Excellent room, beautiful area, would absolutely recommend to anyone searching in this area. The city is extremely walkable and felt very safe even late at night (city is VERY well lit at nighttime) 10/10

Alessio's apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence! It was a quick, easy walk to the train station which was very helpful for our day trips out of Florence. The apartment had everything we needed and was exactly as pictured and described. Alessio checked us in, was very friendly, and gave us lots of recommendations and tips of places to eat and places to go. We loved our stay in Florence and would love to return someday! When we do we would not hesitate to stay at Alessio's apartment again.

El alojamiento estaba impecable, súper ordenado y limpio, tal cual el anuncio. Estaría bueno que le agreguen microondas y más cucharitas. Por otro lado es importante que avisen que es recomendable usar un electrodoméstico a la vez, ya que pusimos el lavarropa y el lavavajillas y se cortó la luz. Más allá de este inconveniente recomiendo el departamento estaba impecable y el anfitrión siempre atento y respondiendo cada inquietud.

Isabella was very welcoming and friendly throughout the check-in process, giving us clear instructions and awesome recommendations of things to do during our stay. The place itself felt homey, comfortable and clean. We also loved the home decor touches and the beautiful staircase that that leads to the lounging area. If you're looking for a cozy yet active neighborhood, the location is perfect to find places to eat, shop and sightsee at a walkable distance. Highly recommend!

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Vittoria’s place. It was in the perfect part of Florence. Easy to get to everything. The elevator was pretty cool as we felt we were transformed back in time every time we got in it. Vittoria was very responsive to handle a minor issue that came up which was not her fault. She was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Gianca’s apartment! Clean, has all the amenities you may need, walkable to major sites and great restaurants, and Gianca is very friendly and responsive. No complaints, would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay for a family of 5 adults. The location is idyllic and we loved being in Rose and Pier’s villa set in amongst the vineyards and olive groves! It is a short drive to wineries and excellent food in Tuscany and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and we will come again for a future stay in Tuscany! Rose and pier are excellent hosts and greeted us with some very delicious gifts which was so thoughtful and so appreciated after a long travel day.

A casa é maravilhosa. Vi algumas pessoas reclamando da escada, mas fui com duas senhoras de 70 e 60 anos e não tivemos nenhum problema. Silvia foi extremamente gentil e prestativa. A anfitriã merece nota 10! A casa é excelente, mas o enorme quintal e os pais de Silvia foram um bônus à parte. Uma verdadeira joia em Florença. A limpeza da casa estava impecável, e todas as funcionalidades estavam em perfeito estado. ............................................. The house is wonderful. I saw some people complaining about the stairs, but I went with two ladies, aged 70 and 60, and we had no issues. Silvia was incredibly kind and helpful. The host deserves a 10! The house is great, but the huge backyard and Silvia's parents were an extra bonus. A true gem in Florence. The house was spotless, and all the amenities worked perfectly.

Ich hatte die Unterkunft von Roberta für eine Übernachtung für die Durchreise gebucht. Roberta war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bot mir am nächsten Morgen sogar einen Kaffee an :) Allerdings muss man einschränkend sagen, mit einem SUV würde ich die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Die Straße im Ort ist teilweise sehr schmal und die letzten Abzweigungen Richtung Grundstück waren kaum zu bewältigen, ohne das Auto (in meinem Fall BMW X3) zu beschädigen.

Our stay at Alessandro’s cottage in Tuscany was truly exceptional. Having stayed in many Airbnbs, we can confidently say this one is a standout. From the moment we arrived, Alessandro made us feel incredibly welcome—greeting us with cocktails and offering thoughtful recommendations throughout our stay. His hospitality didn’t stop there; he was always available for any questions and even sent us off with farewell cappuccinos. The cottage itself is the perfect blend of old Italian charm and modern comfort. Cozy, well-appointed, and stocked with guidebooks and personal suggestions, it felt like a home away from home. And the view—just breathtaking! We could have stayed so much longer just soaking in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Highly recommend this gem of a stay, and we would love to return

Elisa was always in communication with me, we wanted to be away from the city but still a 25 min drive to it. You have everything you need to cook a meal and a terrace when the weather is nice. 👍🏻

We had a great stay in this apartment. Very well located in the centre of Tuscany, between Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. Sara is very friendly and responsive.

Definitely our favorite spot we’ve stayed in Italy! Absolutely gorgeous property, private, and quiet. My favorite was starting the day with a cup of coffee overlooking the Elsa Valley and finishing the day with a glass of wine in the hot tub. We were greeted with smiles from the hosts and they walked us through the home, the amenities, and how to work everything. We wish we spent more time here but now we know where to stay when we come back!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Barbara, le logement est encore mieux que sur le site , une très belle surprise, idéalement placé au calme et proche de Florence . Nous réserverons à nouveau chez Barbara si nous devions revenir à Florence.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the reasons our family was able to fully enjoy Florence was choosing this accommodation. It is conveniently located near the train station, within walking distance of most tourist attractions, and surrounded by many great restaurants, allowing us to relax comfortably at the end of each day. On top of that, the beautifully decorated interior prepared by the host and the various amenities provided made our 5-day stay perfect in every way. Although there are many stairs, the host was very helpful during check-in, so it wasn’t an issue. The breathtaking view of Florence’s sunset from the top floor made climbing all those stairs absolutely worth it. One of my children mentioned wanting to live in a place like this, which shows just how satisfied we were with the accommodation.

Just stayed at Lorenzo's place—a beautifully renovated apartment. Lorenzo was incredibly accommodating, making check-in, check-out, and the entire stay seamless. The location is exceptional—step outside, and you're at the Duomo! It's also an easy walk to major sites, plazas, and fantastic restaurants. A 5-star stay—would absolutely do it again. Thanks!

O apartamentos de Ariana estava bem completo. Tinha alguns mimos, café… fica bem localizado, próximo à estação do VLT que nos leva facilmente até o centro de Veneza. Ótimo banheiro. Amamos a acomodação. Recomendo.
