Great location, ski slope is across the road.

Had a great time with a group of friends for a ski trip. The place is good. With the exception of the one room which has a king bed, the other beds are all double beds. So keep that in mind when you plan for your group. It worked out for us! The location is great with being so close to the lake and heavenly ski resort! Would definitely go back! Jason was also very very responsive and would answer all our questions very promptly

It’s not easy to find a big unit at Kirkwood. The bed configurations work well for us. We have a couple and a family of 4, so there’s room for everyone. The location is decent. Walkable to chair6/5 and there’s a shuttle pickup spot close by. It’s a bit further out than the orange parking area. We did run into some issues: - there was a power outage at Kirkwood. That means power was out for a while, including WiFi and seems to even impact phone reception. But this was not an issue of the owner. Two technicians came by the unit the next two days to make sure everything is restored. - the two bedrooms/bathrooms on the first floor were cold. The thermostats didn’t seem to do anything but there are space heaters that worked for us. The garage is narrow but it does fit - we had two SUVs.

Dave's place is just as advertised. It is a short drive to the Nevada lifts at Heavenly, and convenient to South Lake. It also perfectly placed between the Epic resorts of Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Northstar. I had a few questions during my stay, and Dave was always responsive. The house could use a few more creature comforts for multiple guests, such as a place to store ski equipment, coats, and more dining space. On the whole, I had a great stay and I would stay there again.

Great place, very reasonably priced and spacious, would book again. 10 minutes to heavenly and right next to lake and things to do!

This place is honestly better than we anticipated! We had 8 guys stay here and we had more than enough room. The private beach with the connected pool and hot tub was a huge plus! The main city center was 5 minutes down the road with numerous solid restaurants surrounding. Very much worth it!

Very cute and cozy cabin near all the fantastic places around Tahoe. Moore was extremely communicative and on top of everything! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place — mores spacious than we had expected, with a loft with extra sleeping space too (like floor mattress sleeping space). Very well appointed kitchen. Lovely for a group. I will say the neighborhood hot tub was very crowded, and was only open until 8pm, so we didn’t end up using it.

We loved staying at Hellen’s cozy home. The shuttle was convenient for skiing and the location was beautiful. Hellen was also extremely helpful and communicative - overall a great stay!

This home is beautiful and perfect for our family of 4 on a ski vacation, and next time we will bring friends to stay as well because there is so much space. Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space in the bedrooms downstairs & loft. We loved using the fireplace in the large open main floor after skiing all day. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings, kitchen tools, lid containers for leftovers, pantry space, and cleaning supplies. The beds were cozy and the decor was sweet. We appreciated the extra hanging options for our gear to be organized, plenty of towels offered in the bathrooms, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. This is a lovely find!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic snowboard trip in February. Really nice place. The friendly and timely responses from the owners was simply excellent. We would definitely look at this one again should we decide to go back to Heavenly

Christopher was a very communicative host and we loved our stay. Everything is modern and clean. The location is also ideal for skiing at Heavenly. It was perfect for our group of 8!

Very comfortable apt, extremely close to the mountain, and hosts very easy to communicate with. This was our 2nd time staying here and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a really fun stay. Stacey’s home is bigger than we thought so there was lots of room to spread out. We had enough snow that we skied home for lunch and at the end of the day. We were so comfortable and had big fun dinners with everything we needed in the kitchen. Love Kirkwood and Stacey’s place!

Gershons place was absolutely amazing! Squeaky clean everywhere, and a kitchen with all you need for cooking any kind of dish. Very close to all the points of interest in the south lake. Highly recommend.

Brian is a great host he’s super responsive and very helpful. The house is extremely close to the stagecoach lift. It’s a beautiful location great scenery. It’s important to note that to get to the one bedroom you have to walk through another bedroom. Also it’s important to know that one bedroom is a loft and it has no walls. So both of those bedrooms offer limited privacy and quiet.

This home was a perfect location to the town with a 2 min drive. The only complaint would be sunroof in the bedroom did not allow for sleep past 7a.

Our stay was great! The Airbnb is so cozy and very pristine at the same time. Tamara was very responsive and was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again

LOVED THIS PLACE! Such a cute Victorian right in the heart of downtown! So many things to do in a walkable distance. It was so fun to stay in such a historic house. Description of the place was on point & we all can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much!
