Valentina’s apartment is such a convenient base to explore Florence from! Whether going to the Uffizi, the Duomo or the Pitti Palace, it’s just a few mins walk. There are also so many restaurants nearby and lots of great shops. It’s also around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio and lovely walks along the Arno River. The central location made it easy for us to pop in and out throughout the day which is great to get a break from the heat. Valentina was also very responsive when one of the air conditioners broke before our arrival and had not one, but two, installed in our room to help with the summer heat. Thank you so much! We really enjoy our stay there!

Fantastic location! We walked and walked during our stay and it was close enough to everything without being in the noisy central blocks. We felt very comfortable and safe and everything worked well. Beatrice was very quick to respond each time as well!

This place was really exquisite, and the owners put a lot of pride into their art and antiques, what a special collection! It was lovely meeting the owners and they have such beautiful taste and were very kind to accommodate an allergy to fragrance. Thank you:) Unfortunately there was an issue with a broken entryway key, which caused us much stress as we were not kept well apprised by the manager’s agent about the timing of when this would be fixed and we worried daily that we would be locked out of the residence were it to be changed and we were not in receipt of the new key , unfortunately the manger’s agent (not owner) did not keep us properly updated on the issue. She also was very demanding about us giving a review which we’ve not experienced ever before. That aside, everything worked out in the end and we really would recommend the beautiful home very highly. We thank the owners for their kind hospitality, and wish them well with this lovely place.

Marco è stato gentilissimo, sapendo che avremmo soggiornato con il mio fidanzato in occasione di San Valentino ci ha fatto trovare un delizioso e romantico allestimento con cioccolatini a forma di cuore e petali di rosa oltre ad una bottiglia di prosecco in frigorifero. È stato sempre reperibile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti ristoranti, offrendosi anche di prenotare. È stato molto disponibile in merito alla mia richiesta di posticipare leggermente il check out. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo airbnb, esperienza positiva non solo per l’host ma per la funzionalità della casa e la pulizia.

O espaço de Francesco é incrível, cheio de detalhes lindos que apenas um artista poderia pensar e ao mesmo tempo é extremamente aconchegante. Muito bem localizado, possibilitando que você possa se deslocar tranquilamente para onde quiser. Francesco é um querido, gentil, educado, super amigável. Apenas lamento de não ter ficado mais tempo com ele e conhecer melhor seu lindo trabalho. Super indico a todos do Airbnb!

Je remercie Veronica pour son accueil chaleureux. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, très calme et facile d’accès vous avez quelques commerces de proximité. Et vous pouvez garer votre véhicule facilement a côté. Le logement est très propre et Veronica met à disposition des serviettes de bain. Encore merci de nous avoir accueilli ma famille et moi c’est avec plaisir qu’on reviendra.

Eine äußerst schöne, ruhig gelegene, moderne und spektakuläre Unterkunft inmitten eines historisch gepflegten Ortes Castello di Larciano. Wenn man bereit ist, sein Auto nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft abstellen zu können, und täglich zwischen Parkplatz und Unterkunft teilweise steile 20 - 30 Höhenmeter, sowie 150 - 300 Meter Fußweg in Kauf nehmen kann, wird man mit einem absolut erholsamen Rückzugsort belohnt. Die Unterkunft ist ein toller Startpunkt zur Erkundung der Toskana (Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, Vinci). Jeden Tag freut man sich auf die zu erwartende Ruhe am Abend und die Möglichkeit die Aussicht vom hoch gelegenen Platz vor dem Castello mit Sitzmöglichkeiten allein für sich zu genießen. Die wunderschön eingerichtete Unterkunft entspricht mit seinem ultrahohen Standard voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Der Besitzer ist super nett, hilfsbereit und sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Urlaubs immer erreichbar. Wir waren begeistert!

Wir haben sehr viel Glück gehabt, mit den Gastgebern. Ein unvergesslicher toller Gastgeber. Wir hatten nach einem Strandbesuch eine Autopanne Richtung Prata. Sie haben von der Abholung bis hin zur Autovermietung ihre ganzen zwei Tage für uns geopfert. So tolle Menschen, wir finden keine Worte dafür, um diese nette Familie zu beschreiben. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, das wir nur allen an Herz legen können, sie werden nichts falsch machen mit einer Buchung in dieser Unterkunft. Super tolle luxuriöse Unterkunft, wunderbare Herzens liebe Menschen. Ich kann nur positives nennen und meine Wörter würden nicht ausreichen um diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt zu beschreiben. Wir werden definitiv gerne wiederkommen und nur weiterempfehlen.

We just returned form a wonderful week in pelago. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning, if you want a relaxing break in private surroundings with amazing views in all directions. We were a group of 9 including four boys aged 4-11 and three grandmothers in their 70’s. The house had something for all and the games room was a real bonus for the kids with lots of Lego which was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pool which is lovely, large and clean and all yours with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Night swims after dinner were a real hit with the kids. We really hope to return to this magical place in the future. Nicoletta was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend

Sehr gute Lage (knapp ausserhalb der ZTL, verkehrsberuhigten Zone) Gerade mit dem Auto super praktisch, weiter in die Altstadt dürfte man nicht fahren und bei der Unterkunft ist der private Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Innenhof inklusive. Zu Fuss ist die Altstadt aber auch Restaurants und Cafés schnell erreichbar. Das Wohnviertel wirkte sauber und sicher. Die Wohnung hat für zwei Personen eine gute Grösse und einen Balkon. Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, gegen die Seitenstrasse und im inneren vom Gebäude eher hellhörig. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin welche zeitnah antwortet. Gerne wieder.

The photos provided in listing do not do justice to the place. It is stunning! Spotless, beautifully furnished, in a minimalist fashion, very serene. very close to restaurants and shops. very safe and secure building. thoroughly enjoyed my stay! thank you! highly recommend!!

Lorella was very accommodating with check in, and responded when we contacted her. The location of the apartment is excellent for pretty much anywhere you want to go in the city center, and there are plenty of good to great restaurants nearby. The apartment was smaller than we expected, so I can't imagine four people in this space for more than a night or two. It has been mentioned before, but bears a notation that the bed just isn't very comfortable, however, there is a fold out sofa bed which we utilized during our stay. To be fair, we stayed a week and a half in this small space, which was too long to sleep on a sofa bed as the primary bed. My husband enjoyed the breakfast pastries/cakes and we were able to cook a meal in the kitchen. Can't be the location.

Excellent host! Beautiful apartment with all the amenities. We thought we were going to have a lot of noise because it is located on an avenue but we were really able to rest comfortably without much noise. One block away you can take all the bus routes to move around easily. Some days we rented a car and found parking right in the area. Even if we arrived late at night. We were surprised because the kitchen was super equipped so you can cook Our stay was really excellent. Thank you!

Highly recommendable place: - Renovated apartment in a centuries-old building, which makes for an exciting mix of antique architecture and modern comforts. - Perfectly clean and fully equipped. - Location is top top top, smack in the middle of the historic center, all must-sees within walking distance. - Gabriele is a very nice & responsive host and welcomed us personally. The Guest Book pdf provided after booking contains helpful tips. Only minor things to criticize: - Naturally the city center is very busy until late at night and the windows don't insulate much. So you should have either a robust sleep or good earplugs. - Bed is quite narrow (140 cm = 55 inch) and has a shared blanket, probably not everyone's cup of tea. Serious warning: The apartment is on the topmost floor and the stairs are really steep & narrow. Do not book this if you are elderly or mobility impaired! Everyone else book this. :)

The apartment is prettier than the picture, very well kept. From the cutlery in the Kitchen, to the towels and bed linen - everything was well thought through and made us feel at home. The hosts are wonderful. I had seen a few reviewers talking about the hot water shortage in the shower but I must say that we were a family of four staying here and took showers one after the other, and there was absolutely no issue.
