Great place, exactly like the pictures. The view - as mentioned by everyone - is stunning! We enjoyed it at every time of day, and even managed to have a glass of wine outside in the sun, at the end of November! The place was super clean, has everything you need, bright and warm, good shower, kitchen also has everything ( though we didn't cook....) Valentina always responded super quick. The walk from the center is about 20 mins, but the view is worth it. A few nice restaurants about 5-10 mins walking distance, same as the Coop. The street is quite noisy if you have the bedroom window open, for us no issue as it was too cold for that anyway, and the double glazing is perfect. we would come back any time when we are in Trieste!

Best location in Caorle. Loved it to be so close to the beach and to the old town. Apartment was also really nice. Parking on the street is little tricky as there is hardly ever a free parking space. Therefore we changed our plans a little so we didn’t have to move the car and don’t loose our parking spot on the street which Giovanna reserved for us.

Great, calm, cozy and fully equipped apartment with nice view from the balcony great tips from Rodolfo - it was an immense pleasure!

l'appartamento e' accogliente e curato. Padola e il Comelico sono posti da scoprire che non sfigurano rispetto a localita' piu' rinomate.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Strandabschnitt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar, mit Bar und Restaurant sowie Duschen und Spielplatz. Die kleine Stadt mit Restaurants und Souvenir Läden sowie Bäckerei und Supermarket ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Wohnhaus selbst ist sehr ruhig, ein überdachter Parkplatz und eine Dusche im Außenbereich steht für die Bewohner zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist groß und die Klimaanlage ein richtiger Segen. Leider konnten wir keinen Föhn ausfindig machen sonst war alles vor Ort, was man brauchen könnte. Ein netter Balkon läd zum Frühstücken ein. Ein sehr netter Aufenthalt!

ottimo alloggio, pulito e molto ben organizzato. La cucina è molto accessoriata, in bagno è presente il phon e in salotto ci sono alcuni giochi in scatola e una cucinetta per bimbi: apprezzati dai figli e dai genitori per passare una vacanza in serenità! Bello spazio esterno con tavolo e anche doccia per togliere la sabbia. La zona è tranquilla, c'è una spiaggia libera raggiungibile a piedi. Elisa è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche un pensierino di benvenuto 💞 Alloggio super consigliato anche per famiglie!

Dejlig feriebolig i roligt område. Nyt og rent poolområde. Rummelig bolig med 3 dobbeltværelser, 2 badeværelse og dejlig terrasse. Johann var en hjælpsom vært og svarede altid hurtigt på henvendelser. Kun 10 min i bil til skøn strand i Lignano.

La Pedrada è in una posizione geografica molto comoda per le attività sportive invernali, essendo vicina allo Zoncolan e a Sappada, e per le attività escursionistiche, trovandosi nel cuore della Carnia. Nelle vicinanze ho trovato supermercato, farmacia e ristoranti. Le informazioni per raggiungere il posto si sono rivelate chiare e sufficienti e Renata è stata fantastica nel dare istruzioni e consigli. La location è molto accogliente, ben organizzata, attrezzata e molto pulita. La vista di cui si gode dalle finestre è veramente splendida. La consiglio vivamente.

Definitely one of our best airbnb experiences. Selma is a lovely, warm, friendly host, easily to communicatie with. The appartment is very well equiped and clean, situated in a quiet neighbourhood, at about a 20 minutes walk from the city center. Highly recommended for exploring Triëst!

Wir waren zu 3. dort und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet,die Küche beinhaltet alles was man eben so braucht. Auf der Couch kann man auch gut schlafen,auch eine Woche lang. Die Umgebung war unglaublich schön und hatte alles zu bieten was man sich im Urlaub so wünscht. Alles ist auch gut fußläufig erreichbar. Elke war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat auf alle Fragen geantwortet. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Caterinas Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht großartig und mit Abstand das schönste Ferienapartment, in dem wir je gewohnt haben. Sie ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, in bester zentraler Lage mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Bett ist hervorragend! Caterina selbst ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit und organisierte sogar einen Parkplatz für uns. Das alles zu einem sehr günstigen Preis! Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, quindi nuovo. Pulitissimo, cucina ordinata con stoviglie pulite e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari che abbiamo usato ininima parte perché siamo stati ospiti solo un paio di giorni. Host gentilissimi che che ci hanno accolto di persona supportandoci anche all'accesso del parcheggio che avevamo prenotato online e col quale avremmo avuto qualche difficoltà in quanto le istruzioni di questo non erano molto precise. Molto disponibili e corretti nel fornirci indicazioni su come muoverci e sui ristoranti. Soggiorno pienamente soddisfacente.

Stefano è un ottimo padrone di casa, estremamente gentile e disponibile. L' appartamento è accogliente e pulito, ubicato in una zona silenziosa e strategica, a due passi dal centro di Cividale.

Un posto dove torneresti… comodo, attrezzato e a pochi passi da supermercato/farmacia/tabacchi ed impianti di risalita

We very much enjoyed the serenity, calmness and charm of Casa Sauris. Location is perfect for walking/hiking, straight on to the path in front of the house, then up the mountain with multiple tracks and huts to visit, longer and shorter walks available. The views from up the mountain are stunning. //erik & family

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Svetlana war hervorragend. Sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht, auch für meine 2-jährige Tochter: Es gab einen Kindersessel, Strandspielzeug, ein Kinderbadetuch, und das Bett für die dritte Person auf dem Sofa war bereits vorbereitet. Das Apartment war makellos sauber, und die Möbel wirkten noch sehr neu und gepflegt. Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Waschmaschine und der Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, die Badewanne war auch ein Pluspunkt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur einen Katzensprung vom Hafen und den nahegelegenen Einkaufsstraßen entfernt. Grado ist eine überschaubare, charmante Stadt, und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das einzige kleine Manko war der leichte feuchte Geruch im Apartment, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen!

Ottima esperienza. Casa spaziosa, moderna in un angolo di campagna e dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. In buona posizione per visitare Udine, Gorizia, Grado, Cividale e anche Trieste, nonché i percorsi storici della grande guerra. Da ultimo l’Osteria della Ribolla ( 15’ a piedi o 5’ in auto) è un ottimo locale per qualche cena gustosa e piacevole. Edy e Laura
