It was so nice to have our family together in such a beautiful home. We utilized all it came with and made special memories. Irina was so helpful and responsive. The cabin exceeded expectations. The pics don't do justice. Hope we can return one day soon.

Comfy, coxy, clean. In a quite neighborhood and bigger in the inside! Didnt have to worry about anybody tripping over one another because there is plenty of space to spread out. Easy to find things and great for a pretty sizable group to make dinner and play cards without being squeezed together!

Great place with very accommodating hosts. It’s bigger than you might think from the pictures and tucked away in very peaceful surroundings. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future when heading out in that direction.

Such a wonderful stay! This was the best air b n b we have stayed in. The house was very clean upon our arrival and fully stocked with all the things you don’t want to run out of such as towels, TP, dishes, etc. There were even things you don’t always see in a rental such as aluminum foil, plenty of cooking ware, sandwich bags, etc. Hauserman was excellent at communicating with us! A winter storm had blown in right before our arrival and we were so worried that the roads were impassable. The Hauserman group was so wonderful by checking all the highway cameras and local weather to ensure we could arrive safely. Check in, check out and rules were clear and easy to understand. The location was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!

This place literally opens into the national forest, stunning morning views off the back deck and excellent stargazing at night. There was even a telescope in the upper bedroom! A lovely place for the family including the dogs and toddler to relax, we spend most of the time cooking, lounging and hiking. Just perfect, thank you!!

This house was a great place to spend some time in Tahoe. Close to skiing and the lake, it was a perfect fit for our family. While it is on the main road, we never had an issue with road noise due to the layout and thickness of the glass windows. The host added many nice touches to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The home has an old world charm but not lacking any amenities. We enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed. Kitty was responsive to any questions we had, such as the set up of the home. This was helpful to plan where each member of our party would sleep before arrival as we did not arrive on the same day.

Great location. Walkable to stagecoach lift especially if snowboarding. It’s a bit of a long hike if you are in ski boots. We like to get an early start so we actually just drove up and parked at stagecoach. The place was spotless and very well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. Mykal even gave us an early bird check in without us asking. To ski rental places are close by. Fox and hound restaurant which is very good is easily walkable. Overall, I would highly recommend Michael’s place.

This is a great home ! My first stay with Ashley and I would stay here again. The home was exactly as in the photos, it was clean, well stocked, and centrally located to everything I needed to do while in town. Ashley's check in is easy, the door entry very simple operate and there was an instruction book that answered all my questions. Ashley was quick to respond to me when I had a question which I really appreciate. This is a comfortable home, the bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, plenty of seating, and the TVs were easy to operate.

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment that is under ten minutes' walk to Stagecoach chair at Heavenly. Living room and bedrooms are warm and plush. The kitchen is fully equipped and has more than enough space. It's a great place to chill out after a long ski day. Slightly challenging to get to — Tramway drive is long and twisty, plus the apartment itself is a few flights of stairs above the street level. But, that's a fair tradeoff since you're right up on the mountain at 7.5k feet.

This condo was a perfect place to stay if you are skiing at Heavenly. It was easy to check in and check out. Nick was very quick to respond to any questions we had about the condo. I would recommend the condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Tahoe area. We had a wonderful stay.

I had an outstanding stay. A few of my family members visited from out of state and we were able to have a wonderful weekend in Tahoe thanks to Tom and Omar. The place was very cozy and tons of space for the family to spread out, it was very close to Heavenly ski resort and tons of great restaurants, and the hot tub was perfect after a full day of skiing. I highly recommend this listing.

Had an amazing time staying here this weekend! The space was amazing and Mike was a very helpful and responsive host. Should I find myself in the area again this will be my first spot for booking!

We came for the week to ski and this was perfect for the three of us. Ski in/Ski out must mean different things to different people, we weren't able to do that. If it had snowed when we were here, perhaps that would have been possible. We drove to the parking lot nearby, VERY nearby and that worked for us. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was sufficient, and the unit was well stocked with extra blankets and supplies. Loved the boot/glove dryer!

Lisa was very helpful and responded quickly. The house was perfect in every way. In close proximity to tubing, shopping, and state line. The completely fenced yard was a huge plus for our three yorkies who loved every minute of it. All the amenities of home for cooking complete meal or order in as many of the food delivery services were available. We can’t wait to plan our next trip to Tahoe at the Crystal Blue Chalet.

This is a lovely retreat away from the main strip of South Lake Tahoe. The stars at night were so bright and the neighborhood is private and peaceful. The place is clean and beautifully decorated and the bed (mattress and bedding) are especially comfortable. There is a hot tub in the backyard and it is such a treat to experience the many trees in the backyard while soaking. Jen also provides instructions with many recommendations for things to do and see.

Great location! Great amenities! Rustic style! Big pine trees! Cozy fireplace! Charming old stove! When you imagine a tahoe cabin, this is the place you are thinking of. You have to drive to get to the slopes, but there's a lot of restaraunts nearby in walking distance. Plus you've got that hot tub nestled in the pines, waiting for you when you get off the slopes. My dog LOVED running around in the fenced in yard.

We decided to escape the chaos of Sacramento during NYE, as the fireworks by the river have gotten out of hand. Chris' place was the perfect peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, Chris greeted us, gave us a tour, and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or needed anything. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy from our brief interaction. The guesthouse was spacious and just right for both us and our dog. The property itself was beautiful, with plenty of room for our dog to run and explore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—peaceful surroundings, great hosts, and the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

It was a great place to stay. The instructions are clear! I especially admire that Donna prepared a lot of stuff that was not defaultly included. Cookware, spices, cleaning tools and even instant noodles and popcorns!

Great cabin in a quiet developed neighborhood. Maybe seems small at first but is actually quite spacious and plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and extra room. Very well appointed for everything you need for the stay, for games, and for cooking, and a very good collection of hot sauces. Great access to Tahoe's lovely west shore. I tried some gravel riding on the Rubicon and in Sugar Pine - there's a lot here to explore. Once I figured it out with Scott's responsive help, the Sauna was great. The sauna in the snow after a day skiing would be a real treat!

Our stay at Tom and Patti’s place was fantastic! They are great communicators and made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. There were even homemade brownies in the kitchen! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our pups loved playing in the snow in the backyard. After hikes and sledding, it was so nice coming back home to enjoy a cozy dinner while watching the snow fall. We would love to stay again!

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a large group of 13 and used both units. We all fit comfortably. The shuttle stop for ski access is about 300 yards from the place to stagecoach lift and only 25 yards to go the other way toward the village.
