Kim was awesome with communication before and when I checked in. Upon learning that I'm also a musician like she and her husband, she offered me tickets to see them perform with the Ft Worth Symphony! While I didn't have time to use the tickets the offer was really appreciated! Loved everything about my stay!

Everything about this place was perfect! The location is perfect right between Dallas and FortWorth. The beds were super comfortable both master and second bedroom. My wife loved that there was a rocking chair to help put our 16 month old son to sleep. We will definitely be back and this will be our go to place to stay when up in the DFW area

Loved Denise's place! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful - it is close to shopping, restaurants, activities, and was quick to get on the freeway. The neighborhood was quiet as well.

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It has a full size well equipped kitchen great for cooking. It’s very peaceful with a large backyard trees and birds to keep you company. There’s a Jacuzzi right outside the front door of your mother-in-law cottage. If you like to go for walks it’s right outside a park entrance to a nice lake. Overall, it’s my go to when I’m in Texas. Vanessa is easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or needs. I highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this great Airbnb. It was an incredibly comfortable experience. I felt welcomed and at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from White Rock Lake. The host was friendly and attentive, providing all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel warm and inviting.

Had a great couple night stay. Self check in was great! Parking and Privacy were great. Would stay here again if I came back to Dallas.

Loan was a great host. Perfect place to stay for an extended period of time. Simple and cozy. Close to downtown, the world market and airport.

My husband and I stayed here for a getaway trip to explore different museums and things in Dallas. We wanted to stay somewhere that was not too far of a drive to each place we wanted to go, but also jot directly downtown. This place was the perfect distance away from everything! It was quiet, private, and a cozy place for two! It was nice having a fully functioning kitchen with nice pots and pans to cook with for breakfast. Catherine was very attentive, respectful of our privacy, and never made me feel like a burden if I had any questions about anything. She responded very fast to any message I sent her and was very kind! I would highly recommend anyone stay in this cozy guesthouse if you are wanting a quiet place to stay but not wanting to drive a long distance into Dallas. I would 100% stay here again in the future!

Very nice location for a solo traveler or a couple! Great amenities, loved the rooftop hottub and comfy bed.

This place was great! So clean and very easy to find. There is lots to do around here as well. It is very private and you forget that the actual house is in front. There are lots of amenities as well like hot water, wifi, lots of towels, hair dryer etc.

Ana was great, and her comfortable place was perfect for our needs! Close to all of the great things to do in Southlake! Definitely recommend!

THIS PLACE IS PURE PERFECTION! I can’t say enough good about this lil gem! Probably the BEST abnb that we have ever visited, & now the bar has been set. It’s everything that an abnb should be & thought of everything in advance, for you! Quiet, easy entrance, comfortable mattress and cozy bedding, squeaky clean, and SOOO relaxing! The shower was absolute heaven. The designer decor was an artsy spin on urban and fun. Location was absolute perfect for safety, in walking distance to several eating establishments or a short drive to other favorite suggestions. There is handy convenience cabinet stocked with just about anything you can think of from drinks, snacks or forgotten toiletry needs/items. This host welcomes doggos, so the only thing missing was our lil pooches & that was only bc they couldn’t make the trip bc we were visiting on business. I wish we had an extra night or two, so we wld have had the chance to visit & see more of Dallas. So, wait to visit the casita again soon!

The private entrance and secure parking immediately put our minds at ease. The cottage itself was immaculate and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sparkling dipping pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim, and the hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. We spent many evenings soaking under the stars, enjoying the peaceful ambiance. We can't recommend this cottage enough for anyone seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a solo escape, this place is sure to exceed your expectations!

Once again a wonderful stay at Adrienne’s place. This is my third stay. The location is fabulous. Parking could be tricky, but I never had an issue. This is the perfect location if you have a student at TCU. I literally could walk to my son’s place. The bed is so comfortable. I slept in each day. It’s very private and I felt very safe. Adrian was able to be available for any issues or questions I had. The sofa is so comfortable as well and my son and I watched a bunch of movies. I highly recommend this place.

Tastefully decorated and very comfortable space close to beautiful downtown McKinney, what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely be keeping this one bookmarked for any future trips here. Our hosts had every detail of our communicated very clearly. Thank you again!

Virginia communicated so well. She made me feel at home. She checked in while I was there. The area is very nice, it is an upscale area and you will see many people walking and riding bikes. She was very kind when I admitted that I spilled something on her comforter. She was very complementary telling me she was impressed that I was honest. We worked the situation out and I felt better. I wanted to stay again the following week, but she was booked. The price is great. The place is comfortable. It does have some insects flying around the front door with so many trees in the area. Those that are super picky about insects may not like this. The entrance is off an alley located on Heath road. If you have a big SUV the little drive may be difficult to back out of. I would definitely stay there again.

We enjoy our stay so much. The place was quiet, private, and just perfect! Love the neighborhood and easy access to everything.
