This was my second stay and it was great! Beautiful area and property and very comfortable accommodation. I will definitely stay again if my travel plans bring me back to Auburn!

This home is cozy, clean with basic essentials available in kitchen. The location is good. Would surely recommend if you want to be close to everything.

My friends and I were here on a vacation from work, and it was such a lovely stay! There’s a cute river walk right by the house that we enjoyed very much and very friendly and adorable goats in the front of the house! (They’re secure behind a fence) I would absolutely stay in this airbnb again!

Place is in prime location to Heavenly Stagecoach. Place is comfortable and cozy. The bed was really comfortable and was nice to come to after a long day out. Slava was really responsive and would recommend staying here if you're trying to hit the slopes.

This is a great place if you are relatively affluent and want to stay diagonally across the street from the Heavenly ski resort, complete with gondola access. People routinely walk from here to the lifts and the gondola, in complete ski gear, boots and all. This simplifies life marvelously. The best use of this place is as an on-site ski lodging. Our unit was spotlessly clean. It didn't have a kitchen but we knew that going in. It DID have a full sized functional refrigerator. There was no functioning restaurant in the building when we were there, except for perhaps continental breakfasts. It is apparently usual to have to drive to restaurants. The nearby Himmel House is very crowded and literally seems to require reservations weeks in advance, so we didn’t eat there. But we’d like to, at a future date. It would be a good plan to reserve your dining venues in advance in South Lake Tahoe. Get to the hot tub early because it tends to be crowded later.

This was a perfect location for our needs. Though I have been around this area for years, I've never stayed directly in Auburn. What a gem this cottage is, walkable to many little dining spots. Eileen is a great hostess, gave clear instructions and home was very clean. Thank you so much Eileen, your place made our stay so enjoyable and was perfect landing spot to enjoy the area while there for a wedding.

It was so nice to have our family together in such a beautiful home. We utilized all it came with and made special memories. Irina was so helpful and responsive. The cabin exceeded expectations. The pics don't do justice. Hope we can return one day soon.

We stayed at Lavinia's place for a few days and came back impressed. Great location - close enough to South Lake Tahoe, but quiet. The house has great view of the mountains. The house was clean, modern and well stocked. Lavinia was also great in terms of communication - quick responses and very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great stay in the Lake Tahoe area.

This is a beautiful and comfortable 4 bedroom house less than 10 minutes to Heavenly Village. Even though it is close, it is in a quiet and private neighborhood with outstanding views of Lake Tahoe. It has a well equipped and large kitchen, as well as comfortable dining and living rooms. William and Kristina are very communicative and helpful. My family of six were well accommodated and could easily get privacy when needed. We would be happy to stay here again.

If you're in the Placerville area, this is the place to stay! The quiet ranch was the perfect jumping-off spot to explore all the local wineries and vineyards. Everything was wonderful...easy to get in, large main room and kitchen, two bedrooms with their own baths, a great patio for watching the stars. Jennifer went out of her way to make our stay great...delicious treats when we arrived along with messaging us to leave a light on when we arrived in the dark. She also provided a host of fantastic recommendations which turned out to be must-see destinations. (especially Lava Cap Winery!) All in all, I can't say enough good things about this home, and it was a big part of a special trip!

We had a great time at this air bnb! Robin was very responsive to all our inquiries and needs. This place was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. it felt like home away from home.

Fantastic location- easy to walk to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and of course the lake. The hosts provided a pack n play for my daughter at no extra cost, which was very useful. The black out curtains in the master bedroom made it feel very cozy! Temperature control in the apartment was convenient and the kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking of our own. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We were the first guests and Doug was so flexible and accommodating. The views are gorgeous from the place with a large, functional modern kitchen and the fireplace makes the whole space cozy.

This condo was a perfect place to stay if you are skiing at Heavenly. It was easy to check in and check out. Nick was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the condo. I would recommend the condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Tahoe area. We had a wonderful stay.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

My family (two grandparents, two parents and one child age 4) enjoyed 3 nights at Anne's condo in March. The immediate area is very peaceful - it is right near the lake where there is a private beach, which has very beautiful view of the Lake and mountains. The condo is a short drive away from the South Lake Tahoe area or Heavenly resort area. We loved the condo it was very homely, clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We all wished we had stayed slightly longer since three nights just whizzed by but we will definitely look to book this property next time we plan a trip back to Tahoe.

Chris and Eileen were super attentive throughout the month we spent here; even checking in at the start of a big storm to make sure we were prepared for potentially sketchy road conditions. The condo is beautiful: really interesting architecture, comfortable layout, and well equipped. If you’re looking for easy Heavenly access, this location would be very hard to beat. It’s a short walk to the Stagecoach lift and the shuttle towards the Boulder lodge picks up nearby if you’re not in the mood for walking too far in ski boots. Highly recommend staying here!

Matt and Maddie’s cozy place was perfect for our weekend Tahoe adventure! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and were so helpful and responsive! My boyfriend and I loved being able to walk to Heavenly, and appreciated having a full kitchen to make breakfast in the morning before getting out on the mountain! Loved that there was access to a hot tub (although we didn’t have time to use it), and that they clear the snow regularly on the road right out front (we were there during a big storm and had no trouble using our car - no shovel needed!)
