As with any place in this area, always concerned about parking. TWO SPOTS! One in the garage. Little cozy. We had a Ford Escape - passengers got out before parking, but there’s enough room. Inside is so nice. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable. There were a ton of towels - much appreciated. Kitchen is so well stocked with appliances, dishes, and silverware. Greta was always ahead of time with information. She answered any questions very quickly, even on the weekend. Everything about our stay was great. Thank you Greta.

What you see is what you get! The place is A+. A perfect place to retreat, enjoy the view, and easily walk along the beach or marina. We intended to be anchored here for two days and relax…and that was realized to the full. We didn’t even leave to eat out because everything we needed to store and prepare our own meals was in place. When check out time came, we didn’t want to leave.

Would 100% recommend this place!! It was so cute and in the perfect location. You can’t beat the price for this location. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for our needs. Quiet, great space, walking distance to the sailing clubs, minutes walk to the ocean and the inlet. They had paddle boards and kayaks and life jackets for our use which we could walk to the ocean’s edge! A beautiful little courtyard with an abundance of flowers and citrus trees. Very easy to communicate with John as well. I would go back anytime! Thank you!

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Great location! We loved our stay at Jacqueline’s place. It was the right amount of space for 2. The bathroom is tiny as described but wasn’t an issue for us. Parking was easy even on street sweeping days. Bed is comfortable (on the firmer side) and had no issues with wifi.

Michael was very friendly and checked in several times to see how our stay was going. I love the home and ability of seeing the beach from the living room. Such cute decor and updated beautifully.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

Great place to stay! Host was friendly and responsive. The bikes and sand toys were so convenient. This place was clean and accommodated all 8 of us. Love that it is one house away from the sand!

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! We appreciate your hospitality.

This property is excellent! It is well-maintained and offers a comfortable environment, making it ideal for our family. It is conveniently located near Legoland and the beach, with a variety of dining options available to accommodate the preferences of our picky eaters. We had a great trip and would highly recommend this property!

I stayed here for three weeks. It was wonderful. The place was neat and cozy. Walkable to restaurants, stores, museums, and, thrilling to this midwesterner, about a 90 second walk to the beach. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Communication with Rachel was great, and Pete who managed the property responded immediately and was full of helpful suggestions, from where to order pizza to where to get my car fixed. Really enjoyed my stay, and would love to return some day!

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

What a LOVELY place to stay, just 6-7 houses away from the sand. Perfect location. Very useful shopping center across the street (Pavillions grocery store, banks, restaurants, etc). The house is very spacious, stocked with everything you'd need. Will definitely be back soon!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property, and it did not disappoint! Close to the beach, close to the Marina and Harbor, easy to get to. I’m sure I’ll be booking Spring Break 2026 there!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—actually, even better. The place was spotless, super comfy bed, and quality linens. The location couldn’t have been better—literally just a short walk to the beach, tons of great restaurants, and train station nearby. We did not need a car all weekend, which was such a bonus. The host was incredibly responsive, offering great recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. We arrived for the Ironman race with lots of race gear. The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs Highly recommend staying here, whether you're in town for a quick getaway or a longer stay. I’ll definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area! Thank you!

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, and local stores, with an amazing view to enjoy each morning. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating—they even provided a pack n play, which made things so much easier for us. We were warmly welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Rosé, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Parking was super convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. To top it all off, I accidentally left my AirPods behind and the host was so kind and honest—they promptly shipped them back to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!
