Beautiful home that felt like a museum! We had a great time at the house with kids. It was also a close drive to the ski slopes and winter activities.

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo weekend tra amici in questo chalet davvero accogliente, nonostante due giorni di pioggia. Il merito va anche al proprietario, persona cordiale e sempre disponibile, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di utilizzare la sala con biliardo, calcetto e ping pong, oltre ai numerosi servizi extra proposti. I suoi consigli sulle attività da fare in zona sono stati preziosi. Un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e divertirsi, con un’ospitalità che fa davvero la differenza. Torneremo volentieri!

Host meravigliosi, disponibili, molto simpatici e in gamba, casa enorme, moderna, bellissima, tutta per noi. (abbiamo anche rotto un vetro che è stato subito sostituito gratuitamente ... scusami di nuovo Marco e grazie mille) Abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente pulito e disinfettato, asciugamani praticamente nuovi, consumabili a disposizione, cucina completa e pronta per cucinare, ecc. Il giardino è curato benissimo, piscina pulitissima, barbeque moderno, due posti auto ricoperti, supermercato vicino per fare una spesa veloce senza spostare la auto, zona tranquilla. Tutto perfetto - anche una zona giochi per i più attivi. Internet veloce ed illimitato, nessun vincolo sui consumi di acqua o elettricità. Ho dormito meglio che a casa mia grazie anche all'aria fredda dai condizionatori in tutte le camere. In circa mezz'ora si va in macchina a Lignano, quindi vicino anche il mare più famoso della zona, anche se c'è un'altra spiaggia bellissima molto più vicina. Consigliato al 100%

Fully equipped and nicely located appartment with terras and garden. Especially for extended stay is the washing machine a big plus. Host very friendly, reacts prompt on messages. Close to beach and restaurants. A great place to stay.

Wilma ci ha accolti con la proverbiale ospitalità Resiana a casa sua, come se fossimo di famiglia, è stata flessibile agli orari di check-in, cortese, accogliente e molto comunicativa. Anzi, ha fatto molto più di quello che ci si aspetta da un Host! Ci ha accolti anche prima del soggiorno per aiutarci a preparare delle cose per il carnevale a Resia! È stato un piacere conoscerla e torneremo sicuramente

Die Villa Verecondi Scortecci ist ein prächtiges Anwesen, das liebevoll hergerichtet und sorgfältig verwaltet wird. Wir sind sehr aufmerksam empfangen worden, hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, in der uns die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend und zuvorkommend begegnet ist. In jeder Hinsicht haben wir uns dort wohlgefühlt und das weitläufige Areal mit dem wunderbaren Pool , den schön gestalteten Sitzgelegenheiten bis hin zum Jacuzzi sehr genossen.

Elena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns seit der ersten Minute sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt abseits von Touristenhochburgen und das haben wir sehr genossen. Es war ruhig, die Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Unsere Tochter hatte einen Lieblingsplatz: die Hängematte unter den schattigen Bäumen - dazu die im Mai geborenen Kätzchen, und sie war happy. Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Die Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. In knapp 15 Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Naturstrand in Brussa. Bäckerei und Restaurants in der Nähe. Elena gibt viele Tipps und ist sehr behilflich. Das Frühstück gibt es im Freien - wir fanden das wunderschön und sehr entspannend. Es gibt Semmeln und Croissant, hausgebackenen Kuchen und hausgemachte Marmelade und Honig. Dazu frisches Obst, Joghurt und Müsli. Tee und Kaffee. Toll fanden wir die frischen Eier der hofeigenen Hühner. Auf Wunsch bereitet Elena die beste Pancakes ganz frisch zu.... Wir hatten einen wahnsinnig entspannten Urlaub und werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. ❤️

Such a nice Place. Clean, new flat. Big, cosy and with everything you need. Summer-Highlight for our three kids was the Pool in the Garden. Loretta and her Family are very kind and funny, she gave us many really good tipps for spots we can visit. Also good is the parking-slot next to the house. Perfect host.

Casa confortevole, posto tranquillo e host sempre disponibile. Unica pecca la strada stretta per raggiungere l’abitazione, ma una volta arrivati si apprezza il paesaggio e la pace.

Edoardo's place was charming, well situated, and it provided all the amenities for a family to enjoy longer stays. He was a great host and attended to all of our needs. The house is located in a quite country side but yet still near the doors of a small town. A large supermarket is located just within a few minutes drive and there are plenty of places to visit and enjoy the sights. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a great week at Patty’s little house in the woods . The house offers everything you need to spend a nice time. The surroundings and the views are great. The valley offers many hiking trails with different level of difficulties. You can spend days walking in beautiful forests, close to rivers, staring at wild animals coming out when you least expect … If you want a very quiet place this is a must go destination. Be mindful … if you want a place with restaurants, bars, places for aperitivo each day and other amenities, this is not where you want to go. We will be back !

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, arredato benissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Bernarda è stata molto cortese e si è sempre resa disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo anche perché dotato di comodissimo parcheggio privato. Torneremo sicuramente

l appartement de monica est vraiment tres bien, elle a pense a tout et il ne manque rien pour passer un bon moment . monica est tres compréhensive, en effet nous avons eu des soucis de voyage et c etait vraiment super de trouver z l arrivee un logement au top

La casetta è un posto bellissimo dove trascorrere le vacanze ed è accessoriata di tutto. È un ambiente autentico con dettagli molto apprezzabili, sembra proprio di essere in un piccolo rifigio di montagna con la vista sulla val Saisera. Gli host molto gentili e disponibili hanno sempre risposto molto velocemente, consigliatissima!

Perfektes Airbnb für einen Strandurlaub. Wohnung direkt in der Altstadt an einem großen Platz (könnte daher Abends lauter werden ist aber ab 23:30 spätestens ruhig (bis auf die Wasserfontänen). Dies war für uns aber zu keiner Zeit ein Problem, wir konnten trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche bietet alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Giovanni antwortet immer sehr schnell und gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung (Pizzeria gegenüber der Anlage mit den besten Pizzen). Zum Strand sind es ca 5-10min zu Fuß. Dort hatten wir 2 Liegen für eine Woche inklusive.

Schönes sehr geräumiges Anwesen im und ums Haus. Der Poolbereich 1A auch wenn wir diesen wegen des Wetters nicht voll nutzen konnten. Wir waren als Grossfamilie da und haben es genossen zusammen zu Kochen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Die organisatorische Abwicklung (Buchung, Wegbeschreibung etc.) hat mit Pamela von Inter Chalet problemlos und zügig funktioniert. Nach der Ankunft hatten wir ausschließlich Kontakt zu Chiara, der Besitzerin. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und gut in die Örtlichkeiten eingeführt worden. Chiara war stets vor Ort und ansprechbar, wenn sie benötigt wurde. Das gesamte Anwesen war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich ca 5 Autominuten entfernt. Bis nach Udine benötigt man ca 15 Minuten.

Etwas kompliziert zu finden. Unser Navi hat uns mit der Route von Airbnb falsch geschickt. Ist außerhalb von Triest. Meerblick ist wunderbar. Der Zugang zum Meer ist entweder über eine Stiege, Leiter oder sehr spitzen kleine Steine. Es gibt ein WC mit Dusche und ein separates WC - leider ohne Dusche- beim zweiten Schlafzimmer. Ein kleiner Garten mit Liegen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Super war die Steckdose in der Garage für unser Auto zum Laden.

Prachtige omgeving met tal van mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes zoals Venetië, Triest en (de grotten in) Slovenië. Carlo was heel aardig en goed bereikbaar. Bijzonder hoe hij en zijn broers dit familie draaiende houden. Doe vooral ook een wijnproeverij, de wijnen van Perusini zijn heerlijk!

Casa ampia e ben curata, con uno splendido spazio esterno. Inoltre gli host si sono dimostrati sempre molto disponibili nei nostri confronti.

We celebrated my husband's birthday with a group of 16 people. Andrea was from the very beginning super friendly and easy to communicate with. The place is simply amazing! Very comfortable rooms, all with private bathrooms. The pool and its surrounding and the garden - all very nice and tidy. Andrea's restaurant is a must to try! 4-course menus and really tasty sparkling wine! I'm sure we'll come back!

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Porto Santa Margherita. La maison et la piscine sont en tous points conformes à la description, le voisinage est sympathique, la mer est proche. Parfait pour une famille de six personnes. Nous sommes allés visiter Venise et sa biennale en prenant le train à San Stino di Livanza comme nous l’avait conseillé Alessandra. Très pratique!
