Highly recommended. Barbara was a gracious and knowledgeable host. The flat was well equipped, well positioned if you prefer access to the city without being in it and very comfortable and well presented. We would return - which says it all.

We stayed for three night and rode the 9 minute train ride to Edinburgh. The walk to the station was easy and safe. The apartment was well maintained and stocked with all the kitchen utensils you’d need. Phil was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Edinburgh.

The lodge was cosy and welcoming, the host was extremely friendly and helpful. She left us lots of extras like tea,coffee, milk , snacks and fresh flowers. I would highly recommend the place.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

A wonderful great stay. Would highly recommend. Coming from the states I didn’t miss any of the modern luxuries of housing. Fully functional kitchen, and warm spaces with lots of natural light. A truly home away from home feeling. Thank you and hope to meet again in the future.

Although very short time there ( our doing ) dropped bags and headed to rugby then left at 4pm next morning as had early flight the place was great handy parking and very nice accommodation. Would happily stay again

le logement est accessible du centre en 20 min à pied, ou 10 min en bus. il est tout pret du parc ou le trail est possible. l'environnement est formidable et le logement est accessible facilement et prêt de toutes les commodités tout en étant très tranquille, aucun bruit ! j'avais oublié mon passeport en partant et Hazel a tout fait ! commandé le uber et a donné les instructions claires au conducteur ! un grand merci à elle !

Jon was a perfect host. Great communication. Flat was really nice & , great location for us to head to Murrayfield for the Rugby. Couple of nice local pubs close by. Would definitely go back again.

Great stay for the price. If you are out and about then this is perfect for a base and the walk to the main sites was easy. Friendly hosts and very responsive. Suited our visit with our dogs as had plenty of space inside and the parking space was handy. Would stay again :)

Beautiful location, right in the heart of Stockbridge with excellent venues all around to explore. Excellent communication from the host throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay, highly recommend!

This flat is ideally situated to enjoy all that Stockbridge and Edinburgh City Center has to offer. The flat was cozy and comfy, the kitchen small but well equipped. The bathroom was ideal with a good shower. Hosts were great at communicating. Will be back!

This place is super cozy and quiet, and it’s in a great location. It’s surprisingly spacious with some fun art, furniture, and decor. It was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay for a wedding. The host was super supportive when we had a minor issue. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, spacious and very modern. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it had everything we needed, from tea, coffee, sugar, milk to all the essentials like bowls, utensils, toaster, dishwasher. Two bathrooms was great for us with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, nice towels and hairdryer. The big beds were super comfortable with great pillows and bedding. One of the coolest features was the Alexa/smart feature to control the lights, heating and electric blanket in lounge on the futon in the window-loved this!!! The layout and style of the space were just stunning, making it a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Shammi was a great host, responds to questions super quick and offers an amazing service with his lovely apartment. Thank you so much for an incredible experience! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

We were happy with our stay at Margaret’s place. Checking in was straightforward and the flat was clean & tidy when we arrived. It’s conveniently located near a bus stop, which made trips into central Edinburgh quick and easy. The neighbourhood itself was nice, with some great cafes and lots of shops just a short walk away. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We only had a few minor issues with our stay. The front door lock was a bit tricky and took some fiddling to open each time, and the floors & stairs were quite creaky as well. The hot water was limited, meaning only two showers before it ran out, and we had trouble getting the boost feature to work. The headboards were loose in the bedrooms as well, which made annoying noises when moving around. The TV remote was a little unresponsive too, needing a few presses to register. Overall, it was a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Jonathan was very helpful in getting us into the flat, which is in a great location! he was also very helpful afterwards when I left an item there. Great flat, would recommend!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time in Edinburgh and loved Tania's place! She was so responsive and the place was gorgeous. Great for a Valentine's Day weekend getaway. :)

there are no words for how beautiful! the location is absolutely perfect. the building itself was beautiful, it was so hard to say goodbye! the host was wonderful and i’d recommend anyone who’s visiting to stay there!

A comfortable apartment in a quiet, modern neighbourhood. The Palace of Holyroodhouse is a 20-minute walk away; a Sainsbury’s supermarket is close by; Easter Road, the home ground of Hibernian FC, is across the car park (but buy tickets ahead if you want to go to a match). An excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed; first-rate Wi-Fi; a serviceable kitchen (but we couldn’t find a teapot or a coffee-maker); the “dedicated work space” is, in fact, the -- large -- dining table. The balcony overlooks charming Lochend Park. Plenty of parking. The area is well served by Ubers. Anya was very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, the lift was not very reliable (it stalled several times), which was inconvenient, given our rather cumbersome luggage.

We enjoyed staying at Brian's for a few nights while in Edinburgh. The place was very clean, neat, with lovely bathroom, kitchen organised with everything you need, big living rooms, and dining space. It was very easy to park and the instructions we received were very clear, the place easy to find and the bus station that took us to the centre just 2 minutes away. Brian was communicative, friendly and our stay was so nice that we think we'll return there again when you we back to Edinburgh. Thank you very much. A real pleasure!! 5 stars!!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment and everything was exactly as described. The location is in walkable distance of some lovely restaurants and shops as well as having great public transport links into the city centre. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anybody staying in/around Edinburgh 😊
