As advertised, nice place!

David's Airbnb is a great choice for one person or a couple looking to get away. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars and just a short 7 min drive to Heavenly. I stayed at David's place for a month and it had everything I could ask for. The WiFi/Internet was solid, I did not have any issues working remotely from the apartment. Also David is super helpful and easy to get in touch with.

RnR rentals at Lakeland village #107 was a great place to stay for a couple. The heavenly bus route is across the street and takes you to the California lodge. The free public bus stop is there as well, making after ski visits to the town a breeze. The fire pit oven was awesome. The bathroom is a little small. RnR was great via texting. The amenities by the lake are nice to sit at. There’s is a hot tub and gas fire pits you can turn on. Overall would definitely go back.

We traveled with our toddler and 8 month old, and the Airbnb was perfect for our little family. This Airbnb has items for your baby and toddler like baby utensils and cups, books and toys. We would have liked to have a small or mini high chair for the baby, though, but our stay was still enjoyable for our toddler and baby. You do need to get a parking pass before you park your car, we were given a 72 hour warning and the listing did not mention that. We would stay at this location again in the future when visiting Lake Tahoe!

Big Country Property Management is very prompt in responses for any questions that you might have. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent that property.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

Great place to stay. Jane was very responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out window. She was very nice and fully explained all the amenities in her beautiful place. Great view. Awesome experience! Totally worth it!

My husband and I had a great time at Ryan’s place. We were lucky enough to have it snow while we were there. Our dog loved the snow. The backyard is big enough for any dog or family to have a good time in. I noticed that there was enough deck with beautiful furniture and a barbecue. If it was summertime, we would’ve enjoyed all of that too. I wish we had taken the walk down to the beach. There is a nice path to get there on. For year-round enjoyment there’s plenty to do and Ryan’s place is a great Home Base to do it all from. This home is clean, decorated well and comfortable. Thank you, Ryan. Everything was amazing and great location. I was a little bummed we couldn’t get the sauna to work. However, the pool, hot tub, home movie theater and comfortable open floor plan with pool table made up for it. Great stay!

Great stay at Clark's cabin. Perfect location for a few days in Tahoe with my boys. Very clean and everything we needed. Clark was very easy to deal with and the perfect host. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the South Lake Tahoe area.

What a great location! It's in a quiet neighborhood 10-20 minutes away from a grocery store, coffee shops, trails, and Kiva Beach. The home is cozy, welcoming, and clean, with a big backyard that our three dogs approved, haha. While it wasn't snowing anymore, we enjoyed the snow on the ground! Chris was great, professional, friendly, and responsive. I appreciated that he checked in to ensure everything was up to our expectations and offered any assistance during our stay. I am favoriting this listing and will visit it again in the future!

Stay was great- beautiful house about 15 minutes from the California Lodge at Heavenly. Denise was a great host. There was a local power outage and she called to provide information on battery powered lights & heaters. Tons to do in the house- game room, hot tub, etc to keep everyone busy. One thing that is a MUST is a AWD vehicle, as the driveway & road approaching are both very steep. All in all, would stay again!

A nice and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, with a short hiking trail with excellent views within walking distance (though it involves quite a bit of walking uphill 😅). Jeanine was helpful and responsive, and check-in and check-out were very convenient.

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

Annie's place is in the perfect location to enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe...which is literally just a few minutes walk to the shoreline and stunning picturesque pier! At night there are a few autolit fireplaces that we sat and enjoyed the crisp winter snowy air. The view, ambience was simply stunning! It is also close to town, shops, eateries and Heavenly Village..Perfect!!! The condo was so cozy, especially the fireplace made it nice & warm! The bed was comfortable so we slept well. Its also equipped with all the necessities for cooking. We ate out but was also able to cook a nice meal easily with everything we needed. There was also LOTS of parking right in front of the main building so very convenient. Another awesome perk of this place is that the Sauna and pool entrance are literally next door, just steps away..in the same hallway! I would definitely return to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful and homey stay. We enjoyed it tremendously & hope to return soon

Beautiful place right by the lake! Hot tub and sauna access, and easy parking. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking and driving distance. Jordan was a fantastic host and had some great recommendations for local restaurants, would definitely stay again

Great space really close to the heavenly gondola and shuttle service (for when the gondola is on a wind hold). Good restaurants nearby. Big open living and kitchen area with good bedrooms and bathrooms. Awesome pool and hot tub.

Our family of 5, couple with 3 children loved our stay. The place is 2 blocks from everything you need. The grocery store is a few miles away but everything else is walkable. The unit was comfortable for the 5 of us and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost everyday and had the tools we needed. If you are looking for a less expensive option to ski heavenly, this is definitely a good choice. Our kids really liked the open area right next to the unit where they could play in the snow and build snowman. Definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Lake Tahoe.

Perfect stay all around! Beautiful, well maintained home with plenty of natural light, complete with unique furniture, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, a cozy fireplace, and everything else imaginable to feel comfortable and at home. Excellent location: casinos, grocery stores, beaches, restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive! Thank you, Frances, for being such a great communicator and a wonderful host!

Very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished 2 BR condo. Close to everything in Stateline/S Lake Tahoe area. Great host.
