host as well. Would definitely recommend!

Yolie is very polite and her property is quiet. My senior pups were comfortable here and that means a lot to me since we travel frequently. Bonus points for meeting Tofu her dog! She's beautiful and very friendly! 10/10 very happy with our stay!

Leonard and Veta are absolutely wonderful. They are gracious and warm and want their guests to feel comfortable and cared for. We have stayed with them before and will always come back to stay with them when we travel to Dallas. Leonard and Veta are the best.

I believe this is the best economical apartment for anyone working out of town. I just wish I had booked it for the next six months!

I love this place. Safe, clean, in a great location. Stephen is AMAZING to communicate with and helpful. Also, as a single woman traveling alone, I feel comfortable and safe here. It’s close to great restaurants and amenities. I would like to gatekeep this place so no one books it when I want it!

You'll love it here, it's a quiet area, private pool, great A/C, the place literally looks like the pictures and the family is super nice. Would definitely recommend or stay there again!

The place looked exactly like the photos. Had no complaints about my 2-3 month stay. Neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Cecilia was always quick to respond. Grocery store is very close to the house. Check in and out was very simple and painless.
