Tom was an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time. Had Benjamin greet us and walk us through the property. He showed us where everything was. Made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and conveniently located. Walking distance to everything in town. I would come again and recommend to others

Every time I'm in town I stay at Carol's house. If it's not booked already. Her hospital. Ity the house the location, it's always amazing. This is the first time I stayed in the green room master bedroom i really enjoyed it.

great place, the locations is amazing and close to alot to walk to. the place it's self is fantastic. the only downside is the kitchen doesnt have any cooking stuff just a microwave but the restaurants are all around it and east to walk to. definitely worth it.

Great place to stay near Yosemite. Close enough to cities for shopping, dining & a movie theater. About 30 min drive into Yosemite entrance. House was very clean & organized. My favorite aspect was the hot tub overseeing the mountains. Also got to see wild turkeys while enjoying the hot tub. Highly recommend for a tranquil escape in nature!

Cabin was decorated nicely for Christmas with cute touches in every room. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The welcome basket with wine and snacks was great along with the stuff for the dogs - dog bed, bowls and treats! Very quiet and relaxing way to celebrate the New Year!

Kelly’s place was exactly as described. Our family had a great time at their cottage. They had all streaming services signed in, so our family enjoyed cozy nights indoors watching movies. As other reviews said, we found a few bugs, but nothing unusual for this location. It was about 45 minutes from the south entrance. The bathrooms could be upgraded, as water was clogged in the sink and bathtub.

I had a wonderful stay at Marilyn & Albert’s cottage. So quiet and peaceful and set in magical surroundings. My dog Skye loved our walks around the 20 acres of natural, unspoilt countryside. Marilyn was so responsive, and was generous in leaving fruit and eggs to welcome me. I’m planning another visit in March, and I just can’t wait!

We went here during the Firewall weekend in February. The place was easy to find, neat and full of amenities. Grocery stores are a 15 min drive but the host had given us a heads up about it already. They were responsive and took care of our concerns promptly. Good stay while visiting the valley.

One of my top 5 AirBNB experiences of all time. Tidy, well appointed space where every small detail had been observed and anticipated. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Particular shout out to the care and attention around coffee. Beautiful location in and of itself and super convenient to Kings Canyon NP (and Sequoia via the Generals Highway)

Lisa was a great host. Very quick to respond to our inquiries and sure to offer help with the surroundings. The cabin was clean and with everything we needed. Unfortunately because of the snow we had to make our trip short.

Absolutely loved staying here. Our hosts were so sweet and accommodating. Even showed my toddler their turtles and left a welcome basket which my toddler was very thankful for. Close to local restaurants and dollar general which was nice. Plenty of games to play outdoors and indoors. House was clean and cozy. Wife was also very pleased with the non stick pans and sharp knives. Would stay again.

We had a enjoyable stay. Todd and Shelly were very great host. They were attentive and very responsive to our questions and requests. They responded very fast to our needs and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend there place for future guest.

We loved this little cabin! It was so nice being in town. We walked to the coffee shop and to the Trading Post for dinner. The beds were comfy and the space heaters did a great job of keeping us warm! Shaver Lake Sports is right across the street and my husband was able to get snowboard rentals from there before heading up to China Peak.

Amazing place, loved everything about it! Only an hour away from Yosemite so it was perfect for our trip. The electric stove was a little annoying as you couldn’t use both on full power and the burners were small, but if you’re not planning on cooking then it doesn’t matter. Otherwise, loved everything about it! The bed was super comfy.

Sami was a great host. The Cottage was peaceful and quiet. It is near a very nice river and is very calm. The house came with lots of games and activities. The house was comfortable. Sami was responsive and helpful. It was a great home away from home

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Just enough room with a stocked kitchen. We loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing the wild animals with the hills in the back. Idyllic and peaceful

Place was clean and comfortable, We were family with 2 kids, so place was perfect for 4. We did not use the upstairs loft, but that could easy host 2 more people. or could be converted into an entertainment zone. Beautiful surrounds, enjoyed morning walk. It was too wet for kids to go down to the creek, but it would be perfect place when it gets warmer. Turkeys in the morning was a surprise. There is no AT&T signal and Internet speed was slow and unreilable.

The house was immaculately clean but also very inviting and “homey.” You also cannot beat the surrounding views of the mountains. The town of Mariposa is lovely with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Yosemite National Park is within an easy and scenic drive. We also made a new furry friend with the sweet kitty who even cuddled me on the couch for a few minutes.

Lovely cottage! My friend and I were visiting Yosemite NP for a few days and saw this listing that was ~1-1.5hr drive to the park entrance (via 140). The location is a bit remote, ~25min drive into Mariposa, but we spent most of our time at Yosemite anyway so this did not bother us much. Evelyn was a wonderful host—responsive and friendly throughout. The amenities were as advertised and the space was clean and well-decorated! Would recommend to others looking for a cozy stay within 1.5hr drive of Yosemite!

The place and setting is pristine and beautiful. It is well surrounded by nature and you can always hear the sounds of birds which is really tranquil. We spotted dears right in front of the house. The hosts are great too, very responsive and provided crystal clear instructions. The house setup is very personalized and it feels like you're right at home. Location is a little remote but feels safe. Worth staying here if you are ready to spend a little extra.

The location was magical. I can’t say enough about that and the beautiful touches throughout the home were very well thought and deliberate. We saw lots of wildlife and had an excellent time there the only recommendation would be that in the upstairs loft. There was a constant ticking noise every time the heater turned off. It resulted in waking up throughout the night however, the whole experience is beautiful.
