the accommodation was clean and exactly what was described and walkable to Colgate 20 minutes. lots of useful shops and restaurants around. A bit pricey but a great location

It was great stay at Edinburgh! The apartment was clean, worm, cosy and as good as the description! We need to contact the host only fee times because the instructions are very good described in the document. In the few time that we need a help from the hosts they respond us in less than 10 min. It was amazing time in Edinburgh with great hosts!

Large kitchen, very comfortable bed, the bathroom is equally comfortable. The apartment is very well decorated, it looks vintage but at the same time luxurious. It's a very quiet environment.

We had a very nice stay. The appartment is beautiful and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen - a nice place to prepare food and to sit together. Bus connections are excellent. Gill, the host, did everything possible to make her guests happy. That was really great.

Amazing Stay! I had a great experience staying at Jack and Dawn’s Airbnb. Dawn handled all communication and was very responsive and helpful, making the process smooth. The place was clean, exactly as described, and easy to check into. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and had a very relaxed atmosphere—it truly felt like home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Iain was such a friendly and helpful host, responded quickly and made us feel very welcome without ever being overfamiliar. I would definitely recommend this spot, it’s a taste of real Edinburgh and not to touristy while still being close enough to all of the hotspots to just saunter into town. Close to everything you could need. Only thing I wasn’t in love with is that it’s ground floor and so you sometimes feel a bit on view but that said you do get the benefit of an outdoors area of your own, also a very secure underground car park with lots of room for my SUV, lift access to the front and rear of the building and the car park. Really great place, so glad we chose it!!

Our little Fringe crew stayed at Jacob’s flat for most of the month of August. Our stay was really lovely — because there were four of us, it was slightly tight quarters, but more than manageable. Jacob even made sure that we were taken care of when we accidentally locked the keys in the flat! Would recommend.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

This was a fantastic stay. The space was very well maintained and convenient, with fun artistic touches. Rooms were generously sized and beds were super comfortable. The host was quite responsive and clear with communications, and we were able to walk everywhere from the location. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic hosts! and perfect location in Edinburgh, literally a tram or bus ride from the centre and really lovely neighborhood. Can't fault Sue or her husband on their hosting, we were treated as part of the family.

We had a wonderful 5 days stay at Moira’s place.Felt just like home. Moira is an excellent host and she made our stay very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable and private bathroom had all the amenities. Moira had also given access to her lovely kitchen where everything was available for breakfast. Great location of the apartment,the city centre is just few minutes away and it’s also close to the seaside. Moira also recommended very good sightseeing places and restaurants. Highly recommended place to stay in Edinburgh.I would love to be back there!

Alex is an amazing host! not only is the apartment beautiful and in an amazing location, she also was very helpful to me and my wife when I got sick on our last day. she allowed us to stay an extra day after we explained the situation and was very kind and understanding to our situation. the apartment is also very well located - next to the River Leif area and off a hill close to cafes, stores, markets, and restaurants.

Honestly I cannot thank kamil enough. Above and beyond for his guests. I would DEFINITELY recommend to ANYONE!!!!

The property itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Cosy stay, private, quite and tidy space. Lovely shower and bathroom. 15-20min bus journey to centre (would reccomend full day bus pass £5) Also accessible by walking. Super reasonable in comparison to city centre accommodation prices. Really friendly and attentive host. Thanks for the stay Duc!

The Edinburgh Townhouse was a wonderful place to stay! Iain was very helpful and quick to respond to messages leading up to our stay. Iain was also amazing recommending local and sightseeing places to visit in Edinburgh. Check-in details provided were clear and the accommodation was brilliant, spacious, and all facilitates were excellent. Kamil, was a fantastic host. As I was his first long stay rental he outlined his rules. Respect to privacy but also sociable and volunteered to take me with him when he did grocery shopping or going for take out meals. His place felt like a second home, and asked me before going into the room I rented if he had to access items stored there. The keyless door lock and outdoor camera made me feel secure. With the kitchen I had my own cupboard space as well as space in the fridge and freezer for my food, as well as instructed me in the use of the cooker and washing machine ( different from Canada).

Cozy room, best disabled accessibility I've seen, and Ishbel has put a lot of thought into the little comforts that we can't carry around while travelling. Her wee dogs were friendly and no bother. Large house, big garden within a residential area with great public transport links. A good night's sleep, would certainly stay again.

What an absolutely gorgeous place. We were there during a really cold spell but the house was so lovely and warm. Gorgeous furnishings. Very spacious even with all the Christmas decorations - the place felt very festive. Not too long a walk to get into town or to catch a tram but we used taxis due to the weather and there was never a problem getting one. House was pristine and the decor was great. Bedrooms spacious with very comfortable beds. Paige responded to my messages within minutes. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. Yes - it’s more expensive than some places in Edinburgh - but you get what you pay for and here you get true quality and comfort. The photos are very accurate …..what you see is what you get.
