Very clean new space, considerate, helpful and accomodating. A lovely, quiet and restful space with great hot water. I will definitely be staying again.

We had a fabulous stay here. the house is so close to the bus stops into the the city. Very quiet, peaceful location. The house was perfect for our needs. We were able to check-in early and on the day we checked out, we were able to leave our bags at the house to collect later on. This meant we could enjoy our last day without dragging the luggage. On arrival Guy has left some lovely treats for the kids and essentials in the kitchen. He even provided some gluten free bits as I had told him we had a coeliac in the family. Overall top class - highly recommended.

We loved staying here, very easy entry but was down stairs in the cellar so was a tad slippy and dark. The room was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Smelt amazing when you walked in and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfy and cozy, very nice and warm room perfect for December in Edinburgh! Bathroom was perfect too and we even had a little side room for our bag and coats off our bedroom which was nice to have things out the way. Great location next to the park and a very easy walk to town/ train station and bus links. Would 100% recommend this place to stay.

Group of 7 friends enjoyed a lovely weekend stay in beautiful clean , warm house. It was a nice touch that there was a bottle of Red Wine left for us (60th celebration) and some shortbread, there was plenty of milk, tea and coffee and other kitchen essentials available. The house was extremely well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Christmas trees and decorations added a lovely homely feel. Beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding. Views of ‘Arthurs seat’ are amazing. Plenty of space for privacy if needed and 4 bathrooms with powerful showers which is always a bonus. Although we didn’t use it there was a lovely Utility room with washer and dryer. Great, timely communication from Mike. Thank You, we would definitely recommend or stay again if visiting Edinburgh 😊

Patrick's place is perfect if you're looking for a place next to the airport. The taxi to the airport costs about 10 pounds. Patrick is really friendly and it was so nice to talk to him. He gave us lokal suggestions and booked our taxi to the airport. We had to leave really early but it wasn't a problem at all. The room was perfect and sparkling clean! Highly recommend ;-)

Emily's place is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! It's beautifully located, extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped for a traveller, with many little provisions that make nights away from home easier and more pleasurable. The bed is ridiculously comfortable, and the bed linen and towels have that good-hotel level clean feeling which makes me feel instantly at ease. Emily is the perfect Airbnb host - super responsive and available, whilst also careful to provide privacy. We had such a wonderful stay here, and will be coming back as soon as possible!

Fantastisch verblijf, warm welkom door hosts, en attente tips voor plekken voor ontbijt, koffie, diner en charity shops, die zeer welkom waren. Edinburgh heeft ons hart gestolen en we hebben een erg fijn weekend gehad!

As a group of 5 adults, it was not easy to find apartment that could accommodate all of us. We had a great time staying at Rosie’s apartment, it was spacious, stylish and within walking distance to many restaurants and historic sites. Our host Linda was very responsive, we actually got the opportunity to check in early, which we really appreciated. Overall, highly recommended if you visit Edinburgh!

Very clean & comfortable apartment. Very accessible to Edinburgh city centre, buses close by & only 15mins from the airport by taxi/uber. Overall we had a great stay in a very clean & comforatble appartment with all the amenitites we could possibly need! Roy was a great host, very helpful & he checked in with us to ensure all was ok

We had a great stay at Sam’s place. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do and see, easily walkable to station, the city’s main attractions, restaurants/cafes/bars, on the doorstep of Holyrood park and Arthur’s Seat. Sam is a really great host and provided us lots of useful information and local knowledge of what to do given the rainy weather which we thought was really helpful. Loved the fact he supplied tea, coffee and breakfast supplies free of charge. 😊 His place is super clean, quiet and extremely comfortable to stay in. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if we are staying visiting the city again!

Tansie was wonderful. She made us feel at home and we loved our stay here. Her home is down the street from several cafes and restaurants. You are about a 10 min walk to the old town where the castle is and close to the train station. We felt cozy and welcome in her home. She went well out of her way to look out for our family and give us helpful suggestions. The home is spotless and well laid out. The bathrooms look newly renovated and the kitchen as well. It is charming. It is quiet at night which was important to us.

My girlfriend and I truly had a great experience staying at Alistair's place, very conveniently located (20min from the city centre by foot), lots of good place to eat (we recommend the Red Kite Cafe just across the street for breakfast) and overall a pretty chill house to relax after a long day in the city, very quiet and peaceful. Alistair is also a very friendly and chill host, he gave us some welcome advice about Edinburgh, thanks to him we weren't totally clueless about the city ! His cat Spooky is also very friendly and will definitely come take a nap with you :-) Overall a great experience, would recommend, thank you Alistair !

Nunca antes habíamos estado en un airbnb compartiendo casa con nuestros anfitriones y no sabíamos mucho qué esperar, pero sin duda ha sido una experiencia de 10. Han sido súper amables siempre queriendo ayudarnos con cualquier cosa y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Todos los días estábamos deseando llegar a descansar porque es una casa fantástica, la habitación y el baño mejor que cualquier hotel y las zonas comunes mejores que en mi propia casa. Además siempre nos llevábamos una alegría al encontrarnos a Max el perrito de la casa, super amigable y juguetón. En conjunto ha sido el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado y nos encantaría repetir siempre que visitemos la preciosa ciudad de Edimburgo (ojalá sea pronto🥹).

We enjoyed our stay - the home was comfortable and filled our needs. Jenny quickly responded to our questions providing the information we requested. Should our travels take once more to Edinburgh, we would look to stay here once again.

Great place to stay in Edinburgh. It is a bit out of the city center, but it is quiet and easily accessible by bus (around a 20-25 minute commute). The place was very clean and just like the photos. We especially liked the recommendations for where to eat. They have a dog but we only saw it once and it was super sweet! :)

Katrina and David were super friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and whole house clean. Felt like home. Would not hesitate to recommend and would return if ever in this area again.

We spent a lovely weekend in Edinburgh in this beautiful apartment! Matt was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. The area where the apartment is located is calm and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessities one needed and the common areas were cosy and nice. The apartment was warm, which we appreciated very much. Would be happy to return here anytime, a true gem!!

I had a wonderful stay at Stafano’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to public transportation, but in a calm Neighborhood. Stefano was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Clare was the perfect host. She gave great food recommendations, regularly checked in whilst we were staying there and described the property to the letter. The property is an ideal getaway and I honestly don’t think you could find anything better, anywhere.

Perfect location to explore The Pentland Hills and beyond, or stay outside the hustle & bustle of the city centre. There are buses to Edinburgh around every 10mins which takes around 20mins, plus late bus options for the return. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay plus there is a supermarket store just 2 mins walk to stock or try the pub/restaurants that are also on your doorstep. I'd made a really last minute booking so massive shout out to Gene who popped down after 7pm to let me in and show me around. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Everything was spotless, easy to use and well maintained. Shower was a simple push button affair with plenty of hot water to set up a great start to the day. Definitely a great option for a home away from home experience. Enjoy!

Abbiamo passato un we a Edimburgo e abbiamo alloggiato da Andrius. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa era pulita, vicina alle fermate dei bus e la zona molto bella! Andrius è molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

We felt home in this place! The interior of the house is very charming, so cosy and very sophisticated. The surrounding is quite and peaceful. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It’s 25mins walking from the center, and it’s a reasonable price if you want to take an uber. Thanks Magnus for being so friendly and helpful throughout the stay, we really enjoyed it!
