Excellent cabin for big group stays. Many toilets, showers and bath facilities. Well appointed kitchen and home. Big space with many areas to sit, lounge and hang out. Super helpful host - she came when we were leaving and saw us stuck in the snow and she helped shovel and together with the snow plough team, helped to get us go on our way. Thank you so much!

とても楽しく過ごさせていただきました。特に子供を楽しませる設備が豊富で、外には遊具、中にも遊具。同行した子供3人全員が、ずっとここにいたい！帰りたくない！と言っていました。友人家族と一緒に行きましたが、また来ようと言っていました。 サウナは今回は利用しませんでしたが、また次利用する際はチャレンジできればと考えています。

清潔で広く、備品が十分にあり利用しやすかった。

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

An absolute gem! The host is very responsive and friendly. She has collected great antiques and has an impeccable taste for interior decor. Very thoughtful towards guests. Made great recommendations for onsen and restaurants. Loved it and will be back soon!

This property feels clean & brand new with hi tech design. The living room was spacious, the design is modern and beautiful, it is even better than the photos. It is very cozy to spend time here. We love the living room area,bathroom,and washing machine as well as the location - quite close w/ station.

コロナ以降久々の家族での旅行の宿泊に選ばせていただきましたが、部屋からは海が見えて、お部屋も設備も清潔でした。 案内してくれた方も親切におすすめのお店や温泉を教えてくれました（おすすめしてくれたパン屋さんとても美味しかったです！） 家族皆んなで寛げて海までも散歩がてらに行ける距離なのでホントにおすすめの宿です。 また遊びに来たいです🎵

เป็นที่พักที่แสนวิเศษมาก บ้านพักทั้งหมด 3 ชั้นเป็นอาคารใหม่พึ่งสร้าง ทุกอย่างสะอาดและถูกจัดเตรียมไว้เป็นอย่างดี มีพื้นที่มากพอสำหรับสมาชิกครอบครัวทั้งหมด 6 คน จะสะดวกมากถ้ามีรถ แนะนำเป็นอย่างมากสำหรับการมาพักผ่อนที่ทะเลสาบคาวากุจิ ชั้น 3 เป็นดาดฟ้าเหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนสังสรรค์ เตียงถูกจัดเตรียมไว้ยอดเยี่ยมพร้อมด้วยผ้าห่มที่อบอุ่นมาก ขอบคุณสำหรับที่พักที่แสนวิเศษ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกอย่างแน่นอน

loved the place, though not having an elevator was a bit of a drag - but getting inside the room certainty made up for it 😊 would happily stay here again

Aya is a great host. She is super helpful and has great recommendations and is always very quick to respond. The apartment is very pretty and the location is very good with awesome views of Fuji. Was a great stay and a great experience.

A wonderful place to stay after a long day soaring over Hakone, a short uphill walk from the stations. Lots of amenities, great hospitality, definitely gonna recommend this place to anyone that has a plan to go around the area.

We had a great stay at Route 99 in Hakone-Yumoto. Three of us stayed there while we explored the mountains. Beds were super-comfortable and it was quiet and clean. Nice to have extra space to relax in!

We stayed here for 3D2N and we were blessed with the view of Mt. Fuji for all 3 days. The Airbnb was super clean and tidy, and the amenities were all there. The beds were comfy and the washing facilities were also modern and new. The rooftop was also super cosy which was a plus. Now the main highlight: this is the PERFECT location for looking at Mt. Fuji, and I’m not even exaggerating. We took a look around the area and we couldn’t see any other open -air rooftops around. Sunrise at Mt. Fuji is magical, and this place makes it extremely easy to do it; just walk out to the rooftop and Mt. Fuji is right there. The nearest train station is Shimoyoshida, and it’s just a straight 8min walk down the same road. We liked the peace and quiet compared to Kawaguchiko station. Don’t be mistaken; this location is literally right next to the famous Honcho street marker on Google Maps and it will be slightly noisy from the crowds of tourists, but once it’s past 5pm there isn’t anyone left.

I took the Fuji Express Bus from Tokyo to Mount Fuji, this house is near by the Bus station. Also, the house is clean
