This place is an absolute gem. Located in woodland, off the beaten track, superb design with lovely open plan elements, very clean, large rooms and a really responsive host.

J'ai loué un appartement pour mes parents pour une semaine et nous sommes très satisfaits. L'appartement était propre et ressemblait exactement aux photos. En outre, Marcin a été très gentil, nous a demandé s'il nous manquait quelque chose et a répondu à toutes les questions. Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour ! :) ENG : J'ai loué cet appartement pour mes parents pendant une semaine, et nous avons été très heureux de notre choix. A brilliant location tucked away in amongst the hills of Innerleithen. Perfect if you’re looking to disconnect from the digital world and ask your devices, and perfect proximity to some of the best mountain biking facilities in the UK. Make sure you pack some Smidge as those Scottish midges are relentless!

We loved staying here! Spotless place with a kitchen very well equipped. Felt at home since we got in. The photos don't make justice to the place!

I really enjoyed my stay at Mani's. He is such a kind and considerate person that goes out of his way to help. The place is very clean, is on the outer edge of the city, but busses are across the street. Three different busses that go to the city center, so no long waits. Mani was very responsive to my questions and even gave me a very early morning ride to meet a bus tour. I would highly reccommend a stay there.

We’ve had a wonderful stay! Nothing was too difficult and they went to the nth degree to look after us. Cannot recommend this location more! The snow made it all very magical and coming home to a fire and comfy sofas was lovely.

I loved my stay in a wonderful and super comfortable place. I recommend it to everyone and I will be back.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Apartment. Die Bahn ist nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Ebenso ist auch ein Supermarkt (24/7 geöffnet) in der Nähe und von dort aus gibt es auch die Möglichkeit mit Bussen in die Stadt zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zen is a wonderful host! The location is perfect to walk everywhere. It is also close to Waverley Station. I couldn’t have picked a better place.

Cosy and comfortable flat in lovely area. The flat is up 3 small flights of stairs although there is a lift available. It is very homely and has everything you need including a comfy chaise longue in the window which overlooks the communal grounds. There is access to the River Almond, the falls and the walks along it including to the beach and Cramond Island. There is a bus route into Edinburgh city centre a short walk away but we drove the short distance to the Gyle shopping centre where there is 4 hours free parking and got the tram into town to save parking charges. Lovely comfy beds and a huge TV! The only downside is the flat is on the flight path to the airport and there are low flying planes but these stop at night and after a while you don't notice them. Dayna was quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Very nice, friendly people, that were always eager to help. The accommodation was same as on the photos, clean and calm. A big advantage for me was the possibility to use the kitchen. Location is good, too - it's a 30 minutes bus trip to the city center. Pleasant surprise was that it's quite close to the airport and I was able to take a bus to the airport even at night (I leaved around 3am)! Overall, strongly recommend.

Matt y Aure nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Ha sido un placer poder alojarnos allí y si la vida nos lo permite y se lo permite, volveremos. Todo tal cual las fotos. Muy atentos, servicios óptimos y tuvieron un problema con una tuberúa del que podríamos no habernos ni enterado, pero del que nos informaron y arreglaron de inmediato. Nos permitieron llegar antes del check-in y nos informaron de absolutamente todo lo interesante. Sin palabras. Sinceramente, increíbles. Nos encantraía algún día tomarnos la copa de vino con ellos que nos quedó pendiente. Gracias chicos ♥️

Kathy is a wonderful, accommodating and very understanding host. Her apartment is spotless, everything is in the right place and all we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is definitely a ‘home from home’. She is pro-active to our queries especially it’s our first time to visit Scotland specifically Edinburgh. I would definitely recommend and stay at her place again. Thank you Kathy!

What can I say about this cottage? Outstanding, absolutely beautiful it has everything you would ever need. The cottage is very clean and well laid out. Lynda is the best host so responsive at all times and sometimes proactive. We had a power cut after the recent storm, Lynda offered to move me to a hotel or another cottage. I decided to stay and put up with the power outage which was really cosy with candles burning and the log fire lit. The real lovely surprise is when you turn off the road down the track to the cottage and you see the Loch which you cross a causeway to get the cottage, amazing. It’s a place I definitely want to return to return to for a holiday. So thank you for letting me use your amazing place Lynda I hope to stay again 👍

Absolutely beautiful cottage. Much bigger and more spacious than we thought from the pictures. Everything was spotless and laid out like a mini hotel. The wood supplied for the log burner was great as other places we’ve stayed we’ve had to take our own! Central heating was super warm as well for the chilly mornings. The kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay at Nicola's cottage. It was very peaceful and surroundings were beautiful. It was perfectly located to allow us to visit both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The cottage itself had all the amenities we required and was very spacious. Nicola was also a great host, very helpful and responsive! We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for us as we got married at the barn and were able to walk there.

The Boathouse is a fantastic getaway. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise in the morning and seeing the stars at night was a wonderful experience. A lovely little kitchen which everything is provided. Such a wonderful place and I will have lovely memories! Thanks Gill and your team.
