It was nice, just the fence was different once you got in which was easy, there was go way to open from other side. Hd to climb fence and lean over to open again.

Nice location.. In-between downtown and Seawall. Response to messages taken well and responds immediately.

Great location! Walkable to the strand historical district. Very responsive to our needs.

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was perfect for what I needed while I was down working. Always very responsive when I had questions. Would def stay again if I work down this way again. Neighborhood was nice and quite not a lot going on and not too far from the Seawall easy access in and out. All together it was a pleasant stay and I enjoyed myself, felt right at home

Apt was on the Beach close to The North Jetty...Private.. .Clean....Hosts are warm and charming.....I love the Apt and can't wait to go back.....

Great place to stay, looks exactly like the photos and at a great price. 1 mile from the beach and other restaurants, which is great if you have a car. Definitely would stay here again!

Got this place for my Bday trip. First time in houston & everything was 10min drive or less!! Amazing location right next to everything in downtown! I would recommend this place if u wanna be near downtown & if a little noise doesnt bother you.

This will be our families second time at this location, and we have all made the decision to make these trips a tradition after the most recent stay. The house continues to be fantastic, with an unbeatable location. The host is super easy to communicate with, and immediately answers any questions we had. Whether you want to sit on the balcony and have tea while taking a work meeting, play on the beach with the many games provided in the garage, dip into the downtown Galveston for dinner and drinks, or just sit back with family and play one of the many board games in the closet, this place will keep you busy.

This is the second time using this property. Good experience both times. Good experience, very clean unit. Near everything we needed. Would come back again. Phillip communicated and responded to any inquiries very quickly. Recommend this property for sure.

Lately for business, as well as personal reasons myself and my family have been traveling a lot and using many Airbnb venues and homes With the business that we do, it is important that we always feel like where we stay is safe, comfortable and yet exciting as well as a place for relaxation rest and safety …. This was one of the most beautiful and home like Airbnb‘s we’ve ever had the opportunity to stay in The family had such a beautiful property and you can tell there was so much love and care and pride in everything they put into the home They even had amenities if anyone forgot, body wash, or shampoo and conditioner we noticed in the bathrooms. There were the cutest soaps, conditioner, and shampoos available for those who may have forgotten theirs… I felt that was such a mindful and kind touch for sure! I have always heard this song sitting on the dock of the Bay… But until the Airbnb, I never was able to actually do it with our family… we definitely would love to be back

House was very big and clean. Plenty of space. It was especially great for a stay with dogs. The fenced back yard was so convenient for letting them out and for them to play and roam

The house was great. We have stayed in the neighborhood many times over the years and this was one of the best. It is near the water with unobstructed views of the water, with a great front deck you can watch the waves roll in. The neighborhood beach is a quick drive or walk across the neighborhood if you want to swim, but the beach in front of the house if you want to hang out or try and catch crabs. The place was clean and decorated super cute. There were lots of games for the kids to play, and the kitchen was very well stocked…hot pot for your French press, crock pot, cutting board, plenty of pots and pans, sheet pans, and even a crushed ice maker!

apartment was very spacious clean Wi-Fi was good it's in a close gated apartment complex which is also a plus you have your own parking and nobody really bothers you so definitely recommend

We decided to make a quick, last minute trip to Galveston for Spring Break. Two adults and two teen kids. Daughter slept in the 2nd bedroom and son on the couch I. The living room. The condo was perfect for us and a great value. The balcony view was spectacular! It was very clean and seemed well furnished. We only used the coffee machine in the kitchen. The beach across from it was not as crowded as some of the other areas we drove past. This condo suited our needs and the hostess was great!

Beautiful place to stay! So nice to be a little ways out of the hustle and bustle of Galveston Island, but the beach access was the highlight!! This place had everything we needed and was very family friendly. My kids loved the bunks! We felt safe and I appreciated that laundry was available for us to use. I was expecting it to be busy, but it was peaceful and quiet, we also met some nice neighbors! The Keurig didn't seem to work when we tried it, but David was responsive and apologized. We just went down the street to Kroger for Starbucks which was a nice treat anyway. We would definitely book again! Thanks for a great stay!

Really impressed with this listing! Things that stood out to me: really great AC, comfortable mattresses, cozy couch, large balcony with awesome view and plenty of chairs, thoughtfully decorated with hooks for all the things, nice kitchen stocked with just enough basics, wide open lawns with plenty of grass, easy walk to the beach, secluded beach without cars or tons of people. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay! The only downside was that the washer / dryer unit looks to be from the 80s and didn't work for our stay. Would've been really nice to do laundry before coming home, they offered an appliance maintenance appointment on our last day and we declined assuming it would not just be an immediate fix.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed all the amenities. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the experience was both relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!
