Maria was an excellent host. The place was cozy and spotless clean. Everything was exactly like the photos. They waited for us on a local gas station so that they can welcome us in and show us the best way to the villa which is in a private resort. The villa is in perfect location between Siracuse and Catania. The view is amazing - the Catania bay and Etna at the palm of your hand. Maria and her husband even gave us some local pasta, wine and fruits as a welcome gift. I recommend the villa with both hands.

Very nice and huge villa in a countryside with complete privacy, a large garden (3 cats at disposal) and perfectly looking swimming pool. Well-equipped kitchen, two big bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Every room has air conditioner that can be used also for heating during cold days. Communication with Antonino was perfect, he helped us several times and was always in touch. Approximately 20 minutes from Syracusa and 45 minutes from Catania airport by car, flexible check-in and checkout possible

Loredana war stets per Handy erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen herzlichen und netten Kontakt auf Englisch. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderbar: toller Pool, wunderschöner Garten, rundherum eine Mauer bzw. Hecken, großes Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, ausreichendes Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kritik nur für das weiche Ehebett (für mich okay, für meinen Mann nicht) und die kleinen Kinderbetten. Für kleinere Kinder ausreichend, für größere Teenies nicht mehr. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man braucht zum Einkaufen ein Auto. Schöne Strände liegen in der Nähe. Preis- Leistung ist hier top!

We spent 10 fabulous days at Giovanna's house. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished, it was superb. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. We used the BBQ's most evenings, eating outside & enjoying the sunsets. We bought great local produce from the local butcher who was very friendly & helpful. You can get most supplies from the local shop in the village including charcoal. The house was a good base to visit the area including Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ortigia & Marzamemi which can all be reached in approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. We travelled a little further to visit the amazing mosaics at Villa Romana del Casale. Thank you for making my husband's birthday so memorable and special. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to return. Thank you Giovanna and Carmelo!

The property is a semi-detatched spacious two-floor villa in a countryside type of environment, very quiet and sorrounded by fields and a lawn where there is a raised swimming pool. A plus for us was also the presence of a piano for rehearsal reasons. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and equipment, the bed(s) very comfortable. We did not meet Giuseppe in person but on video calls; we were welcomed by his mother who devoted all attentions to us by also beeing very discreet at the same time. We fully enjoyed our stay and the wonderful surrounding beaches minutes away from the house. Visiting wonderful Syracuse, Noto, Scicli, etc. is within short drives. Distance to the Catania airport is 1 hour drive. Very convenient and relaxing location, attentive and responsive hosts: we fully recommend!

Giovanni’s place is very nice and well-appointed. Giovanni and his wife Jenny were very prompt in helping us with some issues we had at home. I strongly recommend this place but preferably during the spring/summer season.

Santo’s house was the perfect location for our vacation. We stayed there for 7 days to explore the region and calm down from the craziness of the big city. The house is brand new, very clean, spacious and modern. It is powered with solar energy and is equipped with everything we needed ( washing machine, grill, nice kitchen, airs conditioning, nice terrace). Highlights for the smell of the lemon trees or the beautiful olive trees. They looked spectacular! Santo was an amazing host and helped us a lot with all we needed and was always available and answered promptly to all the questions. I’ll for sure be back when traveling again in the region.

Absolutely incredible home - even better than in the pictures. Unforgettable vacation! Great for families. Cannot recommend enough. Hosts and organizers were very kind. Strong aircon and cool pool to shield from Sicilian heat.

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

The hosts were fantastic. Made us feel very welcome and we settled in straight away. The location is rural so you do need a car to get about to visit the many amazing places in and around Noto. very peaceful which is what we were looking for and the Villa had everything you could need. The Villa was stunning and we certainly did not want to leave. Noto is around 13 minutes drive by car and a great place to visit, from eating out to viewing architecturally beautiful buildings. We also visited many other places and were not disappointed. The hosts also provided information on places to visit and eat. Thank you to our hosts Tina and Corrado we had a fantastic time. kind regards the Wall family.

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

We came here for my dads 60th and wow! The view from the villa was breathtaking, the pool was great and the villa was so lovely. There was 9 of us and and we always felt like we had our own space. The closest beach is a 10 minute walk and the town is also a 5 min walk from the villa and you get a very authentic Italian experience as there’s not many tourists at all. Plenty of food nearby with a couple of supermarkets all at walking distance. Salvatore and Isabela were super nice and helpful throughout the whole stay. I will definitely be back!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle résidence avec superbe piscine et extérieur fait pour la détente dans le calme le plus parfait. Seul le bruit des vagues à une centaine de mètres viendra troubler votre quiétude. Et pour ceux qui apprécient les intérieurs traditionnels, c'est parfait.

Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Balat è stato semplicemente perfetto! Un vero angolo di pace e tranquillità, immerso nel verde, ideale per chi cerca relax e una fuga dalla routine quotidiana. La casa è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli e impeccabilmente pulita. I letti sono comodissimi, garantendo un riposo eccellente dopo giornate trascorse a esplorare la zona. Un grande grazie a Luca, il proprietario, che è stato sempre disponibile e attento, rispondendo con grande tempestività a ogni nostra domanda. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Beatrice, la sua collaboratrice, che ci ha aiutato con qualsiasi richiesta, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se cercate un posto accogliente, ben tenuto e gestito con professionalità e calore, Casa Balat è la scelta perfetta. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Beautiful property located just 100m from the beach and around a 30min walk into Marzamemi (which is STUNNING). Quiet residential area, clean and spacious villa with a lovely pool to cool off in! Oriana was a wonderful host, very communicative and happy to make recommendations about places to visit and eat.

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight. Auch der wunderschöne und saubere Strand sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es war alles da was wir zum kochen brauchten und Concetta hat eine Mappe mit Tipps und Hinweisen zu der Umgebung in der Wohnung hinterlassen. Es sind sogar zwei Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm für uns da gewesen. Wir sind begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This place was a dream! Sebastian greeted us with some yummy warm pizza when we arrived as we came in quite late. The apartment was newly renovated, functional and great for our family of 5 (3+2). I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get away from the busy city life.

la villa è magnifica, ben curata e dotata di tutti i confort. la cucina super accessoriata, con numerosi omaggi di benvenuto da parte dei proprietari. tutto davvero perfetto e addirittura meglio di quanto descritto. Marco e suo fratello persone molto gentili, a modo e soprattutto disponili . Una esperienza che consiglio a tutti!

Very nice, calm place. Noto is near (by car) with great restaurants. Communication with Simone and the team on-site (thank you, Corrado) was top.

Das Haus war fantastisch. Andrea ist ein super Gastgeber. Unsere Kids haben vor allem den Pool geliebt. Einziges Manko waren die lauten Umgebungsgeräusche, für die der Gastgeber gar nichts konnte. In der Nachbarschaft gab es eine Baustelle, die leider auch samstags stundenlange Motoren-Geräusche zu uns rüberwehte. Und die Motorsäge war leider auch ein täglicher Begleiter. Wir hatten aber trotzdem eine traumhafte, entspannte Woche hier und haben viele tolle Ausflüge unternommen.
