As South Africans used to nature, we thoroughly enjoyed the green belt and the views of trees. Christi responded very quickly and proactively to the one or two minor difficulties we had, and was a top notch host. Quite exceptional, in my opinion. There are nice restaurants and plenty of shops close by (I liked Market Street for groceries). When we needed an Uber there was always one within 5 to 8 minutes away, but mostly we had family transport. The house is comfortable, the beds good and I really liked the main bathroom. We did not use the jacuzzi/hot tub, but we did use the barbecue which worked fine. Not having central climate control in our homes in South Africa, we battled to set the cool/heat settings, but that was probably simply inexperience! Our stay was everything we expected, and we were very glad to have booked "hot tub house" with Christi.

This home was so wonderful for our family spring break getaway! We loved the pool and hot tub, fireplace, and spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The house was very well equipped with everything you need! It was an incredible place to stay for our family of 5, we loved the park that is just down the road, felt very safe, and found it easy to get to many local attractions. Highly recommend this property and this host!

Had a great family vacation with adult children! Tiffenay was great. She was flexible on some things we needed and extremely responsive. The home is absolutely lovely. Massive island for six people to sit at. Very peaceful neighborhood. We were in the heated pool + Jacuzzi every day. The 2.2 baths were amazing for our group of six to have privacy. We played the Wikipedia trivia game provided every night for hours. On Sunday, we had an issue and Tiffenay was immediately responsive and everything was solved within a couple hours. In addition, she went above and beyond to bring us a martini shaker when we realized there wasn’t one in the house. The home is well stocked. We cooked every night. There was a lot of coffee left for us. Whole beans with a grinder. You’re surrounded by great neighborhoods. We were 15 minutes from everything. Would recommend going to the Knox Henderson area for restaurants and home shopping. Bishop art district for unique shops and eateries. Would recommend!

The stay was great!!! My kids enjoyed the game room. Unfortunately it was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but would definitely consider coming back in summer months. We did have a clogged kitchen sink but we handled it. There was ants on the kitchen counter but sprayed what was provided and we had better days. Overall we loved it!! Thank you Jake for being wonderful hosts!

Fantastic location with good parking within 10 minute walk of downtown McKinney Very flexible bedroom layout with lots of charm in the house and neighborhood

We loved the area. There is a train not far from Josh's house that we rode down to Grape Vine and it was a lovely time! Great restaurants and shopping! We loved the beds (very comfortable) and everything about this house. It was perfect for our family and our small dogs. They loved running in the back yard. He even has a doggie door, which one of our dogs loved! Everything was clean and inviting. Had plenty of coffee and loved sitting in the back yard by the pool! There is a very nice walking trail and park just down the road from the house. We will stay here again when we are in town. The neighborhood was nice, and we felt very safe. Stop thinking about it and just book it.

Nice private place to stay for a small group. I went with two other couples for a weekend in DFW. Cool pad with plenty of amenities to keep you occupied when at the house. Owners were very good hosts that offered up plenty of recommendations for the area and quick responses. Would rent again in the future if we end up back in the area.

Gerald & Yuri were EXCELLENT hosts!! Super attentive & responsive. We enjoyed staying at their property & being able have most of our group together traveling to our friends’ wedding in Louisiana. They were even able to help let in one member of our group who arrived several hours before everyone else. That was GREATLY appreciated!!! They had comfortable spaces, and all the dishes and cookware to make a nice meal or a great cup of coffee. Coamfy beds, clean, and we felt safe. Our group enjoyed conversations from the comfy couch. Wish we had more time to enjoy the backyard. It was a bit busy with 10 of us sharing 1 bathroom, but the setup was really nice since 1 couple was under the weather so the master suite was perfect for them to rest and recover. In different circumstances, it would be easier for a big group to divide the bathrooms use. Even tho location was hike for us from DFW after midnight, location in SE Dallas was convenient to depart for Louisiana. Thank you again!!

Great place for larger groups. Plenty of sleeping and activities at the place to keep really any age group occupied. Located close to DFW so made travel arrangements pretty smooth and easy. Private and locked in so felt secure. Host is responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. Nothing but good memories.

Words cannot say how wonderful this rustic ranch is. Waking up to beautiful sunrises and horses is therapy itself! I never wanted to leave!

Great weekend stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone and very family friendly. The house was well maintained and clean. One thing of note, the hot tub instructions state that the heat up time is 15-30 minutes, however the hot tub never reached a temperature above 82-85. We did not reach out to our host with this matter as it did not affect our stay, so our experience with this might not be the norm. We will definitely look to book this property again should we be in the area.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. This house was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Host was very responsive to questions and even had dishwasher pods dropped off. The home was spacious and clean, our family would stay here again if we make another trip to Dallas.

My daughter and I stayed at the beautiful home for her cheer competition for about a week we were there, the whole stay was amazing the host was responsive the lake was beautiful we got in the water a couple times my daughter had a blast especially after the things that had taken place at her cheer competition at the Kay Bailey Convention Center, aswell as the hosts were amazingly open to helping us with anything we needed to help better our stay due to my daughter dealing with some personal issues due to the ordeal that had taken place at her competition, not only do the host truly care for their property and home they do truly care for their guests! It was amazing being able to stay in their home and try out the nearby restaurants I really recommend fish and tails I believe it’s called it no more than maybe 5 minutes from the home they have good food for a decent price!

It was the perfect setting for our big group and provided ample space for large gatherings. The pool was a fantastic addition and we got to spend both our evenings outdoor in the hot tub, despite the gloomy weather because of it. The secluded location provided the privacy we were looking for, allowing us to truly relax and unwind. We had a memorable stay and would highly recommend your property to others. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to the host for the wonderful weekend we had at your large house. Balaji was responsive to our worries and very accommodating of our requests.

We absolutely loved staying at Heather's home in Burleson! The location was perfect - private and away from all the noise but only a 5 or 10 minute drive to get dinner or groceries. The beds were very comfortable with great linens and great towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and worked out well for cooking a meal together. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sun set, walking around the property and fishing in the pond. The family time fishing around the pond was the best :) We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to visit family in Texas! Thank you, Heather, for providing a relaxing place!

I needed to find a place to stay near McKinney quickly and Wesley’s listing was one of the only ones available. I chose to stay here because of its location near the lake and only a 20-ish minute drive to McKinney. The house was quaint and lovely. Very clean and well taken care of. I had my puppy with me and she loved the large back yard to run around in. There was a gap in the fence and the home which she could have gotten out of, so if you have a dog I suggest watching them if you let them outside. That was the only con I had. Wesley was very communicative and friendly. The kitchen had all of the amenities you could ask for. The house is not ideal for groups larger than 3 in my opinion, but it is perfect for traveling couples. I would definitely come back.

Our family spent a long weekend at Alex’s place for the 2024 eclipse. The house was very comfortable and worked well for us and our preschooler. The area is nice and quiet. The foosball table, ping pong table, and other games were a really fun perk. All the TVs were Roku TVs, which made it really easy to stream everything. Host was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.
