Our stay in this apartment was fantastic! The place was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was perfect—close to the train station, major attractions and restaurants. The space was well-designed, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. The host was welcoming and attentive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Though located in a busy place, the moment you step inside, it is very calm, quiet & peaceful. Beautiful views of buildings and the Duomo is right down the street. Very spacious and clean.

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Having arrived in an exceptional torrentail rain storm all was well and dealt with some front door flooding- the accommodation was WONDERFUL in an idylic Tuscan hillside village with easy public parking. There was plenty to see and enjoy. It was quite an adventure. Although we didnot meet Benedetta but she provided everything we needed and our short stay was MARVELLOUS- Grazie mille - alla prossima. Don't you love it when something exceeds your expectations? La Delizia is the perfect combination of great location, privacy, beautiful grounds, and responsive and super nice host. Giulia and her sister Camilla rolled out the red carpet for me and my wife as we spent our 20th wedding anniversary at this home. The amenities are plentiful and the home is decorated beautifully and well thought out. Highly recommended and we will be stopping by again soon.

We loved Lorenzo’s place! The apartment was fully equipped for our comfortable stay. It’s in walkable distance from the center. Lorenzo is very friendly and helpful host. We are happy with our choice and will definitely come back.

Was a great location. Close enough to the sights to walk to but far enough not dealing with the tourist noise. Great view from the balcony - have the whole 6th floor to ourselves. I enjoyed it so did the kids. Would highly recommend.

Great place. Super close to the train station. Stay on left side walking to it. Easier sidewalk with pavement vs stone. Great location to everything you want to see. Comfortable beds and safe area!

La casa di Daniela é molto bella, pulita, ordinata, vicino al tram T2 (quindi comodissima per il centro città) e dotata di tutti i confort. Non manca nulla. La consiglio vivamente.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Deanna is een fijne host die proactief communiceert en zeer vriendelijk is. Ze wachtte ons zelf op om ons binnen te laten en gaf ons veel tips over de omgeving waaronder 3 geweldige restaurants in de straat van het appartement. Die restaurants waren prijs-kwaliteit top! Appartement bevindt zich op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum, 10min wandelen naar de Ponte Vecchio, 10min wandelen van het station. Het ligt in een rustige straat maar toch vlakbij alles. Winkeltje en bakker op 5 min wandelen. Heel leuk binnentuintje waar we elke ochtend ontbeten hebben met dank aan de hoge temperaturen voor de tijd van het jaar. Als we Firenze nog eens bezoeken komen we hier zeker terug! Dankjewel Deanna!

What a Gem! Loved the location. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and a blessing during hotter days enjoying the patio! Felt safe. Steps from a grocery store. Cafe and many restaurants! River view. Washing machine was incredibly helpful! Oh, and the bathtub was much needed after traveling 20 hours. Antonio was beyond kind, helpful, and truly a wonderful host. His kindness will not be forgotten. I highly recommend! We will be sure to be back! Go ahead and book it!

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
