Kids loved it! Its so amazing we didn't want to leave especially loved the piano record player and all the board games. I now know how to play every game there is! . We had so much fun like living in a piece of art and loved the treasure hunt and boat bed my son felt like a pirate pulling it up and down with the chain thanks so much will defo be back 🎨👌💕🐟🛥️

Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage auf dem zauberhaften Hausboot von Tierry und Piere verbracht und wurden angenehm in den Schlaf geschauckelt. Toller Ausgangsort für vielfältige Unternehmungen, sehr zu empfehlen.

This place felt like a lucky find! We wish we had more spare time to enjoy the spot, but hopefully we will be back again. Totally recommended :)

Wir können nur Danke für die wunderbare Zeit sagen. Sietske ist eine liebevolle Gastgeberin, der es einen an nichts mangeln lässt und sehr schnell auf Rückfragen reagiert. Wir hatten unheimliches Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten grillen und das Boot Leben in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Great houseboat, very spacious and has all you need, easy to catch the train into central Amsterdam in 15 minutes, nice to then be out of the busy areas and back to the peaceful boathouse, highly recommend

Apart from being on the wrong side of the canal according to the link sent by Eva, which was easily solved, this was a perfect stay. Everything was what we expected. Lovely boat, superb location close to everything, very comfortable beds. Would 10/10 stay here again. Eva was really lovely and very helpful. The only thing we couldn't find was a chopping board so we used a plate. Thanks for giving us such a great stay!

Marie Louise was very responsive and helpful. She met us to take our bags so we could continue to the city and enjoy a full day. Told us a great area in Amsterdam and we found an amazing fresh market with lots of food and clothing. Everything fresh. The house was just as pictured. It states it is across the river and it was. It was a 2 mile walk from the train station. Very easy walk. We did it multiple times. You can u er if you want. She was very nice and responsive and even helped us figure out the washing machine lol. I definitely would stay again. Plenty of room and utensils. We did not eat in town but looked like it had some great places. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Hamburg auf dem schönen Hausboot von Karsten und Harald! :) Es war eine ganz neue Erfahrung und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da was man braucht und wir möchten gern wiederkommen. Lg

Location unica per la zona. Paesaggio meraviglioso a due passi dalle comodità. Le strutture sono sull acqua ma quasi non te ne accorgi quanto sono ben ancorate. Tranquillità e silenzio. Letto comodo e colazione semplice ma buona. Host cortese, educato e preciso. Esperienza da rifare!

We had such a beautiful weekend at Alenkas Houseboot. The communication was perfectly fine and alenka even prepared a surprise for my dad’s birthday. We will come back for sure! Thank you :)

Really enjoyable and a fun/different space. So peaceful. Really friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean just loved it all. Will be back! Plus the sun came out!!

Unterkunft wie beschrieben,Leo war ständig erreichbar.Da es(Anfang Oktober)schon etwas kalt war wurden wir auch über die Benutzung der vorhandenen Heizung informiert und kamen damit auch gut klar.Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Beautiful views, in a good location. We stayed Friday-Monday and so only experienced noise from the building site next door, on the Monday morning. Hot tub was a nice addition.

The floating home was beautiful, it was at the top ends of what we would normally pay and it didn't disappoint. The extras that were left were a lovely touch, a basket of treats, milk, water etc... Everything you could need for an overnight stay My son's were very comfortable at night. Loved that it had all the modern amenities. Steph was a very responsive host, answered my questions and we were able to park up early and check in early. Thank you so much 💙

absolutely lovely place, there were more cabins added but didn't take away from how calm and peaceful it was. the new cabins were spaced out so it still felt private. area was beautiful and a shirt walk into the town for cute pubs and good food. hosts were communicative and let us arrive a little early as it was ready. clear instructions how to get in and little thoughtful extras like a floaty on the key, just incase!

Trés proche de la Gare de Nantes, le bâteu est facile à accéder à pied. En dépit d'être en centre ville, le logement est assez tranquille les soirs, on n'entend pas beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons y rester deux nuits avec un enfant est se passait trés bien.

The houseboat really made our stay in Amsterdam amazing. The deck was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend staying here!

Great little place. Beautiful view of the marina. Lovely area. Great for taking the dog for a walk. We hired a boat for the day which was around a 30 second walk from the property. Peppery cosy and warm. Definitely recommend and we will stay again

We had a lovely few days at the boat house and summer house. It had everything we needed for four adults and two dogs and was perfect to relax in and while away the time with the ebb and flow of the tides. David provided some extra little touches, for instance a coffee, tea milk and biscuits to help us settle in on arrival and lots of helpful links to places to see and local restaurants. There was good facilities in the boat house including comfy chairs on the decking. The summer house was more basic with a kitchenette which could have done with a little fridge but was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Great place to stay, not too far from transport links and very easy to get to. Everything was clean and Karin qas a great host. Area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful, its also located not too far from the olympic hotel and stadium which makes for an easy landmark to ask for directions to if you get a little lost.

Lovely place, very smart and comfortable Great to wake up to the gentle sound of water and birds and the very gentle movement of the houseboat.

Stunning house boat ,great place to stay and easy to walk into town ,very huge inside,loved sitting in the front window looking out ,we used the pub onsite for breakfast and a few drinks prior exploring and was very nice ,we never used the kitchen apart the kettle but had everything you’d need,my only critique would be to have a voile net across the entrance to walk in closet / bathroom which would still let natural light in through the big windows as my partner used the loo in the marine club when he needed the loo ,maybe to just pull across when using the loo ,but wasn’t that big of a hassle and I was aware of the open plan and took my air freshener,nonetheless we loved it and we shall definitely book again ,we was sad to leave as we booked it for 2 days for my parnerts 50th ,thank you for letting us use your home 💜

Genuinely lovely location with lots of nature . The Water Snug itself it really very cool . Fully equipped , comfortable and very clean . The view from the the living area is gorgeous . Patrick and Juliette are lovely but in no way overbearing . They are full of local knowledge and more than happy to chat or just leave you to enjoy your stay . The resident geese are friendly too ! We will definitely be going back .
