The apartment was exactly as described in text and in photos. It's spacious and has all advertised amenities (fast internet, TV, washing machine, kitchen utensils, personal amenities, etc.) There are also plenty of restaurants and small bars in the immediate vicinity. Livelier areas are in the main streets of Tenjin, a few minutes walk away. If you arrive in the evening and the underground mall is closed, you can take the Tenjin Minami 12C East exit (per the instructions) or if you're carrying big pieces of luggage, 12B East Exit has escalators (both up and down) and it's just a few meters away from Exit 12C. Overall, we had a great stay at the apartment and we hope to book it again next time we're in Fukuoka.

Très réactive, le logement est propre et très silencieux ! Le lit très confortable et les draps très doux ! Très bien placé à côté d’un izakaya. C’était génial !

It was a smooth and pleasant experience communicating with Mr Oshima. The place was exactly as shown in the photos. It was a peaceful and quiet location though far from city center. It is perfect for people who drives.

交通便捷，步行3-4分钟即可到达巴士站，抵达天神和博多的交通都很方便。10分钟可到达高宫站，前往久留米和柳川很便利。 房间年份久远，卫生间和洗浴设备有些老旧，但其他该有的日常用品都有(牙刷和牙膏需要自己准备）。 阳台放了三个垃圾桶，导致没有位置晾衣服，还好天气干燥，衣服也容易干。 总体还是比较满意的。
