We had a lovely stay at this property. The house has everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of activities inside and outside of the house. We were 2 families with 5 kids total and everyone was entertained for hours upon hours. The pond was such a lovely addition to our trip. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing and watching the wildlife: The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There are plenty of games and toys for kids. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to cook for a large group. The one down side we encountered was the window coverings in the bedrooms. The blinds don’t fit some windows properly and some of the larger windows don’t have blinds at all so the light comes into the bedrooms early in the mornings. Just something to note for families with small kids who need dark rooms.

The host was very responsive to any questions we had . When circumstances changed she was incredibly understanding with our situation . The views are amazing and the rental very well appointed .

The place was fantastic, in a beautiful location. Surrounding nature was so peaceful 🌲 Joanie was great, always super responsive and helpful. Hot tub was definitely a plus under the stars 🌌

Place was great for our Yosemite trip. Drive to Yosemite village was about an hour and a half but beautiful views along the way. The place was nice and clean. Our family had a great stay and enjoyed the quiet stay to wind down after a day of driving and hiking! Would definitely recommend if you have little ones, our toddler specially liked the fireplace at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Griffin's place during our Yosemite trip. The home was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to unwind after a long day of hiking. They views and outdoor features make this place a standout. We wanted to use the outside spaces more, but mother nature had other plans. The hot tub being under cover was a bonus to shield from the rain. We had very few needs during our stay, but our questions were answered promptly. I loved the app feature that gave instructions, local recommendations, etc. It was easy to access particularly when we were out for the day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again should we find ourselves back in the area.

Paula and Mitch are truly "Super Hosts". Their place was beautiful and I loved the wine theme decor which reflects the name - Cabernet Cabana. We were also bringing friends from The Netherlands who were visiting and wanted to see Death Valley. We were close to the park and could come back to Paula's place and relax by the swimming pool and in the evening we could have a nice dinner in town and come back to Paula's for a few games of pool (billiards). The place had all the amenities that we would need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and even pool towels. On our last morning Paula brought us fresh baked cinnamon buns before we headed back to Las Vegas. She was such a kind person and we enjoyed meeting her. We definitely want to come back and stay in Paula's Cabernet Cabana some time!

We had a great time at the cottage. It was very peaceful and secluded. Marilyn was a wonderful host. She was responsive and checked in with us. She also left us a small gift for our anniversary which was so thoughtful and made our trip even better at the cottage. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Marilyn & Albert.

This cabin was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything needed to cook and the quality of everything was high. The host was very communicative and clear about some of the quirks of the house (like the cool mini-dishwasher). Would stay here again.

Private convenient place near all the restaurants that are worth going to in Kernville. Jennifer also let me check in early which was great!

An absolutely beautiful place! Surrounded by nature and the most homely cottage. Perfectly located for exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National forest. It really was a home from home for us, so well equipped with everything we would need for a stay with a young family. BBQ, firepit, cot, highchair, toys, books, garden games! Nancy & Chuck were so friendly and welcoming. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

A cozy house with great proximity to Death Valley National Park. Very quiet area which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Had a bit of trouble with the oven but the host was very responsive and indicated that the oven would be replaced soon so hopefully doesn't impact other guests. The perfect stopping place for a quick trip to the park.

I stayed at Trudy’s place for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The interior was very nostalgic and homey making it a comfortable place to cook and spend time in. The area surrounding was very private; about 10 minutes from the town with good food and coffee. If you’re looking to go to Yosemite I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s about an hour away and a beautiful drive the whole way. Trudy was a very kind and responsive host and I definitely hope to visit again!

Great little place for those visiting Yosemite! Amazing location and neat little home, loved everything about this place!

The cottage was a quaint and refreshing place for my husband, son, and me to stay for a nice little getaway for my husband’s birthday. The home was clean and comfortable. We did have one little snafu with the kitchen light which was easily resolved with quick response from Sammi and one of his co-hosts. If you’re looking to spend some days hiking out in the sequioas and having a place to relax when you’re done, this is the perfect spot!

We had a wonderful stay in Three Rivers and in this house. So clean, beautiful and peaceful area, everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Kori was so helpful answering all my questions very quickly. I will definitely book again the next time I stay in the area. Thanks to Debra for sharing her place with us and to Kori for making sure we had a smooth check in and all the info we needed for our stay.

Place was clean and comfortable, We were family with 2 kids, so place was perfect for 4. We did not use the upstairs loft, but that could easy host 2 more people. or could be converted into an entertainment zone. Beautiful surrounds, enjoyed morning walk. It was too wet for kids to go down to the creek, but it would be perfect place when it gets warmer. Turkeys in the morning was a surprise. There is no AT&T signal and Internet speed was slow and unreilable.

It was our first time going to Yosemite NP. Ashley’s home was within an easy drive to the park. We didn’t explore the town but it looked like there were a few fun places to go. After visiting Yosemite NP, we stayed in the home and had quality family time playing games, eating, and laughing. Ashley was a great host and responsive to our questions.

Lovely cottage! My friend and I were visiting Yosemite NP for a few days and saw this listing that was ~1-1.5hr drive to the park entrance (via 140). The location is a bit remote, ~25min drive into Mariposa, but we spent most of our time at Yosemite anyway so this did not bother us much. Evelyn was a wonderful host—responsive and friendly throughout. The amenities were as advertised and the space was clean and well-decorated! Would recommend to others looking for a cozy stay within 1.5hr drive of Yosemite!

The place and setting is pristine and beautiful. It is well surrounded by nature and you can always hear the sounds of birds which is really tranquil. We spotted dears right in front of the house. The hosts are great too, very responsive and provided crystal clear instructions. The house setup is very personalized and it feels like you're right at home. Location is a little remote but feels safe. Worth staying here if you are ready to spend a little extra.
