We had a fabulous stay! The place was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen cookware, including tupperware. Coffeemaker and blender and double toaster were all on the counter. The beds (all 3) were all in great shape - comfortable and clean. The couch bed and Murphy bed were very easy to set up. The facility itself is very clean and aesthetic. There are free old school video games downstairs and a foosball table. The sauna, steam room and gym are 24 hours and the hot tub and heated outdoor pool were open 8am - 10pm. It doesn't matter that there's no restaurant in the actual hotel, as it's in the Village so there are tons of food and entertainment options. The front desk was great with providing dining options and they also gave us a list of places that provide a discount.

"The Apartment" was fantastic for our month stay while our house was having work done. We loved that we could walk to many restaurants and had easy access to highway 80. The place felt much larger in person than it looked from the photos. Heating worked very well and the entire place was very cozy, and stocked well with things like tea and coffee, toilet paper, etc. Negatives as has been stated in other reviews, is that it upstairs on a busy road and can be quite loud at times, especially on the weekends and during trash pick-up and food deliveries for the restaurants across the street. This was not too big a deal for us and the location made those offsets not worth quibbling over. Only other small issue is the parking as there is no designated spot, but for most with stays of just a few nights, this wouldn't be an issue. I would not hesitate to recommending booking this place for your next stay in Auburn. Fantastic location, with a lot of space, and nice amenities.

The unit was perfect for my 4 night stay. The unit was immaculate, fresh and modern. The host was very quick and friendly in responding to my inquiries. The unit is well laid out with very good quality towels and linen. Bed was very good quality and super comfortable. The kitchenette was well designed with service for two. Higher end appliances which worked without issue. The unit and area were quiet with good access and parking. Walking distance to major shops, restaurants and casinos. Excellent value for the money.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway—we wanted to experience the snow without making the full trek to Tahoe, and this spot delivered. Knowing the area well, we were able to plan a trip that balanced fun and budget, which was especially important with a new baby in tow. The home itself was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed to enjoy a stress-free stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful for the memories we made. We will definitely be back!

Great place with very accommodating hosts. It’s bigger than you might think from the pictures and tucked away in very peaceful surroundings. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future when heading out in that direction.

Karen was an exceptional host who was proactive with communication and very helpful with tips and tricks for the area. We stayed here during ski week and took the short drive to Sierra-at-Tahoe for our snowboarding. The house was perfect for our family and we were easily able to take some back roads to get dinner near the lake. We would 100% rent this place again.

The house was big enough to accommodate the 5 of us with room to spare. We were comfortable and felt right at home. All was clean and functional, the location was great to get into South Lake Tahoe and all the ski resorts. We never made it into the backyard although the bocci court was calling to us- but it kept snowing. The house and grounds are very well laid out. We hope to come back to play bocci!

The house was so closed to Heavenly and to other shops which were in walking distance. There were 7 of us and we totally enjoy staying at the house. Would love to come back and stay there again

This is the first time we try to bring our 4 years old to ski. She had a great memory to live in Catherine's amazing home. She is super friendly and patiently with all our questions. Also she has tons of acknowledge about this area. Also I was shock by how much DVD funs she has in the house. Also lots of toys. It is really perfect place for family trip like us. Definitely will visit again. Only one tip for future visitor to the amazing housing. If you drive your Tesla, make sure you have the right switch plug (Ask Catharine before you come). They have L2 charging.

Gorgeous home with flowing creek behind it. Loved how each room had its own bathroom. Perfect for a couples retreat! The Kevin is responsive to whatever your needs are.

This is our second stay at Robert’s place. He greeted us personally even when we arrived late in the evening and helped us check in. We stayed in the smaller room of the two room villa which was very comfortable and felt like a luxurious hotel room. The room had a queen bed and a sofa bed which was OK to sleep in. The Marriott staff was super responsive and replenished room supplies with in 30 minutes upon request. The room also has a very nice bathroom with a bathtub, a small kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. There is also a coffee maker in the room which we used everyday (bring your own ground coffee since the provided ones aren’t that great) . The room overlooks the pool and the three big and small hot tubs. In the morning they have aerobics sessions in the pool so you might want to keep your windows closed if you are not participating. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs which are open until 10pm. Parking can be a challenge if you decide not to pay for the $32 valet fee. We ended up parking behind the hotel and used the Flowbird app to keep adding time which ended up being cheaper then the valet. We were out most of the day anyway. Overall, I highly recommend Robert’s place.

My family (two grandparents, two parents and one child age 4) enjoyed 3 nights at Anne's condo in March. The immediate area is very peaceful - it is right near the lake where there is a private beach, which has very beautiful view of the Lake and mountains. The condo is a short drive away from the South Lake Tahoe area or Heavenly resort area. We loved the condo it was very homely, clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We all wished we had stayed slightly longer since three nights just whizzed by but we will definitely look to book this property next time we plan a trip back to Tahoe.

Overall wonderful stay. We came up for a ski trip and was hands down the best location to be for heavenly. Felt like home for the weekend- highly recommend!

Great location, right next to the gondola. The room is exactly as described.

Wonderful, clean and extremely convenient spot. The unit fit the 6 (2 kids) of us comfortably. Dorothy was helpful and communicated well. The unit overlooks the pool at the Marriott Grand Residence but very quiet; the location is central to everything you want to do in Lake Tahoe. The only thing to remember is that the cleaning fee is not included in Dorothy's price but is an additional charge of about $145 by the Hotel; add that fee on to get complete cost of the unit per night. Still a good price and value for a beautiful condo. We really enjoyed our stay!

A great place to stay if you're trying to spend a few days at Kirkwood! Felt very cozy, and was close to the slopes and restaurants at Kirkwood.
