Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Absolutely loved this unit and location. Incredible ocean views, scenic walkable beaches, safe upscale community. Very quiet and modern unit with all the amenities and great attention to detail. Looking forward to coming again soon!!

Cindy (the host) and her team were super responsive and helpful. She’s first class & helped us solve a few issues at check-in. Owner needs to update living/dining room furniture and organize/update contents of kitchen cupboards. Bed was super comfortable, linens were great, kitchen appliances, balcony seating, views & pool were all wonderful.

We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

Melissa and Dans’ was absolutely amazing! We hope to stay again very soon. The location was unbeatable, going to bed and waking up to the sound of the waves right outside was such an experience I’m not sure how I ever slept before it. Plenty of good food well within walking distance and all so very good. You couldn’t pay me to write a bad thing about our stay lol. Thanks so much Melissa and Dan!

This unit was so comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed in various other units in this building and this was by far the absolute best in every way! We love the area and the fact that grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Cj was a great host and responded quickly to our questions. Hopefully this unit will be available for our next visit to Carlsbad!

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

We loved our stay at Shay's place in Long Beach. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all essentials provided for and is in a great location. The king size bed is very comfortable and we loved the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the master bathroom. We were there for a month and except for taking longer trips to do some sightseeing, we were able to just park our car and walk everywhere. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, as well as Seal Beach. There is a pool and hot tub available which we did not use, but loved being able to see from the bedroom window (along with the marina, bridge and a pretty pond with fountain by the pool area). Shay was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions promptly. I would love to stay there again!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

My husband and I spent one night at this Airbnb and had everything we needed. It was more spacious than we expected from the photos, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay at the condo! Great location, easy parking & self check in, excellent communication with the host throughout the stay. Loved the bathtub, fancy fridge (crushed iced with your morning iced coffee!), and cute patio. Our dog also loved having a huge park nearby for nice long walks. Super easy to get to Torrey Pines and La Jolla Cove for some nice beach hikes and exploring, but also conveniently located next to lots of grocery stores, amenities, etc. Would stay again!

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

My family and I visited Catalina Island for the first time last week and had an amazing time! We stayed at Jacob’s place and it was perfect! Very clean and spacious for our party of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed and checking in was super easy! The location was perfect, private, and walkable to town, local restaurants and shops! Jacob was responsive and attentive and communication was clear! Overall, we had a great experience and would definately consider staying here again in the future! I would definately recommend staying at Jacob’s place!

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

Modern and clean apartment in great condition. Furniture in great shape, beds were comfortable. Very nice unit. We did have a couple people in their 80s and getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge as the tub walls are very high.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

I enjoyed my stay at Giselle & Ali’s place and will definitely be back again. The place looked exactly like the photos and they had all the listed amenities. The rooftop view was very nice. They also had a store downstairs that was open 24 hours that sold snacks/drinks which was pretty cool. Parking wasn’t that bad either. The only thing was that it was a little bit of a walk to get from the garage to the airbnb. Overall, I really liked the place and how comfortable it was, will definitely book again!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

If you are looking for a beautiful Oceanside stay, Andy’s place is perfect! The pictures in the description do not capture the pure beauty of the grounds and beach. It is peaceful and beautiful. You are literally steps to the beach. The hot tub was amazing and very private for being shared. We also enjoyed the heated pool. It is close to several dining spots. Andy made sure you had everything you needed. I was very happy with our stay! When our family visits Oceanside again I will always book here! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great stay! Will definitely consider booking again for trips to North County San Diego

We enjoyed the condo. Comfortable bed, great pool are, but the view was the standout. All the way to La Jolla. Good cable tv and just the best little kitchen. Really liked staying there for the short time of four nights. Will be returning. Thank you, Timothy.

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

I would stay at Blake's condo in a heartbeat again when we come back to Catalina. His condo was spacious and spotless, and we felt right at home. It was cozy and modern and had all the amenities needed for a great stay, plus it was walkable to all the action, but far enough away that it was very peaceful and quiet at night. Our boys appreciated having a TV in the shared room, our youngest was entertained by all the toys, and we had a great time playing board games and doing puzzles during our downtime. We had to extend our trip another day because the ferries were cancelled due to wind, and Blake gave us a discount on the additional day that we hadn't planned for. Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not be disappointed.
