The home was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful home with everything you could need and then some. Really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Kyle! You are a superb host!!!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Many toys for kids....lots of pillows, blankets and towels. Host always answered our questions right away. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. No complaints. Pool and hot tub were excellent.

Our second stay at this house. Rebooked because we LOVE the outdoor pool/hot tub space with a view, grill and outdoor lounge and tv area. Pool towels are provided and it’s really just the best. Well cared for and clean. Plenty of kitchen cabinet space with everything you need to enjoy a meal, coffee, wine, etc. beds are comfy, decor is super cool. We ate at some nearby great places this trip: Crest, Books+Records, Bread and Cie. We had a blast thrift shopping at Buffalo Exchange which was nearby too. Airport is so close which made departure super easy for us too. Hope to return again!

The pool and pool house apartment were great. The pool table was a hit with the kids. Lots of room to spread out and relax. We were visiting from the east coast and enjoyed family and friends joining us for meals at the house. Plenty of room and lots of dishes and utensils and wine glasses!!! We loved it.

We had a great stay at Miguel’s place for an extended family Spring Break weekend. There was room to hang out downstairs, with ample kitchen and living space. There are three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There’s also a 1/2 bath downstairs. Miguel was very responsive when we had questions about the house during our stay. He was quick to assist us. The outdoor space was awesome and we were able to enjoy the pool in the San Diego sun. There are a couple of coffee shops and a juice bar that are less than a half mile walk, which was great for our mornings. We went to the beach and zoo, being 20 minutes away from each was convenient. There’s a slightly busier road next to the house, but it didn’t affect us during our stay. Will look to stay here again on our next visit!

The place was excellent for me and my family. It was homey, spacious, had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful. Loved the location and the home. Was near everything we needed. The home was clean and provided everything as the description stated.

I cannot say enough positive things about this property and Jesus! The home is absolutely gorgeous, very clean, well stocked, beautiful backyard with a pool, spa, grill, views and seating. It's rare that a rental property exceed expectations or comes close to the listing photos but this one is a gem!! Our kids had so much fun in the pool (which was heated to the perfect temp). Jesus was very communicative and ready to assist any time I had an inquiry or need for assistance. I give this place 10/10 and would highly recommend you snag this place for your next trip to San Diego. We will be back soon! :)

Minhs bnb was very nice and so clean! We had the perfect week there with privacy and they were friendly to my dog which is always heart warming to me. They had enough trash bags, towels, laundry soap, and blankets for a week! I bet even longer! Would definitely book again!!

Randy’s place was fantastic. It was as described and depicted in photos. Randy was a great host. He was very accommodating and accessible. The place was comfortable and clean. The living space/kitchen/dining area was great for our group of 6 adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The location was amazing. One small block to the beach. The grocery store and coffee/bars are so close. We used the bikes, Prokadima and beach chairs. Such a great place for the price. Thank you Randy for sharing your place with us!

Charming little Cottage in a perfect, downtown La Jolla location. Walk to anything. La Jolla Cove and beaches. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance.

We had a great stay and would recommend. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located. Nice size backyard for the kids to play in, decent size rooms. The home was clean and ready for us to check into. Having a washer/dryer was so helpful as this was our first stop on a 10 day trip.

Modern and updated space for my family to stay. Very convenient location and short drive to most attractions. Appreciated efforts for early check-in as we had a baby with us. There were many baby friendly features that really helped. We also very much enjoyed the ping pong table. Would definitely stay again. Only cons - queen bed was a bit soft and parking can be tight. Can hear the owners of the home/dog occasionally, which did wake up my wife in the mornings.

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Michael is an excellent host. He was very friendly and accommodating. The house is absolutely beautiful! It provides a great view of the ocean and is near so many restaurants in Pacific Beach. Great house and great stay!

Booked for my family when they came to visit! Great host and beautiful home! Very nice and safe location! Just a few blocks from highways to take you anywhere in SD. A hidden gem for sure! Will refer and book for others when they come to visit in the future!

Home is located in a cute neighborhood just a few blocks to the beach. Lots of helpful instructions from Doug, the owner. 3 very distinct bedroom spaces which was great for our crew. It is, as is true for the neighborhood, among close neighbors. Nice to have parking in the rear considering how tight it was up front.

I had a great time. Close to almost everything we wanted to do and go see.

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

We had a fabulous stay at Leah‘s home, and Leah and Anna were fantastic, responsive, and attentive hosts. It was not our first time in the area, so we knew what to expect for dining and excursions, but it was our first time saying at an Airbnb in the area and we had a lovely time! It’s a beautiful home with an amazing outdoor space.

I needed to relax for a getaway weekend from work so I booked this place. First of all, Zapher is an awesome host, very responsive. The location is very peaceful and quiet which is everything I needed. The hot tub was super clean as were the beds and the entire house. There is an insanely huge garden that is so neatly arranged where I had the best time reading a book. I'm looking forward for another getaway soon at this location. Such an awesome place.
