This was an ideal location for us to visit family and friends. The cottage had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable and we loved the large walk in shower. Beautiful gardens to look out onto and safe parking. We hope to return.

We was in awe on arrival and continued to not be disappoint. The host was responsive and helpful on arrival, we then settled into this beautiful place. As we sat on our decking we enjoyed the peace and quiet and our beautiful surroundings as the water was so clear we enjoyed watching the fish and local wildlife. We then continued to enjoy our week with no interruptions, all locale and on site pubs and food establishments was easy to find if you can pull yourself away from your relaxed surroundings. I would happily return to continue to enjoy your beautiful site, hundred percent happy with our stay. Thanks to all the staff x

A lovely little cottage near St.Albans that had all the amenities for a short stay. There's also a nice green space opposite the cottage for dog walking. The small outdoor area at the back was great for enjoying dinner on a warm evening.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, Abi’s place really is a home from home. Everything is super comfortable and her house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s walkable to Cobham high street which is perfect and it has plenty of lovely walks close by. Abi is also a wonderful and friendly host, very responsible and was flexible with check out time which made all the difference as we were staying with our young daughter. Could not recommend Abi’s home enough. Thank you Abi for a lovely stay x

We had a lovely weekend. The house was perfect for us. Location for us was great and it was lovely and private. The en-suites in each room made a very comfortable experience for us, our daughter and my son,daughter-in-law with their 6month old baby. Would definitely book again. Thank you

Lovely little cottage very close to all necessary amenities and also nearby to lovely countryside and easy access to Wisley and so on.

I highly recommend to book with Emily and George. The communication before arrival is perfect. The reception at check in is fantastic and the house is clean and cosy. Emily and George are the perfect hosts and their communication during our stay was perfect!

This is the second time we've stayed at Sharon's. It's a convenient and very comfortable bolthole to stay when we are visiting relatives nearby for Christmas. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Delightfully stylish, warm and with really good off street parking, a major plus in an urban area. Sharon is easy to contact and really helpful.

Perfect for cottage life experience. Situated at a quiet lane with all amenities equipped. Feel just like home. Orpington with nice food and plenty of supermarkets are just minutes’ drive away. Highly recommended for small family.

We stayed at Lee's for four months while my husband was shooting a movie at the nearby bovingdon airfield. This is the perfect location in terms of proximity to the studio. The place is very clean, quiet and peaceful. There are footpaths at the end of the driveway to a sprawling forest, ending at the common where there's a nice pub. You'll need a car here to reach most things, but this was expected in the countryside. The shower is a little small for tall people (my husband), but otherwise the place is wonderful and has absolutely everything you need. Lee even had the place cleaned once a week, included in the fee. A great option for filmmakers who don't mind being in the country.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished with elegant, modern touches that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to a stunning park and all the essentials. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host—warm, incredibly friendly, and always quick to respond. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. A perfect getaway—I’d return in a heartbeat!

Allison’s place is comfortable - we felt very at home. Welcomed by the lavender fragrance by the door. Local shops are less than 10 mins walk away, country walks close by too. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed having breakfast / lunch in the garden.

Beautiful period cottage in an amazing setting. We used both upper and basement bedrooms -- both were comfortable. The inside stairs are steep, but this is a period house, and we were expecting that. The neighbourhood is busy in the summer, but completely quietens down after 11 PM. Easy-to-access tube station, supermarkets in easy walking distance, and good nearby pubs. The walk over the nearby Hammersmith Bridge is lovely in the summer. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

Karon was a great host with very quick communication. The property was spotless, easy to find and exactly as described. The welcome bread, eggs, milk and orange juice were a lovely touch. It’s simply a lovely place to stay and we will be back for sure. Only £21 in an Uber to Twickenham for the rugby too!
