Cute charming home! It was 20minutes from the casino which was fun! Local bars were fun too! Host was extremely reachable and helpful! The bed was comfortable which was a nice plus! Loved the blue tooth light in the bathroom and open shower! Would book again for sure!

We had an amazing stay! Eric and Chanda were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout. The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, and the thoughtful touches truly enhanced our experience. We will definitely visit this gem for a wonderful getaway again!

This house was a great place to spend some time in Tahoe. Close to skiing and the lake, it was a perfect fit for our family. While it is on the main road, we never had an issue with road noise due to the layout and thickness of the glass windows. The host added many nice touches to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was serene and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The surroundings were quiet, allowing for complete relaxation. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was attentive and welcoming, ensuring a smooth experience.

We came to Loomis for a wedding. We are a larger family and the house accommodated us very well. More than enough space and bathrooms to where we did not feel on top of each other. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. Wendy accommodated an early check in and communicated with us in a very timely manner when any questions arose. Enjoyed our stay!

This is the first time we try to bring our 4 years old to ski. She had a great memory to live in Catherine's amazing home. She is super friendly and patiently with all our questions. Also she has tons of acknowledge about this area. Also I was shock by how much DVD funs she has in the house. Also lots of toys. It is really perfect place for family trip like us. Definitely will visit again. Only one tip for future visitor to the amazing housing. If you drive your Tesla, make sure you have the right switch plug (Ask Catharine before you come). They have L2 charging.

This house was perfect! Everything you need for cooking a beautiful meal was available. There was space for the group to fellowship and also to find their “own” space when needed. Beautiful area

We had a fabulous stay! The place was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen cookware, including tupperware. Coffeemaker and blender and double toaster were all on the counter. The beds (all 3) were all in great shape - comfortable and clean. The couch bed and Murphy bed were very easy to set up. The facility itself is very clean and aesthetic. There are free old school video games downstairs and a foosball table. The sauna, steam room and gym are 24 hours and the hot tub and heated outdoor pool were open 8am - 10pm. It doesn't matter that there's no restaurant in the actual hotel, as it's in the Village so there are tons of food and entertainment options. The front desk was great with providing dining options and they also gave us a list of places that provide a discount.

Mark was an amazing host. Very attentive and responsive. The location was amazing. Tucked away in the corner of the hotel. Easy to get to the local shops once you get orientated. Close to the lake and right next to the Heavenly gondola. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is cozy, clean with basic essentials available in kitchen. The location is good. Would surely recommend if you want to be close to everything.

We stayed at the Jeffrey’s Hotel for one night and had a good experience. Everything was clean and in good condition. The kitchen could have been better equipped. I tried using the toaster and it started smelling and smoking a bit, but other than that we really liked it here (the beds are really comfortable), I just wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

BOOK ASAP! Yes, this place has a reputation for its lengthy rules but they’re reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property is more gorgeous in person. Really, even the pictures of the interior don’t do it justice it’s really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor property is breathtaking. The river was the cherry on top!! The sheets and blankets were fresh and smelled good. The house was spotless and has everything you need even a blender. Danika was incredible and accommodating. She went above and beyond! She responded to all of my messages and helped me and my family create lasting memories with our 3 year old son. I’m still day dreaming about this stay at coloma cottages to be honest and hope to be back soon (maybe when it’s not 100+degrees) thank you guys for an awesome vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location can’t be beat- across the street from the gondola as well as in a walkable area. The rooms were also comfortable. We definitely plan to stay again!

My friends and I were here on a vacation from work, and it was such a lovely stay! There’s a cute river walk right by the house that we enjoyed very much and very friendly and adorable goats in the front of the house! (They’re secure behind a fence) I would absolutely stay in this airbnb again!

Our three-night stay at this Airbnb was simply incredible. The hosts: Joann and Victor were incredibly friendly and fun, making us feel right at home. The rooms, furniture and surroundings were impeccably clean, way way better than the pictures on the listing. We even had lunch together, adding a personal touch to the experience. You can barbecue or bon fire. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the host's impeccable taste and attention to aesthetics. We enjoyed river rafting on the American River, Gold Rush museum in Coloma, Gambling in Red Hawk Casino which is just 10 minutes away and Exploring the charming downtown area. Heads up: this place has 4 beds but all single ones, so it might not be ideal for couples unless they’re as small as us to fit in one. Overall, this Airbnb provided an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional hosts Victor and Joann and their lovely home. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.

This place is absolutely amazing—just as beautiful as in the photos! At first, I thought a home with such a strong design aesthetic might not be ideal for a longer stay, but after settling in, I realized that every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The host has provided so many amenities to make the stay enjoyable. The EV charger was a huge plus, making it super convenient for electric vehicles. And I have to mention the steam feature in the master bathroom—it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. Truly an incredible stay!

Cute, affordable, homey space right near Heavenly - highly recommend!

The house is a great space for a large group and very well supplied. We were glad to have an office for the few that worked and still have plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs TV room and wine cooler were enjoyed every evening. In the morning, we accessed the local walking path across the street. Very nice. There's a well-kept yard on one side of the house. The back and other side are off the kitchen with a seating area, grill and hot tub. There is a machine shop on that side, and during work hours, there is grinding and other equipment sounds. Also, the house fronts a mid-busy road. FYI for guests looking for a "country quiet" stay. We would stay again as the space was really terrific and close to lots to do.

Our stay here was amazing. Very nice, private property. My dogs loved the river in the back and all the room they had to explore. The pool table and corn hole was really nice to have. We really enjoyed how cozy the house was. 10/10 stay we will definitely be coming back.

Wish we could have booked more days! Your lovely cabin is spacious with a large family kitchen/great room perfect for gathering our group of six. Well appointed kitchen with all the tools a chef could want. Views of the river are breathtaking and we loved hanging out on the deck in the hot tub. We had rain two of the three days but hiked and enjoyed the wooded trees and moss covered river rocks. Placerville is a cute town with lots of good restaurants and stores to explore. We’ll look forward to staying again. Thank you Kellen!

Chris’s place is exactly as he described: Private, quiet and in a wonderful area of Tahoma. The cabin is rustic in the best possible way and has everything you would need. It’s on the small side but that simply adds to the “cabin in the woods” ambiance. Loved every minute of my stay! Highly recommend!!!
