Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

Our host was very helpful in providing directions. We were happy with early check in. The host left us some great breakfast goodies. The place is in a beautiful location right by the sea. You can walk everywhere in Ortigia which was a big plus for us. 10 out of 10. We recommend staying here.

Salvatore's apartment is luxurious and homely all at the same time. It is stylishly put together with beautiful furniture and lovely light but also has a practical terrace and kitchen. Everything in Ortigia is walking distance as the island is so small but the location is brilliant as it is close to the sea and lots of great places to eat. Salvatore was a very responsive communicator and even did an online check in, which was something I haven't seen before but really appreciated as we arrived quite late. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Angelo und Rosanna, der unseren Sommer verlängert hat. Neben der gastfreundlichen Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, dem alten Olivenbaum im Garten, der Erlaubnis, sich an den Kräutern fürs Kochen bedienen zu dürfen, verlieh das Meeresrauschen, mit welchem wir einschliefen und aufwachten, unserem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Magie. Das Appartment ist wirklich schön und wir haben jede Minute dort in vollen Zügen genossen. Sizilien ist für uns ein wunderbarer Ort und wir haben unseren Sommer an diesem zauberhaften Platz direkt am Strand für ein paar Tage verlängern dürfen. Grazie.

Angelo et son papa sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le logement est idéalement bien situé et la terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le port et l’Etna est un véritable plus qui rend le séjour encore plus inoubliable. Le quartier est calme et bien entretenu. Je recommande absolument.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber kein Drama. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist entsprechend ruhig. Für Restaurants und Supermarkt benötigt man das Auto. ein kleiner gratis Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und war schön und recht sauber und bietet viele Muscheln zu sammeln. kommen gerne wieder

La villa è stupenda e posizionata in un luogo bellissimo, l'accesso alla spiaggia e la vasca idromassaggio la rendono un luogo di pace. Straordinario il panorama dalla camera patronale. Viviana si è dimostrata disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e piena di ottimi suggerimenti per i dintorni. É stata una vacanza di vero relax

I stayed for a week at Massimo's place in November. It was absolutely stunning and I could not have chosen a better place and host. Warning: At least in November, the rooftop terrace can be so well-temperatured and sunny that you may end up staying there for hours and miss out on some of the great cafés and restaurants downstairs and downtown :) Massimo and his wife were super helpful. Ortigia is very beautiful and people are so friendly. I can't wait to return. It was also spotless clean by the way. Many thanks, Massimo, for sharing this wonderful place!

Kleines, aber feines Apartment, das ich gerne empfehlen kann. Francesca war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann die Stadt von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Parken konnte ich umsonst auf der Straße vor dem Haus.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Aldos Strandhaus. Anfang Oktober hatten wir den Strand, der direkt vor dem Haus beginnt, häufig ganz für uns allein! Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Der Einstieg ist flach, der Sand weich und das Wasser kristallklar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants liegen in 10 bis 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben mehrere Ausflüge gemacht nach Syrakus, Noto, Marzamemi und mit unseren zwei Jungs natürlich auch zum Ätna! Alles empfehlenswert! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Salvatore und seine Frau war sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation, auch mit Aldo, einwandfrei! Insgesamt können wir einen Urlaub in Aldos Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

I due appartamenti si trovano in una splendida villa privata con ampio spazio esterno, cancello privato, spazio per giocare per chi ha bambini, docce esterne, barbecue. Sono comunicanti esternamente, adatti a due famiglie che si conoscono quindi per noi è stato perfetto. Ognuno ha la propria privacy, ma si può condividere una cena insieme dalle terrazze esterne. Gli appartamenti sono super attrezzati, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più. Cucina super attrezzata. C'è una lavanderia esterna con una lavatrice da condividere. Il mare è a pochissimi passi dalla villetta. La spiaggia completamente vuota nel nostro periodo, mare pulito però è un peccato soffermarsi a questa spiaggia perchè a 10/15 minuti di strada in auto si raggiungono spiagge e città stupende. E' una zona moolto tranquilla, intorno non c'è nulla quindi è necessaria un'auto per spostarsi. Non la consiglio per chi ama il caos,movida,locali e ristoranti a due passi. Complimenti a Carlo per la cura della villa.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Wir konnten dank einer super Info zu später Stunde ein Self-check-in machen und fanden eine wunderbar vorgeheizte Wohnung vor, was zu der Jahreszeit genial ist. Siracusa hat sich von der schönsten Seite gezeigt und so konnten wir auch die wunderbare Dachterrasse geniessen, auf welcher wir auch den Jahreswechsel erleben konnten . Feuerwerke rundum, schöne Stimmung und dann war es wieder ruhig. Die Wohnung von Francesco ist liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen. Danke! Bea&Chris

The flat is a great base for a stay in Siracusa - it’s very near Ortigia but also convenient for public transport. In less than a minute’s walk you can see the beautiful shimmering sea. In November it was beautiful and warm! Fabio was always quick to reply to any messages and he and his father were great hosts. A good range of kitchen equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ortigia at Maria Theresa’s lovely apartment and we would definitely love to return some day! The description on the website is very accurate and if anything the apartment exceeds expectations so all around a wonderful place to stay.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

Elena and Mimmo are great hosts. We arrived late in the day and we were tired and hungry. Elena had provided home cooked (delicious) food, fruit, milk, bread and cheese. A very nice gesture! Mimmo gave us an excellent review of everything in the home and recommendations for restaurants. There is an internet-enabled TV and reliable wi-fi. It is an easy walk to the Archeological Park (25 minutes) and Ortegia Island (about 20 minutes). Driving in Syracusa is “difficult”, so it was great to have a place to park when we arrived, but we didn’t move the car after that since we could walk to everything. It was very easy to communicate with Elena and Mimmo and they were very accommodating with arrival and departure arrangements. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace each morning where we could see the sea. A really nice experience. We had a great stay!
