LOVED our stay. Affordable and very close to the beach and several restaurants. Although the unit is right in the backyard of the host, it was still very private and peaceful. Unfortunately, we did not use the hot tub due to it being too cool and windy the day we wanted to use it, but we will be back and will surely use it next time. Pam was so friendly and very responsive. Check in was easy although the gate lock did confuse me a bit at first. When I asked Pam for help, she was quick to respond and gave clear instructions. I loved being greeted by Pepe the cat every day, and occasionally Pam let her dogs out to use the restroom and they were sweet and friendly as well. Thank you for a lovely stay, I can't wait until next time!

Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

Basic place with all the amenities you need. Great location near to the park, shops and restaurants a 10 to 15 min walk or a short drive, and 25 min walk into downtown.

Very lovely place we will definitely be back! Host is very responsive. Easy check in easy to find, everything is in walking distance. Everything was just how it’s described.

Great location, beautiful one bedroom apartment. Exactly like the photos, very convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit. Excellent option if you are looking for a one bedroom place in downtown Houston. Highly recommend!

Flawless logistics on arrival/departure. Excellent gym on premise, access to pool and ping pong table a nice bonus. very nice place to stay right across the street from Space Center Houston.

It’s close to everything, many things like good restaurants, good breakfast only places, etc., were within walking distance. The actual town is quaint, antique stores, small businesses. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jake’s property in Houston, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Jake was incredibly responsive and attentive, addressing all my questions with thoughtful solutions. The airbnb was clean and quaint with every amenity listed. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless stay were evident, as he promptly replied at any hour, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I was so satisfied with his hospitality that I chose to extend my stay. You can’t fake this type of stuff it’s gotta come genuinely and it def does for Jake !! I 1000% recommend Jake to anyone seeking a top-notch rental experience here in Houston.

As everyone else has said, this is a very well equipped and comfortable place. Surprisingly quiet for being pretty central. We heard some construction noise, but from a distance, and it did not interfere with our sleep too much. There’s a lot of construction in the city as a whole so it’s unavoidable. It’s also very easy to use the bus/light rail if you don’t want to drive and look for parking. There was stuff in the fridge and pantry guests can use (half and half, eggs, spices, canned tuna and beans, etc). Host is very responsive and welcoming.

Great stay at Brittany’s place. I enjoyed the area and amenities in the building and the host was quick to respond and assist whenever needed. I look forward to staying here again.

The place was clean. Entry instructions were clear. Visitor parking is on the 5th floor only ( top of the building). Kids enjoyed the snacks provided by Melodie. Will definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay at Johnny's place! He was a fantastic host, always attentive to details and quick to respond to any questions we had. We asked for recommendations on places to visit and eat, and Johnny went above and beyond by providing us with a comprehensive list of great spots to check out. This was a last minute trip my family and I were very pleased with the stay, excellent hospitality very clean and organized condominium we had a little trouble finding the place I contacted the owners and they were very helpful I would totally recommend this Airbnb! We would stay there anytime!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful place for a few days break and we had a great time. The condo is in an excellent location, center & front tow right on the beach-can’t beat location. The beach is directly accessible and it is private and very cozy. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay over spring break! The place was perfect for our family! My kids absolutely loved the pools, and their favorite part was the TVs on the bunk beds. Super fun and comfortable spot!

Really wonderful place if you want to visit Galveston. Far east side of the island, so away from most traffic. Right across from beach. Restaurants, grocery store, drug store all within easy walk. My wife and I love to walk so we walked to the historic Stand which was probably about 30 minutes on foot. Short drive if you prefer that. Beautiful view off the balcony, and I really enjoyed sitting up there reading a book, watching the waves. Very peaceful. Good view of beach and interior of island because the place is on a corner! Building felt very safe as it is not open to the public and there is a secure check in process. The immediate commercial area in front of the property is largely vacant and could use some attention by the retail landlords, but it was mostly families in the vicinity and we went walking along the seawall at night and felt very safe. Owners were very good about communication and providing clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!
