It was great stay for our family! Yukika san is really kind and she made breakfast for us!! Her advice about omawara area was really helpful and we enjoyed our trip after staying! The house is old Japanese style, very clean!! I can recommend here to everyone!! Thank you very much!!

Mr Takayuki is a lovely person. He’s always ready to help and give you tips. The house is super clean, and he provides everything you will need during your stay.

Wakoh og hendes familie er fantastiske værter! De er meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Wakoh og hendes mand sørgede for morgenmad og var gode til at hjælpe med både aktiviteter i området, samt transport. Vi følte os velkomne og hjemme med det samme, og der er ingen tvivl om at dette sted er en juvel. Wakoh's hjem er det perfekte sted at overnatte i Fuji Kawaguchiko!

We really enjoyed our stay with Machiko, the cat was adorable, Machiko had very nice recommendations around the area and we enjoyed biking and hiking around a lot. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook. Machiko has been above and beyond helpful, she helped us to get some vegetables from the local grocery delivery and gave us a very welcoming stay during the Christmas days. 🗻🎄✨ highly recommended 🙏

Sachio-San was a class act. He picked me up from the station and drove me to his beautiful home, and i stayed in a very large and comfortable room. Would definitely stay again with him if I am ever in the area. He also made me breakfast!

체크인 시간을 자유롭게 할 수 있습니다. 호스트분은 매우 친절하십니다. 일본 전통 가옥의 느낌이 잘 되어 있고 주변이 조용하고 평화로워 온전히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 깔끔하게 정리되고 깨끗한 욕실은 떠나기 싫었습니다. 다음에도 또 머무르고 싶은 곳이었습니다.

Traveling to remote mountainous locations, well away from the bustle of a city can be daunting for travelers. However, the incredible team at Kakurinbo Buddhist Temple is exceptional in every way. They truly made our trip to Kakurinbo quite incredible. Saeko, Sho, and the many other wonderful team members are special in their ability to help you feel so comfortable and at home in their temple accommodations. We are eager to return for sure.

食事も部屋も大満足でした。初回利用だったのですが、宿までのアクセスの説明であったり、到着後のコミュニケーションもとても丁寧で気持ちよかったです。 また機会があれば宿泊させていただきたいです。

Our stay at Jun’s was simply amazing. Both he and Kimmie were gracious hosts and so kind and thoughtful. It was great listening to their stories and how Peace One was created. Jun was so kind to pick us up and drop us off from the local stations to use public transport. He always found the time to be available. We opted for the dinner and it did not disappoint. Amazing food. The onsen was unbelievably refreshing and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is super peaceful and relaxing which is just what we needed after coming from Tokyo. We cannot recommend this place enough. It was a highlight of our trip to Japan.

Lovely place with Mt Fuji view. V cozy.m and charming, better than photos shown. Will certainly come back if I do visit Hakone again. Breakfast is delicious too! Love the public onsen which is made available on a first come first serve basis. The onsen is of natural mineral hot spring.

I rolled the dice and randomly picked to stay here. Funny how the world works! Staying with Jun and Kimi was so restorative and wonderful! They are exceptionally kind and generous and their space really showcased how zen the Japanese’s culture can be. I greatly appreciate all their assistance to get me to the places I needed to go during my stay. I had a 10/10 experience and already have a good friend planning her stay with them in September!
