Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, quiet, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. S&D was a gracious and communicative host, always available to answer any questions. Check-in was smooth, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place for a long term stay while relocating to the city. Lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance. Stella was always responsive and helpful. Great Host!

Great place, but if you’re alone or dont want to send your spouse to grab the keyfob, you might want to consider finding parking. There’s a good paid lot slightly northwest of the building. The view is quite nice and everything is as described. It was great to have a dedicated parking spot in the building. I will say, one of the neighbors at the time was definitely smoking something strong, but unfortunately I don’t think that was within this owner’s control. Great place, would recommend.

Though there are quite a few residences nearby, it was very quiet. The location is convenient for getting onto several highways/interstates in the area. Parking was easy and right outside the door. Lots of sidewalks for walking around. Living area furniture is comfortable and the linens were soft. Supplied products were good quality. Host is very responsive, respectful and personable. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was beautiful, spacious; the furnishings & decor were also gorgeous. Everything we could have needed was provided even down to little kitchen items and towels and q-tips in the bathroom. The master bathroom was bright and the shower and tub were high end! Gated access to the neighborhood was a nice perk and the pool was amazing too!

We had to travel to DeSoto for a sports competition for my daughter. I was so thankful to find this air bnb in the neighborhood that I did. We felt very safe. We even went on an evening walk. The home was so clean, so cozy, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed , great pillows.

Holley was a great host. Quickly responded to questions.

It was a great little home to rest in while at a graduation in Arlington. Super clean! There was just enough space, but you do have to juggle the one bathroom. Thanks, Pablo!

The place was perfect for our big group. Very close to downtown area and I didn’t even have to take the highway. The host was very easy to work with and allowed me to change my reservation with no issue due to the illness of a family member. I would stay here again!

I would and will get it again in the future, it is like having a home, and they always answer back when you need them too.

This day felt more at home and that it was very accessible when I was in Texas for the things that I had to do down there during the time I was down there the house was very clean and very nice and I love the area by the lake

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here. Thanks so much for our host Laura who made sure we were all set and all ours needs were met.

Overall great stay, the area is very closw to Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington. The place was very nice and quiet. My only suggestion is to improve the quality of the bed because I felt the springs on my back whenever I laid down to sleep and the pillows are starting to get worn out.

We stayed for one night in this cute place. We had 2 teenagers with us so there was a great separation between the main bedroom and the separate boudoir. 2 drawbacks i would like to mention in case these are sensitive issues for you is 1) there is quite a bit of air traffic until late at night. Seemed to quiet down around 12 . 2) the main bedroom mattress was sinking in the middle. We are a bit sensitive to this so we just put the mattress on the floor and had a great night! But other than that the place is beautiful , charming and close to many restaurants, museums, bars, venues etc
