This is a beautiful place. My family and I had plenty of room. The grounds are gorgeous and it’s so quiet. We’ll definitely try to come back for a longer stay. Loree is very responsive and helpful. The wine was great too!

This is a large older home, from another era with all you need. It is quirky and old school Chula in the best way possible. SUPER close to 3rd street, 7 min walk to downtown, 10-15 min to LaBella's. The main entrance lets you into a large sun room, the living room is spacious, plenty of room to hang out and watch TV. Full size dining room, leading to the back washroom and a separate door to the kitchen. Lot of doors! The main bedroom downstairs was spacious with the en suite bathroom that has a large skylight. Bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice bedding and comfy beds. I am a city girl, background noise isfine. However this is off a busy main street with markets, businesses and you are surrounded by two (quiet apt buildings). If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs (& eye mask). The backyard gazebo is cute and a nice place to chill. Would love to go back when the fruit trees are in bloom and giving fruit. Overall chill place to stay with an old school family vibe.

Beautiful, expansive ocean views in a peaceful and serene location. It was convenient for all our San Diego adventures.

This place was so lovely abs restful. The Internet was great for working from home and the yard was perfect for our pups. Walking distance to the beach and lots of fun restaurants. We would highly recommend this place in Oceanside!

My family stayed here for a few days while in town for a reunion, what a great place! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for three people, a fully functional kitchen, and a porch with a stunning view of the woods surrounding the house. The neighborhood was safe and very hip, and easy to walk around. John recommended the ice cream place nearby and it did not disappoint. The house is also very close by to the museums in Balboa Park, and a very easy drive to several nearby beaches. Communication with John and his son was easy and immediate, they were great hosts! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing property right off the water. They offer onsite parking but there is also plenty of street parking if no onsite is available. The host was super responsive and accommodating for our last minute booking. The unit was super clean, great balcony overlooking the water. This is definitely a must stay for anyone coming to visit Carlsbad.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's Air BNB! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved that we could give Alexa commands for the lights, TV, and music. The backyard was amazing with a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sitting area. Paul was very accommodating and worked with our needs. He always responded promptly when we reached out to him. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was welcoming and calm with a park near by. We highly recommend you staying here! It felt like home to us!

We did a little staycation in Fallbrook for a friend's wedding and Phyllis's place was AMAZING! Absolutely gorgeous, so spacious, and felt like a home away from home. It was a little tricky navigating the windy road up arriving in the dark, but once we did it once it was easy! Everything inside was easy to find with labels and Phyllis was so thoughtful with some snacks and wine left out for us. I was so sad we didn't get to spend more time at the house since we spent all day on Saturday getting ready for the wedding and attending wedding festivities. I love Monserate Winery and would love to come back here to properly relax and enjoy the scenery and Monserate! Thanks so much, Phyllis!

Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a large group! We had a total of 14 in our group for a joint Bach weekend. Josh was a very responsive and helpful host. We loved all of the community space (large kitchen, living room space, and private outdoor patio area) to all hang out. The kitchen was SO nice for cooking for our large group; truly don't think I've ever been in airbnb with as many kitchen utensils available as this one, we had everything we could possibly need and more. There are only 3 bathrooms, so at times it was a fight for the bathrooms and showers with our group, but we made it through lol. The location isn't necessarily walkable to anything (as mentioned in the listing), but very conveniently located to be a quick drive to just about anything in San Diego. Also really appreciated that the checkout duties were quick and minimal.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Close to some great restaurants, stores, and shops. About 20 minutes or so from downtown, zoo and the beaches. Lan was very proactive and friendly and accommodating as a host! Our group was 15 in total, which I would say is probably the max this house should accommodate. Overall, we enjoyed our week-long stay here.

Responsive…great location beautiful home

We were very happy with the place! Bigger than expected and very comfortable! We loved the location because we could pretty much be anywhere in 15 min. The kids loved the game closet (so many!!!) and the treehouse. We enjoyed the Viking stove and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. Grill wasn't working but we let the management company know. Parking was easy. Washer/Dryer was new and easy to use. Single cup coffee machine was a little tedious. Neighborhood is very quiet and calm. There is a great view of the bay from the house. Liberty station is notorious for airplane noise so be ready for plane noise starting at 6:30am sharp as they are creating their new runway at SAN. The planes stop at around 10pm so its very quiet for sleeping. Most days the planes were taking off right overhead. One day they were landing instead because of the fog and that was a little quieter. It was exciting watching them take off from the upper balcony. We all got used to it.

Great spot for my bachelor party! The unit was nice with plenty of space. The neighborhood was incredible with restaurants, bars, farmers market, walking distance to a waterfront park. The other review weren't lying though - the bells from the church next door will wake you up at 7am every day.

From check in to the quality of the beds and pillows, Pam's place couldn't have been better. My friends and I had a great time hanging out in the living room after long fun days around SD. The hot water never ran low even after 6 separate people showered in a row. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

This home is beautiful and is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We felt very safe always. The views from this home are incredible, we didn’t feel the need or want to leave the property. We traveled with 4 children and they enjoyed all the amenities at the home. They really particularly appreciated the warm jacuzzi and arcade games. Cam was a great host and very proactive making sure our trip was a great one from start to finish. We hope to be back to this beautiful home in a near future and highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hosts truly thought of everything, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hosts went out of their way to be accommodating and hospitable. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and every detail-from the amenities to the little thoughtful touches-made our stay extra special. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it! We can't wait to come back.

Our family had a blast at this home. Big couches, stairs and pool…It was toddler heaven. The owners made sure we were well taken care of. We especially appreciated the late check out option!

My family and I stayed at the Olive this week for 3 days 2 nights to attend a family wedding nearby, it was so much fun we wish it could’ve been longer stay. Elizabeth is a wonderful host, very professional, responsive and patient. The house is huge my toddlers loves running around it. The house is beautiful as well, the master bath could’ve use a privacy option and bidet for restrooms but it doesn’t take away any star as they exceed in other areas such as hospitality. I don’t usually leave a review but this one deserves 5 star. Thank you for wonderful experience.

This home is beautiful and well appointed. We had several family members visit during our stay, and most had young children who all just LOVED the pool and waterslide. The host was simply outstanding to communicate with and she was extremely responsive. The kitchen has everything a group needs to be comfortable and to prepare and cook meals. The master bedroom is gigantic and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Couldn't recommend the property or the host with any higher encouragement.

Place was nice. Great for a large group. Didn’t realize how far secluded it was and the drive would be so sketchy. Wouldn’t choose to do the drive again unless it was a bachelor party type stay. Good experience, host was great and place was clean.

11 of my closest friends and I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was MAGICAL! The space was absolutely stunning and we were all very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight and we spent many hours soaking throughout the weekend. The outdoor space was great overall! Sunset was especially epic outside in the pool and on the swing. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. They had great recommendations and were very thorough and clear in their directions. We couldn’t get over how peaceful and therapeutic the space felt! From the comfortable furniture to the rich colors that matched the outdoor nature, to the curated luxuries (movie theatre and outdoor areas were our favorite)… it was nirvana. We will 100% come back someday to relive this special weekend. 10/10 recommend!!

This place was super cool and much bigger than expected (when judging by the pictures). The downstairs "apartment" was a big hit with the teens. Its fairly secluded, which we like, but you will need a car to get to anywhere. Also, its on a private road which is closed in one end (the "left" or west end) but both ends still shows up when using GPS directions. So, when looking at a map make sure you come at the house from the right side (east), not the left (west).

This property is amazing!!! I used if for a post family holiday gathering. My guests were amazed by the location, the space, the differently decorated rooms, to the pool and the patio area. It truly was a home away from home. My guests were comfortable and everyone was accommodated quite easily. The response tome from the host was quite impeccable. We did reach out to him and responded immediately. There is nothing negative I can say. If you ever have thr pleasure of staying at this property you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for an amazing experience.
